Abstract
Предложен способ изготовления огнеупорного кирпича для донной части флоат-ванны путем использования глиносодержащего материала, который включает 30-45 мас. % АlО, 50-65 мас. % SiOи в котором содержание NаО составляет 1 мас. % или менее, который характеризуется тем, что в указанный материал добавляют карбонат калия таким образом, что в готовом огнеупорном кирпиче для флоат-ванны содержание КО составляет 2-4 мас. %. Огнеупорный кирпич для использования в донной части флоат-ванны, для производства листового стекла с использованием флоат-процесса, изготовляемого указанным выше способом, позволяет замедлить реакцию с NаО в стекле, которое находится на его поверхности, и, таким образом, предотвратить образование эффекта отслаивания.
