To all whom 'it may concern:
Be it known that I, DAVID C. J ORDON, Sr., ot' Brooklyn, count-5T of Kings, State of New York, have invented a new and Improved Butt- H inge; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof', reference heilig had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters ot' reference marked thereon.
The nature of myinvention ,is an extra dan ge or leaves cast with the butt-hinge. The old butt-hinge generally screwed on the edge of the door and edge ot' the jamb; but the improved screws on the face and edge of the door and face and edge ot' jamb, which makes it firm and durable.
