Abstract

A device for arc welding contains input diodes for connection to the power system, filters-capacitors, keys, an arc welding transformer, an output rectifier, a choke, terminals. The primary winding of arc welding transformer by one end is connected to the common point of keys in-series connected and connected in parallel to in-series connected between filters-capacitors and connected common points with the keys to the cathodes of input diodes, for connection of the anodes of these diodes in accordance with the phases of the power system. By another end the primary winding of welding transformer is connected with the common point of filters-capacitors for connection to the neutral conductor of the power system. The secondary winding of arc welding transformer is connected in parallel through output rectifier and in-series through the choke to the terminals for connection with the arc space.
