DESIGN FOR A SHARPENING-TOOL.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,895, dated June 21, 1898.
Application filed May 18, 1898. Serial No. 681,071. Term of patent 7 years.
To (1% whom, it may concern.-
Be it known that I, ARTHUR G. HUNTLEY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Toston, in the county of Broadwater and State of Montana, have invented and produced a certrain new and original Design for Sharpeninglools; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appert-ains to make and use the same.
The invention relates to a new and original design for sharpening-tools; and it consists in a tool of the shape shown in the accompanying drawings, in which- Figure 1 is a perspective view, and Fig. 2 is a cross-section.
The leading feature of the design consists of the longitudinal body portion, the sides of which diverge from the lower edge to points a and b and terminate in a rounded back a.
(Z denotes the loop-shaped handle, that extends froin the end of the tool.
\Vhat I claim is The design for a sharpening-tool as herein shown and described.
