  • the e-liquid injection hole in the embodiments of the present invention is not only used for e-liquid injection, but also serves as an atomizing core mounting hole, so that the atomizing core is directly fastened in the e-liquid cartridge through the e-liquid injection hole without another e-liquid injection hole provided, thereby improving sealing and reliability of the device.
  • pushing the base to drive the connecting seal to move down can discharge excess air in the e-liquid cartridge from the air duct while sealing is maintained, making the e-liquid cartridge and gaps between various components filled with e-liquid, thereby avoiding air and e-liquid leakage due to air pressure of each part.
  • the e-liquid cartridge is provided with the maximum fill line inside, which enables the user to better control the e-liquid level while filling e-liquid, thereby avoiding e-liquid leakage due to overfilling or incomplete exhaust due to insufficient e-liquid level.

  • the atomizing core housing first end 34 is sheathed by the sealing ring 310 and mounted to the base 2 , where the sealing ring 310 is capable of sealing between the atomizing core housing 33 and the base 2 .
  • the atomizing core housing second end 35 extends into the e-liquid cartridge 13 and directly faces the air duct pipe second end 52 , and the second mounting end 21 of the base 2 is provided with two nail electrodes 7 .

  • the baffle ring 46 protruding into the through hole 43 is fastened between the through hole first section 44 and the through hole second section 45 , thereby separating the through hole first section 44 from the through hole second section 45 .

  • the atomizing core housing first end 34 is sheathed in the through hole second section 45 , so that the connecting seal 4 communicate the air duct 53 in the air duct pipe 5 with the heating wire mounting hole 36 in the atomizing core housing 33 and seals the gap between them.
  • FIG. 3 another implementation of the embodiments is that protruding annular sealing lines are provided on an outer wall of the second sealing end 41 in the connecting seal 4 , and the part of the air duct 53 in the air duct pipe second end 52 sheathes the second sealing end 41 and is in interference fit with the annular sealing lines provided thereon for sealing between the air duct pipe 5 and the connecting seal 4 .
  • the embodiments further disclose an assembly and e-liquid injection method of an e-liquid filling method, including the foregoing e-liquid filling structure.
  • the method includes the following specific steps:
  • Install the atomizing core install the atomizing core 3 on the base 2 , and then secure the base silica gel 23 to the base 2 .
  • the e-liquid injection hole in the embodiments of the present invention not only allows injection of e-liquid but also functions to fasten the atomizing core while another e-liquid filling is spared, so that the atomizing core is reliably sealed. Moreover, the e-liquid injection hole allows air in the e-liquid cartridge to discharge from the air duct and e-liquid to saturate the cartridge when the pre-installed connecting seal is pushed in installation of the base.
