Abstract

Протиструминний відцентровий екстрактор безперервної дії містить суцільний барабан із зонами освітлення і зоною перемішування, камери для підведення рідин в зону перемішування, транспортний шнек, розвантажувальний пристрій твердої фази, розвантажувальну камеру з пристроєм верхнього розвантаження для відведення однієї рідкої фази, зливну камеру для другої рідкої фази, відокремлену від розділової порожнини переливною перегородкою. З метою підвищення ефективності він забезпечений, щонайменше, однією додатковою переливною перегородкою, патрубком для подачі легкої фази в першу змішувально-розділову камеру до внутрішньої стінки корпусу барабана, а також, принаймні, одним перепускним патрубком для відведення легкої рідкої фази з першої змішувально-розділової камери в зону важкої фази наступної камери.
