Abstract

A device for the arc welding contains input diodes for connection to the power system, filters-capacitors, keys, an arc welding transformer, a capacitor, an output rectifier, a choke, terminals. The primary winding of the arc welding transformer through the capacitor by one end is connected to the common point of keys in-series connected between them and connected in parallel to filters-capacitors also in-series connected between them. Filters-capacitors are connected by common point with one of the keys to the cathode of input diode for connection of the anode of this diode to the phase of the power system. By another common point with another key they are connected with the anode of another input diode for connection of the cathode of this diode to the neutral conductor of the power system. The primary winding of arc welding transformer is connected by another end with the common point of filters-capacitors, in this case the secondary winding of arc welding transformer is connected in parallel through output rectifier and in-series through the choke to the terminals for connection with the arc space.
