聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布,采用聚丙烯为主要原材料,制成以聚丙烯布为基布,具有多种特性的新型环保广告布,可包括聚丙烯基布层,防水上色层,高分子吸墨层。相对于目前使用广泛的聚氯乙烯涂覆夹网布而言,具有喷绘效果良好,重量轻,节约成本,使用和使用后处理更加环保的优点。

本发明涉及一种聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布
背景技术
目前,全球户外广告业均采用聚氯乙烯(英文为PolyVinyl Chloride,简称PVC)涂覆夹网布作为数码喷绘广告布,如在先专利文献CN2650286Y、CN2740400Y、CN291192334Y中公开的广告材料中均大量采用了聚氯乙烯材料。其使用量不断上升,已取代了其它多数户外广告宣传方式。在促进市场流通、引导大众消费、美化城市空间、营造都市氛围等方面,户外广告一直发挥着难以替代的作用。
广告业为信息快速更新的行业,一般户外广告的投入使用期限极短,长则半年,少则数天,使用聚氯乙烯涂覆夹网布作为数码喷绘广告布在使用后的处理尤为棘手。聚氯乙烯涂覆夹网布是以涤纶(PET)布为基布,经涂覆聚氯乙烯薄膜为面与底的聚氯乙烯夹网布。聚氯乙烯色泽鲜艳,耐腐蚀,牢固耐用,但热稳定性和耐光性较差,100℃以上或长时间阳光曝晒开始分解出氯化氢,因此制造塑料时需加入稳定剂、增塑剂、抗老化剂等一些有毒辅助材料来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。纯的聚氯乙烯密度为1.4g/cm3,加入增塑剂等的聚氯乙烯密度一般为1.15-2.00g/cm3。聚氯乙烯内的这些有害添加剂和增塑剂可能渗出或气化,干扰生物内分泌,影响生殖机能,可增加致癌风险,因此部分类型的增塑剂已被欧盟国家列为高关注物质,并在3-5年内全面禁止使用。
使用聚氯乙烯涂覆夹网布后的处理方法一般有1.分离法。缺点:聚氯乙烯贴合涤纶夹网布后很难分离。2.掩埋法。缺点:聚氯乙烯本身需要经过数十年才能分解,分解后的物体对土壤和水源有害。3.焚化法。缺点:聚氯乙烯在燃烧过程中会释放出致癌的戴奥辛(Dioxin)而污染空气。
发明内容
为了解决聚氯乙烯材料应用过程中产生的种种问题,本发明采用聚丙烯(英文为Polypropylene,简称PP)为原材料,制成聚丙烯纱,并通过针织或机织工艺,制成聚丙烯布为基布,具有多种特性的新型环保广告布。
聚丙烯为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶聚合物,是目前所有塑料中最轻的品种之一,密度仅为0.90-0.91g/cm3,是聚氯乙烯密度的60%左右。聚丙烯化学稳定性好,除强氧化剂外,与大多数化学品不发生作用。通用塑料中,聚丙烯的耐热性最好,其热变形温度为80-100℃,能在沸水中煮。同时具有良好的耐应力开裂性,有很高的弯曲疲劳寿命。
相较聚氯乙烯涂覆夹网布,以聚丙烯为基布的该新型环保广告布具有以下几个特性:
1.喷绘后效果与目前市场上现有广告布相近。
2.相等的强度下,此新型环保广告布相较与现行市场上的广告布重量减少近一半,轻便柔软,安装拆卸更为简单快捷。
3.该新型环保广告布材料轻,体积小,能极大地降低运输成本。
4.在不需要添加任何添加剂的情况下,即可耐寒达到零下40℃。已通过该标准的耐寒实验(ASTM D2136-2002)。
5.相较于传统广告布所使用的聚氯乙烯而言,聚丙烯的生产较为简单,耗能较低,而聚氯乙烯作为典型的高能耗产品,无论是电石法或是乙烯法来制作的聚氯乙烯,能耗和成本均较高,不符合当下节能减排,有限资源再利用的全球趋势。
同时,该以聚丙烯为原材料的新型环保广告布在使用后的处理也符合环保要求:
1.可以容易地进行粉碎回收,并再生为其它聚丙烯制品,如产品包装外壳,花盆、皮包硬内衬等。
2.该新型环保广告布在燃烧后所产生的气体不易产生空气污染。
3.该新型环保广告布在掩埋分解的情况下不会产生其它有毒物质污染土壤以及水质。

实施例一:
如图1,图1为该聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布的构成示意图。参照图1,其构成为层状,可分为四层,1为聚丙烯材料制成的基布层,在该层的上下为防水上色层2、3,其中该上下两侧的防水上色层可以选择单独使用,也可以同时使用,最顶层4为高分子吸墨层。基布层1的厚度为0.2至0.8mm,最佳为0.3mm,防水上色层2、3的厚度最佳为0.03mm,高分子吸墨层4的厚度为0.01至0.15mm,最佳为0.02mm。
实施例二:
如图2,图2为该聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布另一种实施方式的构成示意图。参照图2,该广告布可分为两层,1为聚丙烯材料制成的基布层,在该层之上直接为高分子吸墨层4。基布层1的厚度为0.2至0.8mm,最佳为0.3mm,高分子吸墨层4的厚度为0.01至0.15mm,最佳为0.02mm。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施范例,不能据此限定本发明的实施范围,因此,凡依本发明范围及根据本发明的内容所作的简单变化与修饰,仍然属本发明的技术范围。

1.一种聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布,其特征在于包含由聚丙烯纱制成的基布层。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布,其特征在于还包括防水上色层。
3.如权利要求1、2所述的聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布,其特征在于还包括高分子吸墨层。
4.如权利要求1、2、3所述的聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布,其特征在于该基布层的的厚度为0.2至0.8mm。
5.如权利要求3所述的聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布,其特征在于该高分子吸墨层的厚度为0.01至0.15mm。
6.如权利要求4所述的聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布,其特征在于该基布层的的厚度为0.3mm。
7.如权利要求5所述的聚丙烯纺织品环保广告布,其特征在于该高分子吸墨层的厚度为0.02mm。
