DESIGN FOR A HEATING-STOV'E.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,016, dated January 17, 1899-.
Application filed August 29, 1898. Serial No. 689,809. Term of patent 7 years.
To coll whom t may concern:
Beit known that we, GEORGE W. COPE and WILLIAM L. BERTRAM, citizens of the United States, residing at Detroit, in the county of Wayne and State of Michigan, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Heating-Stoves, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawings, in which- Figure l is a front elevation of our stove design, and Fig. 2 isa side elevation thereof.
A is the body of the stove, the front or face side of which is, as shown in the drawings, substantially of cylindrical shape.
B is a stove-door in the upper portion of the body.
C is a draft-door in the lower portion of the body.
D is a flange at the bottom of the body.
E are the legs.
F are foot-rails on opposite sides, and G is the do1ne-shaped top of the stove, having the flange H overhanging from the top of the body and the ornament I on top of it.
The leading and material feature of our design consists in the body having the ornamental front or face shown in the drawings and provided with fins or ribs J, forming a marginal border of the ornamental face of the body and the ornament of which forms an integral part of the design of the front.
What we claim as our invention is The design for a stove as herein shown and described.
