This invcntionhas reference to iii-temporary;- binder of strong and reliable construction and consists of a cover-section connected by'stmngs with-the opposite cover-section, the strings being passed through holes of 13116835110, and through centrally-perforated exterior clamps of annular shape, that are notched or recessed at one point of the circumference.
