Abstract

A device for arc welding contains an input rectifier with inputs for connection to the power system, filters-capacitors, keys, an arc welding transformer, capacitors, an input rectifier, a choke, terminals. One side of the primary winding of arc welding transformer is connected through the key with the common point formed by one of the outputs input rectifier and filter-capacitor. Other side of the primary winding of arc welding transformer is connected through another key to the common point formed by another output of input rectifier and another filter-capacitor. The midpoint of the primary winding of arc welding transformer is connected through the capacitor with the common point of filters-capacitors. The secondary winding of arc welding transformer is connected in parallel through the output rectifier-capacitor and in-series through the choke to the terminals for connection with the arc space.
