Abstract

The invention refers to arc welding, in particular, to the dc power supply of electrical welding arc. A device for arc welding includes an input rectifier with inputs for connection to the power system, filters-capacitors, keys, an arc welding transformer, a capacitor, an output rectifier, a choke, terminals, primary winding of arc welding transformer by one side is connected through the capacitor with the common point of the keys in-series connected together and connected in parallel to the output of input rectifier and to the filters-capacitors in-series connected together. Other side of the primary winding of arc welding transformer is connected with the common point of filters-capacitors for connection to the neutral conductor of the power system. The secondary winding of arc welding transformer is connected in parallel through the output rectifier and choke to the terminals for connection with the arc space.
