With the purpose of development of processing capabilities, a reducing zone on a height consists of three stationary coal layers A, B, C. Oxygen or oxygen-containing gas is blown on a bound between the bottom layer A, consisting of gas-free coal, and middle layer B, in which above fine-grained oxide material is injected. Hot mixture from particles of coal and oxygen or oxygen-containing gas is introduced into the upper coal layer (C).
