Abstract

A device for arc welding contains an input rectifier with inputs for connection to a power system, filters-capacitors, keys, an arc welding transformer, a capacitor, an output rectifier, a choke, terminals. A primary winding of the arc welding transformer by one side is connected with a common point of the keys connected in series between them and connected in parallel to the outputs of input rectifier. Other side of the primary winding of the arc welding transformer is connected with the common point of filters-capacitors connected together in series and connected in parallel to the outputs of input rectifier. The secondary winding of arc welding transformer is connected in parallel through the initial rectifier, capacitor and in series through the choke to the terminals for connection with the arc space.
