Abstract

The invention refers to arc welding, in particular - to the dc power supply of electrical welding arc. A device for arc welding includes an input rectifier with outputs for connection to the power system, keys, capacitors, an arc welding transformer, filters-capacitors, an output rectifier, a choke. One side of the primary winding of arc welding transformer is connected through the capacitor and key with the common point “+” of input rectifier and filter-capacitor. Other side of the primary winding of arc welding transformer is connected through another capacitor and key to the common point, formed by “-” of input rectifier and another filter-capacitor. The midpoint of the primary winding of arc welding transformer is connected with the common point of filters-capacitors. The secondary winding of arc welding transformer is connected in parallel through the output rectifier and choke to the terminals for connection with the arc space.
