Abstract
一種非PVC類可拼接的織物結構環保廣告布,其特徵在於廣告布包含:一網布基層;一具有第一增黏結構的防火及防水層,包覆在網布基層的正面與反面;一具有第二增黏結構的吸墨塗層,塗佈在該第一增黏結構層的表面上;以及一具有第三增黏結構的廣告油墨層,塗佈在第二增黏結構層的表面,據此,本創作的廣告布是在網布基層同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構,並且具有可高頻加工拼接的增黏結構層,使得廣告布的最大寬幅可依需求無限制的高頻拼接加寬,改善了先前專利壁布無法以高頻拼接的缺失,使環保型廣告布具有更多的適用性及提升整體的廣告效果及質量。
Description
本創作涉及一種廣告布結構,尤指一種非PVC類可拼接的織物結構環保廣告布。
按,在先前技藝中,應用於廣告或店面建物之遮陽或遮陽棚上的材料大都以帆布居多,所以帆布具有展示、遮陽及擋雨之功用。而最早期之PE編織帆布,其係PE織帶經緯交錯而成單一色或條紋色彩之編織層,由於編織層不具防水性,故須於表面塗佈一淋膜層,藉以達到防水功能,其雖具有比重低之優點,但因該淋膜層不易附著在編織層 表面,且僅有薄薄的一層,加上其本身材質上柔軟度不足,當PE帆布呈彎摺或碰撞時,其摺處極易發生該淋膜層破損或剝落之情況,此時PE帆布即失去防水功能,為其最大缺失。
於是,一種PVC帆布遂因應而生,其係在中間之纖維基材層的上、下表面膠合或熱壓一層PVC所構成,其具有抗拉強度佳,且防水性亦優之特點,因此也被用來作為防水遮陽及廣告用壁布,故其確實解決了PE壁布不耐用及易損壞之問題點;惟查,PE壁布的比重約為1,但PVC壁布的比重約1.4,故其重量要比PE壁布多重40%以上,而PVC是聚氯乙烯的簡稱,英文為Polyvinylchloride,被國際綠色和平組織稱為「毒塑膠」,卻也因為便宜、製造方便,而成為產量僅次於PE的第二大泛用塑膠,廣泛存在於我們的生活周遭,嚴重威脅著我們的環境與身體健康。
再者,PVC是五大泛用塑膠(PE、PVC、PP、PS、ABS)中唯一的含氯塑膠。由於含氯的緣故,使其可藉由塑化劑的添加,而改變柔軟度。除了塑化劑外,PVC的熱安定性是很差的。為了避免PVC產品在太陽或高溫下的裂解,還必須添加安定劑,通常為鉛、鎘、鋅等重金屬。因此,PVC並不只是PVC,還含有一些對健康與環境有害的塑化劑與安定劑;完全不添加任何東西的PVC本身雖不毒,但也沒有用處。
是故,國際綠色和平組織之所以會稱PVC為「毒塑膠」,不是指不含任何添加劑的PVC本身而言,但也不光指含有添加劑的PVC產品而言,而是因為其整個生命週期,從原料開採、製造、使用、到廢棄的所有階段,皆會對環境與人體健康造成危害。
次按,廣告業為資訊快速更新的行業,一般戶外廣告的投入使用期限極短,長則半年,少則數天,使用PVC塗覆夾網布作為數碼噴繪廣告布在使用後的處理尤為棘手,PVC色澤鮮豔,耐腐蝕,牢固耐用,但熱穩定性和耐光性較差,100 ℃以上或長時間陽光曝曬開始分解出氯化氫,因此製造塑膠時需加入穩定劑、增塑劑、抗老化劑等一些有毒輔助材料來增強其耐熱性、韌性、延展性等。純的PVC密度為1.4g/cm
3,加入增塑劑等的PVC密度一般為1.15~2.00g/cm
3。PVC內的這些有害添加劑和增塑劑可能滲出或氣化,干擾生物內分泌,影響生殖機能,可增加致癌風險,因此部分類型的增塑劑己被歐盟國家列為高關注物質,並全面禁止使用。再者,
PVC有縮水的缺失。
此外,使用PVC塗覆夾網布後的處理方法一般有:
1. 分離法,其缺點是PVC貼合夾網布後很難分離。
2. 掩埋法,其缺點是PVC本身需要經過數十年才能分解,分解後的物體對土壤和水源有害。
3. 焚化法,其缺點是PVC在燃燒過程中會釋放出致癌的戴奧辛(Dioxin)而污染空氣。
是以,申請人在2018年3月提出一種『具有吸墨、防火特性的結構壁布』實用新型專利,包含有:一纖維基布層,係由聚酯纖維(PET)的經線及緯線所編織而成之網狀編織物,具有高密度的網孔及抗拉性;一防火及防水膠層,係由聚丙烯酸樹酯類為主混和防火及防水劑而成的漿料,分批逐層的塗佈在纖維基布層上;以及一吸墨塗層,其塗佈在膠層的表面上。據此,在纖維基布層同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構,使壁布具有無PVC及無毒的特性,特別適用於廣告、室內裝飾用等,並符合醫療等級之使用者。此類型專利見諸申請人的ZL2018 2 0351837.4專利,及台灣第M562864號專利。
惟查,上揭特徵所構成的織物結構壁布60,係如圖1A、1B所示,它成型後的長度(L1)是很長的,但可以收卷,所以我們在製作廣告(A)時,它的高度(H1)不論是數米(M)到數十米(M),都可依需求裁切,使用上沒有問題。但是,他成型的最大寬幅(Wmax)受限於現有技術及機台,僅能到5米(m)左右的寬幅,因此以該織物結構壁布60所製作的廣告(A)只能在5米(m)以內,如果超過5米(m)以上的話,則無法使用。且受限於該壁布60的材料及結構層,並無法進行拼接以擴大其寬幅,為其未盡完美之處。因此本創作人乃秉持精益求精的精神,積極加以研究改進,以期克服上述問題點。
緣是,本創作主要目的,在提供一種非PVC類可拼接的織物結構環保廣告布,其在網布基層同時形成具有防火及防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構,使廣告布形成具有無PVC及無毒結構,且廣告布的寬幅可依需求無限制的以高頻拼接方式加寬,使環保型廣告布具有更多的適用性及提升整體的廣告效果及質量。
本創作再一目的,在提供一種非PVC類可拼接的織物結構環保廣告布,其具有比重小於1之物理結構特性,以其所構成之廣告布結構,其比重較PVC廣告布減少35%以上,具有質輕而方便操作使用,又可維持高抗拉強度及極佳防水性之功效。
為達上述目的,本創作所採用之技術手段包含: 一網布基層,由聚酯纖維的經線及緯線所編織而成之網狀編織物,具有高密度的網孔及抗拉性,其具有一正面與一反面;一第一增黏結構層,為一具有第一增黏結構的防火及防水層,以防火及防水材混合膠黏劑所構成的漿料,塗佈在該網布基層上,使該膠層滲入該網孔,並包覆該網布基層的正面與反面,使其具有一形成在該網布基層正面的第一表面,及一形成在該網布基層反面的第二表面,使該第一增黏結構層和該網布基層緊密結合;一第二增黏結構層,為一具有第二增黏結構的吸墨塗層,以壓克力樹酯為主混合膠黏劑所構成的吸水性塗料,塗佈在該第一增黏結構層的第一表面上,使其具有一形成在該第一增黏結構層的第一表面的一底表面,及一相反面的上表面,使該第二增黏結構層和該第一增黏結構層緊密結合;以及一第三增黏結構層,為一具有第三增黏結構的廣告油墨層,以廣告油墨為主混合膠黏劑所構成的廣告塗料,塗佈在該第二增黏結構層的上表面上,據此,該廣告布是在該網布基層同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構,並具有可拼接的增黏結構層。
依據前揭特徵,該二片廣告布拼接時藉由熱熔各該增黏結構層,使該拼接面疊合後,介面分子之間產生相互吸引力,使二片廣告布拼接後穩固結合。
借助上揭技術手段,本創作的非PVC類可拼接的織物結構環保廣告布是在網布基層同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構,並且具有可拼接的增黏結構層,使得廣告布的最大寬幅可依需求無限制的拼接加寬,使環保型廣告布具有更多的適用性及選擇性。
為充分瞭解本創作,茲藉由下述具體之實施例,並配合所附之圖式,對本創作做一詳細說明。本領域技術人員可由本說明書所公開的內容瞭解本創作的目的、特徵及功效。須注意的是,本創作可通過其他不同的具體實施例加以實施或應用,本說明書中的各項細節亦可基於不同觀點,在不悖離本創作的精神下進行各種變更。另外,本創作所附之圖式僅為簡單示意說明,並非依實際尺寸的描繪。以下的實施方式將進一步詳細說明本創作的相關技術內容,但所公開的內容並非用以限制本創作的技術範圍。說明如後:
首先,請參閱圖2~圖8所示,本創作非PVC類可拼接的織物結構環保廣告布的一較佳實施例,該廣告布50包含有下列多層結構:一網布基層40,由聚酯纖維(PET)的經線41及緯線42所編織而成之網狀編織物(如圖5所示),具有高密度的網孔45及抗拉性,其具有一正面43與一反面44。
一第一增黏結構層10,為一具有第一增黏結構的防火及防水層,其以防火及防水材11混合膠黏劑12所構成的漿料,塗佈在該網布基層40上,使該膠層滲入該網孔45,並包覆該網布基層40的正面43與反面44,使其具有一形成在該網布基層40正面43的第一表面13,及一形成在該網布基層40反面42的第二表面14,使該第一增黏結構層10和該網布基層40緊密結合。本實施例中,膠黏劑12可以為:如環氧樹脂膠黏劑、聚氨酯膠黏劑、聚醋酸乙烯膠黏劑…等,但不限定於此。惟查,該等膠黏劑的成份為先前技術(PRIOR ART),非本創作的專利標的,容不贅述。
一第二增黏結構層20,為一具有第二增黏結構的吸墨塗層,以壓克力樹酯21為主混合膠黏劑22所構成的吸水性塗料,塗佈在該第一增黏結構層10的第一表面13上,使其具有一形成在該第一增黏結構層10的第一表面13的一底表面23,及一相反面的上表面24,使該第二增黏結構層20和該第一增黏結構層10緊密結合。本實施例中,膠黏劑22可以為:如環氧樹脂膠黏劑、聚氨酯膠黏劑、聚醋酸乙烯膠黏劑等。
一第三增黏結構層30,為一具有第三增黏結構的廣告油墨層,以廣告油墨31為主混合膠黏劑32所構成的廣告塗料,塗佈在該第二增黏結構層20的上表面24上。本實施例中,該廣告油墨層的膠黏劑32可包括為二氧化矽。由於二氧化矽為無色結晶或白色粉末,除氫氟酸外,不溶於水及酸,與多數金屬氧化物化合,不可燃,高介電系數,高熱集碰撞抗力,具有高度黏度與收縮性;因此,在廣告油墨中添加有二氧化矽,除了提升增黏結構,亦可增該廣告油墨層防火性跟收縮性的功效。
本創作廣告布50的主要特徵:是在該網布基層40 依序形成一防火及防水層、一吸墨塗層及廣告油墨層,除該網布基層40維持不變外,進一步在第一層及第二層的結構層中,增加膠黏劑;並在第三層增加二氧化矽。如此一來,本創作廣告布50的主要構造即在該網布基層40上包含有:具有第一增黏結構層10的防火及防水層;具有第二增黏結構層20的吸墨塗層;具有第三增黏結構層30的廣告油墨層;據此,該廣告布50是在該網布基層40同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構,並同時具有可拼接的增黏結構層。
依據膠接的吸附理論:黏接力的主要來源是黏接體系的分子作用力,即凡得瓦力和氫鍵力。膠黏與被黏物表面的黏接力與吸附力具有某種相同的性質。膠黏劑分子與被黏物表面分子的作用過程有兩個過程:第一階段是液體膠黏劑分子藉助於布朗運動向被黏物表面擴散,使兩介面的極性基團或鏈節相互靠近,在此過程中,升溫、施加接觸壓力和降低膠黏劑粘度等都有利於布朗運動的加強。第二階段是吸附力的產生,當膠黏劑與被黏物分子間的距離達到一預定值時,介面分子之間便產生相互吸引力,使分子間的距離進一步縮短到處於最大穩定狀態。是以,本創作廣告布50的主要構造包含有:具有第一增黏結構層10的防火及防水層;具有第二增黏結構層20的吸墨塗層;以及具有第三增黏結構層30的廣告油墨層;使該廣告布50是在該網布基層40同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構,並依據上述膠接的吸附理論,使該廣告布50同時具有可拼接的增黏結構層。是以,由於本創作廣告布50具有增黏結構層的改進,使其進一步可以使用高頻等加工方式進行拼接,而先前的專利壁布因不具有增黏結構層,所以無法使用高頻等加工方式進行拼接,僅能使用「縫接」方式來加工。但查,使用「縫接」方式來加工的增幅廣告布,其整體的平整度及品質不若高頻拼接方式來得優。
亦即,如圖2及圖3所示,當二片廣告布50a及50b需要拼接時,在其邊緣疊合的拼接面51,可運用高頻等加工方式,藉由熱熔該增黏結構層內的膠黏劑,使該拼接面51疊合的後,介面分子之間產生相互吸引力,使分子間的距離進一步縮短到處於最穩定狀態,使二片廣告布50a及50b拼接後結合非常穩固,如圖6A及圖6B所示者。
由於本創作的廣告布50結構,所使用的PET纖維網布基層40,具有高密度的網孔45及抗拉性,而第一增黏結構層10的防火及防水膠層的聚丙烯酸樹酯類為無毒、無臭、無味的乳白色高結晶聚合物,是目前所有塑膠中最輕的品種之,密度僅為0.90~0.91g/cm3,是PVC密度的60%左右,而在通用塑膠中,聚丙烯酸樹酯類的耐熱性最好,其熱變形溫度為80~100 ℃,同時具有良好的耐應力開裂性,有很高的彎曲疲勞壽命。再者,第二增黏結構層20的吸墨塗層,以壓克力樹酯構成為主,其與該聚丙烯酸樹酯類的適當配比,而具有吸墨特性。據此,本創作的廣告布50係在該纖維網布基層40上,同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構。
本創作具有以下幾個特徵及功效需再闡明者:
一、本創作的環保型廣告布50結構,經送到歐盟公告的實驗室授權機構CSI義大利實驗室,測試結果達到歐盟防火等級標準EN13501-1-B -s1-d0標準中防火等級『B級』,製品的燃燒性能,其中該產煙量的附加等級:『s1』。另該燃燒滴落物/微粒的附加等級:『d0』。是以,本創作的環保型壁布50,符合防火等級安全性較高的歐盟標準,因此其阻燃性及防火性無庸置疑。
二 、本創作的環保型壁布50結構,可達防水功能,並具有可清潔的特性,且沒有傳統PVC廣告布會縮水的缺點。
三、本創作的環廣告布50結構,其具有無PVC及無毒的特性,因此特別適用於室內廣告、室內裝飾用,並符合醫療等級之使用功效者。
四、本創作的廣告布50結構,相較與現行市場上的PVC廣告布,其重量減少近35%,因此輕便柔軟,安裝拆卸更為簡單快捷,以及具有移除容易的特性。
圖7所示,係本創作之拼接使用狀態參考圖,其是在各該廣告布50a、50b、50c…上,先噴塗廣告圖樣後,再進行拼接的示意圖。由於各該片廣告布50a、50b、50c…成型的最大寬幅(Wmax)受限於現有技術及機台,僅能到5米(m)左右的寬幅,但本創作卻可以將各該片廣告布50a、50b、50c…在噴繪該廣告油墨後,再使用高頻等加工方式進行拼接,如此一來,該廣告圖樣寬幅(W)就可以無限制(Wmax1
+Wmax2
+Wmax3
+ ……W∞ )。
再者,如圖7所示,由於本創作之廣告布50的組合結構強度佳,可配合預定的成型機加工,使該廣告布50其寬幅(W)可根據客戶要求訂制,因壁布成型後的長度(L2)是很長的,但可以收卷,所以我們在製作廣告(A)時,它的高度(H2)不論是數米(M)到數十米(M),都可依需求裁切,使用上沒有問題。而本創作進一步的改良在於:廣告布50最大寬幅可以是50a+50b+50c…的逐一拼接 (Wmax1
+Wmax2
+Wmax3
+ ……W∞ ) ,亦即本創作之廣告布50可以無限制的增加寬幅。如此一來,可隨意選擇中意的圖片噴繪。是以,本創作的環保型廣告布50具有更多的適用性及選擇性。
此外本創作的廣告布50其在使用後的處理也符合環保要求,下表是本創作廣告布50 所進行的生物將降解率測試報告:

由上分析表清楚得知,傳統PVC廣告布雖然可使用高頻等加工方式進行拼接增加PVC廣告布的寬幅,但是本創作的廣告布50結構,相較於傳統PVC廣告布,具有防火、防水及吸墨、可清潔、移除容易、無致敏、無毒性等特性。而相較於先前的專利壁布,無法使用高頻拼接的缺失,本創作的廣告布50可隨意選擇中意的圖片噴繪,並可根據客戶要求訂制寬幅,廣告布 50a+50b+50c…可使用高頻等加工方式進行拼接 (Wmax1+ Wmax2+ Wmax3+……W∞ ) ,無限制的增加廣告布寬幅;是以,本創作的廣告布50改善了先前的專利壁布無法以高頻拼接的缺失,且具有更多的適用性及選擇性。因此其創造性並非顯而易見的,且具有突出的實質性特點,即本創作與現有技術相比具有更好的技術效果,提供了一種技術構思不同的技術方案,其技術效果能夠基本上達到現有技術的水準;是以,本創作符合專利的新穎性與創造性要件。
綜上所述,本創作所揭示之構造,為昔所無,且確能達到功效之增進,並具可供產業利用性,完全符合新型專利要件,祈請 鈞局核賜專利,以勵創新,無任德感。
惟,上述所揭露之圖式、說明,僅為本創作之較佳實施例,大凡熟悉此項技藝人士,依本案精神範疇所作之修飾或等效變化,仍應包括在本案申請專利範圍內。

Claims (2)
- 一種非PVC類可拼接的織物結構環保廣告布,其特徵在於:該廣告布包含有下列多層結構:一網布基層,由聚酯纖維的經線及緯線所編織而成之網狀編織物,具有高密度的網孔及抗拉性,其具有一正面與一反面;一第一增黏結構層,為一具有第一增黏結構的防火及防水層,以防火及防水材混合膠黏劑所構成的漿料,塗佈在該網布基層上,使該膠層滲入該網孔,並包覆該網布基層的正面與反面,使其具有一形成在該網布基層正面的第一表面,及一形成在該網布基層反面的第二表面,使該第一增黏結構層和該網布基層緊密結合;一第二增黏結構層,為一具有第二增黏結構的吸墨塗層,以壓克力樹酯為主混合膠黏劑所構成的吸水性塗料,塗佈在該第一增黏結構層的第一表面上,使其具有一形成在該第一增黏結構層的第一表面的一底表面,及一相反面的上表面,使該第二增黏結構層和該第一增黏結構層緊密結合;以及一第三增黏結構層,為一具有第三增黏結構的廣告油墨層,以廣告油墨為主混合膠黏劑所構成的廣告塗料,塗佈在該第二增黏結構層的上表面上,據此,該廣告布是在該網布基層同時形成具有防火、防水及吸墨塗層的複合結構,並具有可拼接的增黏結構層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之非PVC類可拼接的織物結構環保廣告布,其特徵在於:該二片廣告布拼接時藉由高頻熱熔各該增黏結構層,使該拼接面疊合後,介面分子之間產生相互吸引力,使二片廣告布拼接後穩固結合。
