DESIGN FOR A CHAMPAGNE-GLASS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,149, dated November 3, 1891.
Application filed September 12, 1891. Serial No. 405,535. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, HENRY T. W1LHELM,a citizen of the United States, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and originalDesign for Champagne-Glasses, of which the following is a specification.
My invention relates to a new design for a champagne-glass, in which the leading feature consists in the body of the glass, which is gradually made tapering toward the shank, the shank being provided with an enlarged portion above the base of the glass.
The nature of my design is clearly shown in the accompanying drawing, which represent-sa side elevation of a champagne-glass showing my design.

A is the body of my champagneglass,which is gradually contracted toward the stem B of the same.
C is an enlargement or bulge below the stem, below which the base D is located.
The general shape of the body A, stem B, and enlarged bulge C is that ot' an inverted champagne-bottle.
I-Iaving thus described my invention, I claim as new and'desire to secure by Letters Patent- The design for a champagne-glass as herein shown and described, the same comprising a body having a tapering stem or shank, a base, and an enlarged bulge between the stem or shank of the body and the base, said body, stem, and bulge being of theshape of an inverted champagne-bottle, substantially as set forth.
