Abstract

Способ производства гранул спеченного материала с использованием в качестве материала хотя бы двух типов железной руды, содержащей крупные зерна и дисперсный порошок, используя первый гранулятор для обеспечения налипания дисперсного порошка на крупные зерна у образованием зерен с сердцевинной для производства гранул S-типа, и используют второй гранулятор для грануляции лишь одного дисперсного порошка или преимущественно дисперсного порошка для производства гранул Р-типа, причем этот способ производит гранулы S-типа путем регулирования количества дисперсного порошка, который подается в указанный первый гранулятор таким образом, чтобы средняя толщина налиплого на зерна из сердцевиной дисперсного порошка составляла от 50 до 300 мкм, а остальной дисперсный порошок, не поданный в указанный первый гр
