  • the main body 100 is designed such that it has broader width, thinner thickness and can be flatly folded in order to reduce the occupied space thereby improving the treatment and convenience.
  • the main body 100 is provided with a folding guide means at its sidewall or/and bottom in order to be easily folded.
  • the folding guide means is for guiding the main body 100 to be flat when absorption force or outer pressure is applied to the main body 100 .
  • the main body 100 can be provided with a wide width portion 102 at its side.
  • the wide width portion 102 is folded to be flat as shown in FIG. 3.
  • the wide width portion 102 can be designed such that each or both sidewalls or bottom of the main body 102 has wide width.
  • the folding guide means can be designed such that the wide width portion 102 is provided with a linear folding guide portion 104 and 106 (see FIG. 1).
  • the linear folding guide portion 104 and 106 is a folding line formed at a sidewall or bottom of the main body 100 in order to easily fold the wide width portion 102 .
  • the linear folding guide portion 104 and 106 can be formed by folding to be flat and pressing the main body 100 after forming the main body 100 by blow molding, direct blow molding or injection blow molding. Further, the linear folding guide portion 104 and 106 can be a small groove formed on the main body 100 .
  • the linear folding guide portion 104 and 106 is formed on both sidewall and bottom of the main body 100 , it is preferred that contact portion of the folding guide portion 104 and 106 is provided with a oblique folding guide portion 108 .
  • the folding guide means can be a multi stage folding guide portion 110 .
  • the folding guide portion 110 can be composed by forming plural folding guide portions 104 and 104 ′ at a sidewall of the main body 100 , forming plural folding guide portions 106 at a bottom of the main body 100 and connecting them with plural “V” shaped folding guide portions 108 .
  • the folding guide portion 110 is a multi-stage folding portion
  • the bottom of the main body 100 can be wide and the capacity of the container can be increased. Further, as the bottom of the main body 100 is wider than the upper portion of the main body 100 , it is stable in structure.
  • the present invention is provided with a spouting guide means for easily dispensing the liquid beverage.
  • the spouting guide means can be an outward spouting passage 112 formed on the surface of the main body wall.
  • the spouting guide means can be an inward spouting passage 112 ′ formed on the surface of the main body wall as shown in FIG. 7.
  • the spouting passages 112 and 112 ′ protect the main body walls from being closely contacted each other.
  • the spouting guide means can be a long insert 114 formed in the main body 100 (see FIG. 4).
  • the long insert 114 prevents front and rear plates of the main body 100 from being closely contacted and forms a predetermined space between the front and rear plates so that the liquid of the container can be easily dispensed therefrom.
  • the long insert 114 extends below the half of the main body 100 .
  • the long insert can be plural insert.
  • the liquid container of the present invention includes an adherence preventing means for preventing front and rear plates of the main body 100 from being closely contacted so that the liquid of the container can be easily dispensed therefrom.
  • the adherence preventing means can be formed of inward protrusions 116 and/or grooves on the main body walls.
  • the inward protrusions 116 and grooves can be placed as shown in FIG. 9.
  • the adherence preventing means can be formed of a long insert 114 , and also, as shown in FIG. 10, it can be formed of intaglio/embossing characters and/or a figure.
  • the spout 200 of the present invention is provided with a fluid passage 202 , on the around the passage 202 , it is provided with threads 204 and is formed with an engagement jaw 206 for engaging with an opening identification skirt 302 of the cap 300 .
  • the cap 300 is provided at its inside with threads 304 and engages with a periphery of the spout 200 .
  • the bottom of the cap 300 is extended below the engagement jaw 206 of the spout 200 so that it covers around the spout 200 thereby preventing pollution.
  • the cap 300 is provided at it bottom with an opening identification skirt 302 divided by a separating guide line 306 .
  • the user removes the cap 300 .
  • the cap 300 is removed by counterclockwise rotating it and the opening identification skirt 302 is removed from the cap 300 .
  • the main body 100 As the user sucks the beverage in the container, the main body 100 is folded to be flat as shown in FIG. 7.
  • the liquid container of the present invention is provided with the spouting passages 112 , 112 ′ and 112 ′′ thereby easily dispensing the contents of the container. Further, the liquid container of the present invention is provided with the adherence prevention means thereby more easily sucking and dispensing the contents of the container.
  • FIGS. 11 and 12 show another embodiment of the present invention.
  • the liquid container of the present invention comprises a main body 100 , a spout 200 protruded from the main body 100 upward, and a cap 300 hermetically engaged with the spout 200 .
  • the container body 100 is provided with a wide width portion at its lower center and the wide width portion is provided with multi-stage folding guide portion 110 as the folding guide means.
  • the multi-stage folding guide portion 110 includes at least two single-stage folding guide portions 106 .
  • the single-stage folding guide portion 104 ′′ is formed on a sidewall of the main body 100 .
  • the section of the main body 100 will be shaped of an ellipse.
  • This main body 100 can be manufactured by a method like a direct blow molding or an injection blow molding and is provided at its bottom with a wide width portion. It is heat pressed so that the single folding guide portion 104 ′′ and the multi-stage folding guide portion 110 are formed at its side and bottom respectively.
  • the spouting guide means is vertically formed at a center of the front or rear plate of the main body 100 .
  • the spouting guide means can be an inward spouting passage 112 ′ or an outward spouting passage.
  • the spouting guide means can be a spouting passage of an elliptic space.
  • FIGS. 13 and 14 show another embodiment of the present invention.
  • the liquid container of the present invention comprises a main body 100 , a spout 200 protruded from the main body 100 upward, and a cap 300 ′ that is integrally and hermetically molded with the spout 200 .
  • the cap 300 ′ is designed such that it is provided with a separate guide line 312 at a border between the spout 200 and it so that it can be separated therefrom when it is needed. There are an inner cap 314 and a knob 316 at its upper portion.
  • the outer diameter of the inner cap 314 is same as or slighter larger than the inner diameter of the spout 200 . This is for resealing the spout 200 when it is needed.
  • the main body 100 is open at its bottom portion, and it is closed by heat-sealing a foldable sealing support 120 .
  • This structure of the main body 100 makes it easy to filling the contents inside.
  • the foldable sealing support 120 is sealed after filling.
  • the folding guide portion 106 is formed at a center of the foldable sealing support 120 .
  • the main body 100 of this embodiment is provided with an long insert 114 ′ downwardly protruded from the upper surface of the main body 100 .
  • the long insert 114 ′ prevents the front and rear plates of the main body 100 from being closely contacted and forming a space between the front and rear plates of the main body 100 when folded to be flat thereby easily dispensing the contents of the container.
  • two long inserts 114 ′ are disposed in the main body 100 .
  • FIGS. 15 and 16 show another embodiment of the present invention.
  • the single folding guide portions 104 ′′ are formed at each side of the main body 100 .
  • a foldable sealing support 120 is sealed.
  • a downward foldable folding guide portion 106 ′ is formed at the foldable sealing portion 120 .
  • FIG. 17 shows another embodiment of the spout 200 applied to the present invention.
  • the spout 200 is disposed at the upper portion of the main body in state of leaning leftward or rightward. This is for easily sucking the beverage.
  • FIG. 18 shows another embodiment of the bottom of the main body 100 . It is designed such that both bottom ends of the main body 100 is directly sealed.
  • FIGS. 19 and 20 shows another embodiment of the liquid container according to the present invention.
  • the liquid container of the present invention comprises a main body 100 , a spout 200 protruded from the main body 100 upward, and a cap (not shown) coupled with the spout 200 .
  • the main body 100 is provided with folding guide portions 104 and 104 ′′ at its sidewall or/and bottom surface. Further, the main body 100 is provided with a spouting passage 112 ′ at its front or rear plate.
  • the liquid container includes a bellows bending portion 208 for folding or unfolding the spout 200 .
  • FIG. 21 shows a liquid container provided with a hanging portion H having a hanging groove.
  • the hanging portion H is integrally formed with the main body 100 and makes it possible to easily and continuously supply the container to the filling line facility.
