Abstract
一種遮光型廣告噴繪布的塗層結構,包含:一經編網布層(Warp knitted mesh fabric);一正面塗層,是由聚丙烯酸樹酯類為主混合防火及防水劑而成的漿料膠層,塗佈在經編網布層的正面上,使漿料膠層滲入網孔並覆蓋經編網布層,使正面塗層和經編網布層網緊密結合;以及一背面遮光塗層,是由壓克力樹酯為主混合遮光塗料所構成的遮光膠層,塗佈在經編網布層的背面上,使遮光膠層滲入網孔並覆蓋經編網布層,使背面遮光塗層和經編網布層緊密結合,據以直接成型為一可遮光的廣告噴繪布結構;本創作無須經過傳統的繁複工序,因此符合產業利用性、實用性以及環保功能。
Description
本創作涉及一種廣告噴繪布,尤指一種以經編網布結構為基布,並直接塗佈成型具有遮光塗層結構的遮光型廣告噴繪布。
按,如圖1所示,習用一種廣告噴繪布的製程70,包含下列步驟:將胚布71加入液碱

→遮光型廣告噴繪布77。惟查,習用這種製程所生產的遮光型廣告噴繪布77,其製程非常複雜且能耗高,且退漿、洗布、漂白、染色會使用大量的化學藥劑及造成大量的汙水。因此,上述習用遮光型廣告噴繪布77的實用性及環保性並不足夠,尚有改善空間。
次按,除了製程之缺失外,傳統的廣告噴繪布實際使用時仍然具有下述的缺點:
1.在噴繪工藝上:使用Dye sub噴繪機時,熱能損耗極大、速度極慢。
2.在噴繪難度上:背面發泡耐溫性差,使用Dye Sub和Latex噴繪時極易因高溫熔化背面發泡層導致不易噴繪。
3.在應用場景上: 只可應用在室內環境。
4.在儲存週期上: PU塗層長時間會出現發粘、發黃情況,造成不易打開並影響噴繪。
5.在塗層短周期降解上: 不可降解。
是以,本創作人有鑑於上述問題點,乃積極研究改良,以期一種製程效率更快,能耗更低的技術,以符合環保法規的要求,為本創作所要克服的課題。
緣是,本創作之主要目的,係在提供一種遮光型廣告噴繪布的塗層結構,其成型工序便捷且能耗低,且無需使用化學藥劑,不會造成汙水的汙染。
為達上述目的,本創作所採用之技術手段包含:一經編網布層(Warp knitted mesh fabric),是由聚酯纖維所編織而成的經編織物,並使該經編網布層具有高密度的網孔及抗拉性,其具有一正面與一背面;一正面塗層,是由聚丙烯酸樹酯類為主混合防火及防水劑而成的漿料膠層,以該漿料膠層塗佈在該經編網布層的正面上,使該漿料膠層滲入該網孔並覆蓋該經編網布層,使該正面塗層和該經編網布層網緊密結合;以及一背面遮光塗層,是由壓克力樹酯為主混合遮光塗料所構成的遮光膠層,以該遮光膠層塗佈在該經編網布層的背面上,使該遮光膠層滲入該網孔並覆蓋該經編網布層,使該背面遮光塗層和該經編網布層緊密結合,據以直接成型為一可遮光的廣告噴繪布結構。
依據前揭特徵,該經編網布層10的基本重量在158~178克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,較佳者為166~170克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,最佳者為168克/平方公尺(gsm)。
依據前揭特徵,該上表面塗層20及該背面遮光塗層30的基本重量在65~85克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,較佳者為73~77克/平方公尺(gsm) 範圍內,最佳者為75克/平方公尺(gsm)。
藉助上揭技術手段,本創作的廣告噴繪布,相較於傳統的廣告噴繪布,具有如下的實益及功效增進:
1.在噴繪工藝上: 本創作的廣告噴繪布使用在UV噴繪機與Latex噴繪機時,相較於傳統的廣告噴繪布,本創作具有能耗較低,且速度較快的優點。
2.在噴繪難度上:本創作具有耐溫性好,可以適應Latex噴繪機的高溫噴繪環境。
3.在應用場景上:本創作具有抗UV和防水性能好,室內、室外都可以使用的特性。
4.在儲存週期上:本創作具有PA塗層白度穩定,無發粘狀況的優點。
5.在塗層短周期降解上:具有可降解等的功效增進。
再者,本創作相較於傳統的廣告噴繪布的成型工序,本創作具有一道工序完成,能耗低的實用效益。
為充分瞭解本創作,茲藉由下述具體之實施例,並配合所附之圖式,對本創作做一詳細說明。本領域技術人員可由本說明書所公開的內容瞭解本創作的目的、特徵及功效。須注意的是,本創作可通過其他不同的具體實施例加以實施或應用,本說明書中的各項細節亦可基於不同觀點,在不悖離本創作的精神下進行各種變更。另外,本創作所附之圖式僅為簡單示意說明,並非依實際尺寸的描繪。以下的實施方式將進一步詳細說明本創作的相關技術內容,但所公開的內容並非用以限制本創作的技術範圍。說明如後:
首先,請參閱圖2~圖8所示,本創作較佳實施例的廣告噴繪布40,包含有:一經編網布層(Warp knitted mesh fabric)10,是由聚酯纖維(PET)所編織而成之經編織物,並使該經編網布層10具有高密度的網孔11及抗拉性,其具有一正面12與一背面13,如圖2、圖3所示者;是以,本創作經編網布層10不是PVC材料所構成。本實施例中,該經編網布層10的基本重量在158~178克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,較佳者為166~170克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,最佳者為168克/平方公尺(gsm)。
一正面塗層20,是由聚丙烯酸樹酯類為主混合防火及防水劑而成的漿料膠層,以該漿料膠層20塗佈在該經編網布層10的正面12上,使該漿料膠層20滲入該網孔11並覆蓋該經編網布層10的正面12,使該上表面塗層20和該經編網布層10網緊密結合;本實施例中,該正面塗層(即漿料膠層)20是能以塗佈機構將漿料膠層20塗佈在經編網布層10上,經由烘乾或風乾後,固著在該經編網布層10上。本實施例中,該上表面塗層20的基本重量在65~85克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,較佳者為73~77克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,最佳者為75克/平方公尺(gsm)。
一背面遮光塗層30,是由壓克力樹酯為主混合遮光塗料所構成的遮光膠層,以該遮光膠層30塗佈在該紡織胚布層10的反面13上,使該遮光膠層30滲入該網孔11並覆蓋該經編網布層10,使該背面遮光塗層30和該經編網布層10緊密結合,據此,該經編網布層10的正面12與反面13分別由該正面塗層20及背面遮光塗層30所包覆,直接成型為一可遮光的廣告噴繪布40結構。本實施例中,該背面遮光塗層30的基本重量在65~85克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,較佳者為73~77克/平方公尺(gsm) 範圍內,最佳者為75克/平方公尺(gsm)。
本實施例中,該背面遮光塗層30能以刮刀、滾膠等塗佈機構(圖未示),將漿料膠層20塗佈在紡織胚布層10上,經由烘乾或風乾後,固著在紡織胚布層10上。惟該塗佈機構為先前技術,非本創作的專利標的,容不贅述。
基於上述構成,本創作的廣告噴繪布40,所使用的經編網布層10具有高密度的網孔11及抗拉性,而正面塗層20的聚丙烯酸樹酯類為無毒、無臭、無味的乳白色高結晶聚合物,是目前所有塑膠中最輕的品種之,密度僅為0.90~0.91g/cm
3,是PVC密度的60%左右,而在通用塑膠中,聚丙烯酸樹酯類的耐熱性最好,其熱變形溫度為80~100℃,同時具有良好的耐應力開裂性,有很高的彎曲疲勞壽命,並具有吸墨特性。再者,該背面遮光塗層30,以壓克力樹酯構成為主,且該正面塗層20/經編網布層10/背面遮光塗層30的克重比(gsm)為75:168:75,具有極佳的配比。據此,本創作的廣告噴繪布40係在該經編網布層10上,同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨以及可遮光的複合結構。
如圖7、圖8所示者,其揭露本創作在室外使用的狀態參考圖,該廣告噴繪布40的正面可供一廣告油墨41噴繪,當照明光源60的光打在該廣告噴繪布40的正面時,藉助該經編網布層10的背面遮光塗層30,因具有遮光功能,所以背面的支撐架50不會若隱若現,可完全被遮蔽,所以不會破壞廣告圖案的清晰度跟視覺的整體性,是以,特別適於作為室外的廣告噴繪布。
本創作具有以下幾個特徵及功效需再闡明者:
首按,本創作的廣告噴繪布40結構,達到歐盟防火等級標準
EN13501-1 -B -s1-d0標準中防火等級『B級』,製品的燃燒性能,符合防火等級安全性較高的歐盟標準,因此其阻燃性及防火性無庸置疑。
次按,本創作的廣告噴繪布40,係以一以塗佈機構將漿料膠層20、遮光膠層30塗佈在經編網布層10上,經由烘乾或風乾後,固著在該經編網布層10上,使該漿料膠層20、遮光膠層30能滲入該網孔11,和該經編網布層10緊密結合,使經編網布層10正面同時形成具有防火及防水膠層的複合結構。更重要的是該背面遮光塗層30,一道塗佈工序即可完成,能直接穩固附著在該經編網布層10的背面上,無須經過傳統的繁複工序,因此符合產業利用性、經濟性及實用性。
又按,本創作的廣告噴繪布40,係以經編網布層10為基布,其具有非PVC材料及無毒的特性,因此亦可適用於室內廣告使用,並符合醫療等級之使用功效者。

Claims (3)
- 一種遮光型廣告噴繪布的塗層結構,包含有: 一經編網布層(Warp knitted mesh fabric),是由聚酯纖維所編織而成的經編織物,並使該經編網布層具有高密度的網孔及抗拉性,其具有一正面與一背面; 一正面塗層,是由聚丙烯酸樹酯類為主混合防火及防水劑而成的漿料膠層,以該漿料膠層塗佈在該經編網布層的正面上,使該漿料膠層滲入該網孔並覆蓋該經編網布層,使該正面塗層和該經編網布層網緊密結合;以及 一背面遮光塗層,是由壓克力樹酯為主混合遮光塗料所構成的遮光膠層,以該遮光膠層塗佈在該經編網布層的背面上,使該遮光膠層滲入該網孔並覆蓋該經編網布層,使該背面遮光塗層和該經編網布層緊密結合,據以直接成型為一可遮光的廣告噴繪布結構。
- 如請求項1所述的遮光型廣告噴繪布的塗層結構,其中,該經編網布層10的基本重量在158~178克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,較佳者為166~170克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,最佳者為168克/平方公尺(gsm)。
- 如請求項1所述的遮光型廣告噴繪布的塗層結構,其中,該上表面塗層20及該背面遮光塗層30的基本重量在65~85克/平方公尺(gsm)範圍內,較佳者為73~77克/平方公尺(gsm) 範圍內,最佳者為75克/平方公尺(gsm)。
