Abstract

Изобретение касается замещенных сульфонамидов, которые имеют общую формулу (1), и их солей, гидратов и сольватов, в которых Rявляется CO или SO, Rявляется NH или О, R представляет собой линейную или циклическую алифатическую цепь, n представляет собой количество связанных атомов углерода алифатической цепи (n может быть 0, 1, 2 или 3), которые могут применяться в производстве медикаментов благодаря ингибированию ими карбоангидразы. Эти соединения получают путем нуклеофильной реакции амина с 4-сульфамоилбензолсульфонилхлоридом в присутствии избыточного количества триэтиламина в тетрагидрофуране или в этере при температуре от 0 до 20 °C. Соединения демонстрируют антиглаукомную активность.
