Abstract
Данное изобретение касается применения замещенного хинолинового производного при получении лекарственного средства для лечения инфекции, которую вызывает резистентный к лекарственному средству штамм Mycobacterium, где указанным замещенным хинолиновым производным является соединение формулы (Иа) или формулы (Иb), (Ia), (Ib)ее фармацевтически приемлемые кислотно-аддитивные или основно-аддитивные соли, стереохимически изомерные формы, таутомерные формы и М-оксидные формы.В данном изобретении также заявлена композиция, которая содержит фармацевтически приемлемый носитель и, как активный ингредиент, терапевтически эффективное количество вышеупомянутых соединений и одного или нескольких других антимикобактериальных средств.
