Abstract

Описывается способ выделения монтелукаста формулы I из реакционных смесей, включающий преобразование неочищенного вещества в соли с первичными аминами, которые хорошо кристаллизуются в среде по крайней мере одного органического растворителя и ацетонитрила, с последующей перекристаллизацией этих солей с последующим удалением химических примесей и применение химически чистых солей монтелукаста с первичными аминами для непосредственной трансформации на фармацевтически пригодную аморфную форму монтелукаста натрия формулы II,, (I)(II).
