TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Be it known that we, G. SMITH and H. BROWN, of Philadelphia, county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, have invented or produced a new and original Design for the Plates of the Calorie Heating-Stove; and wc do herebyy declare that the accompanying drawing, and the following explanation thereof, form a full, clear` and exact description of the said design. In the accompanying drawing- Figure 1 is the lower base-plate of the Calor-ic" heating-stove.

Figure 2 the upper base-plate.

Figure 3 the cap.

Figure 4 the front plate.

Figure 5 one of the side plates; and

Figure 6 the door and frame.

The lower base-plate is of the form shown in the drawing, and is bordered by an ornamental edging, a, and at the edge of the upper base-plate is an ornamental border, b. The cap-plate is oval, has an open ornamental edging, c, an opening in the centre surrounded by an annular register-plate, on which is a. series of ornamental figures, and on the top of the plate is a series of foliated ornaments, e. The front plate D has a plain edging, and in each of the two doors hung to the same is a register which is surrounded by ornamental figures. 0n the edge of the door-frame F is an ornamental beading; abeading,', is ou the edge of the door, and on the side plates G is an ornamental figure of the form shown in the drawing.

We claim- The. design for the plates of the Calorie heating-stove substantially as shown in and by the accompanying drawing.
