SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 15.602, dated December 9, 1884.

' Be it known that I, ANDREW LITTLE, of

the city, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original De: 5 sign for a Font of Printing-Type, of which the following is a specification.

The nature of my design is clearly shown in the accompanying typographic impression, to which reference is made; and it consists of [0 an ornamental letter provided with the light scroll ornaments, except in the case of the letters H, I, M, N, U, X, and Y, shaded upon the right and below by a series of short light horizontal lines following the configuration of the letter.' I 5 The character of the design is preserved in the symbol and, the dollar-mark, the nu- 'merals, and the punctuation-marks.

Having now described my invention, I claim as new The design for a font of printing-type, substantially as shown and described.
