I am aware of the fact that there are a great many devices for re-sharpening safety razor blades, but I know of no device'that` combines such simple, absolutely safe service with that of a complete handle for shaving` purposes and work requiring the use of a 'sharp blade and which, when not 'in use, 5@ mayy be vfolded. completely and safely so use for shaving purposes;
