Abstract
Изобретение относится к растению подсолнуха, геном которого содержит как минимум одну копию как минимум одного полинуклеотида большой субъединицы ацетогидроксикислотной синтазы (AHASL), где указанный AHASL полинуклеотид кодирует стойкий к гербицидам на основе имидазолинона AHASL1 белок, содержащий треонин в аминокислотном положении 107, что обеспечивает стойкость указанного растения к как минимум одному гербициду на основе имидазолинона, по сравнению с растением подсолнечника дикого типа. Также изобретение относится к применению полинуклеотидов для повышения резистентности растений к гербицидам и способам борьбы с сорняками вблизи от резистентных к гербицидам растений.
