Abstract
Способ получения металлов и сплавов, преимущественно ферросплавов, включает восстановление измельченного оксидного материала в восстановительной зоне, содержащей уголь, вдувание в угольный слой кислорода или кислородсодержащего газа, сепарацию частиц угля из отходящих газов и подачу их с кислородом или кислородсодержащим газом в горелки. С целью расширения технологических возможностей, восстановительная зона по высоте состоит из трех стационарных слоев угля А, В, С. Кислород или кислородсодержащий газ вдувают на границе между нижним слоем А, состоящим из дегазированного угля, и средним слоем В, в который выше вдувают мелкозернистый оксидный материал. В верхний слой угля (С) вводят горючую смесь из частиц угля и кислорода или кислородсодержащего газа.
