SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,059, dated September 22, 1896. Application iled July 24, 1896. Serial No. 600,443. Tem of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may conccru:
Be it known that I, J oHN E. CREMEN, a citizen of the United Sta-tes, residing at \Vasl1 ington, in the District of Columbia, have in vented a certain new and original Design for Buttons and Pins; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the gures of reference marked thereon, which form av part of this specification.
My invention relates to buttons and pins.
The leading feature of my design consists of a button, its shape or contigui-ation being substantially as shown in the drawings.
In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 is a plan view, enlarged, and Fig. 2 is a side view, of the same.
Referring to the drawings, l designates the irregularly-formed mass of metal, and 2 t-he shank upon which it is mounted.
A pin is shown in dotted lines, and such pin may be employed in lien of the shank 2 without departing from the spirit of my invention.
'hat I claim is- The design for a button or similar article as herein shown and described.
