Винахід належить до способу виготовлення льодяника з начинкою, що включає стадії a) отримання щонайменше однієї маси звареної карамельної композиції, b) формування зі звареної карамельної композиції порожнистого джгута, c) заповнення порожнини джгута твердою їстівною композицією у вигляді частинок, що містять шоколадну серцевину, e) вставлення паличок в джгут або в його шматки через карамельну область і щонайменше частково в область з начинкою, f) штампування джгута або його шматків в льодяники, які утворюють область, яка містить шоколад, оточену зовнішньою карамельною областю, g) охолоджування льодяників. Винахід належить також льодянику, що одержаний по вказаному способу.
