技术领域
本发明涉及一种胚布及其制造方法,特别涉及一种适用于广告内灯布之胚布及其制造方法。
背景技术
一般而言,广告灯箱布可分为内灯布与外灯布,依照产品需求对前述两种布料的要求并不相同。举例而言,内灯布在广告灯箱布应用上,系藉灯光增量(打光方式)使印在布上的颜色更加鲜艳,增加观看者的视觉感受而达广告效果,而由于广告内灯布所呈现之透光度及色泽取决于胚布白度的优劣,也就是说,胚布白度越高越能更好地呈现内灯布上的颜色,故广告内灯布对其胚布之白度(白色的程度)有一定要求。另一方面,在广告产业中环保意识也日趋高涨,因此如何制造出一种适用于广告内灯布,可以在达到白度增强广告效果的同时还能兼具环保诉求之胚布实为一种挑战。
发明内容
本发明是针对一种适用于广告内灯布之胚布及其制造方法,其可以在达到白度增强广告效果的同时还能兼具环保诉求。
根据本发明的实施例,一种适用于广告内灯布的胚布,包括织造成白度至少大于90%的所述胚布的纱线,其中纱线由白色色母粒所制成的纤维所组成。
在根据本发明的实施例的胚布中,白色色母粒包括载体树脂与白色色料。
在根据本发明的实施例的胚布中,载体树脂不为聚氯乙烯(Polyvinylchloride,PVC)树脂。
根据本发明的实施例,一种适用于广告内灯布的胚布的制造方法包括以下步骤。提供纱线,其中纱线由白色色母粒所制成的纤维所组成。藉由纱线进行色纱工艺,以织造成白度至少大于90%的胚布。
在根据本发明的实施例的胚布的制造方法中,白度非经由漂洗工艺所得到。
在根据本发明的实施例的胚布的制造方法中,胚布的制造方法与所述漂洗工艺相比节水率至少大于50%。

为了让本发明的胚布及其制造方法更加清楚起见,本说明书将以本发明之一些实施例对所揭露之技术特征加以详细说明。

根据本发明的实施例,一种适用于广告内灯布的胚布,包括织造成白度至少大于90%的胚布的纱线,其中纱线由白色色母粒所制成的纤维所组成,据此本发明的实施例的胚布可以在达到白度增强广告效果的同时还能兼具环保诉求。
进一步而言,根据本发明的实施例的胚布的制造方法包括以下步骤。首先,提供纱线,其中纱线由白色色母粒所制成的纤维所组成,接着,藉由纱线进行色纱工艺,以织造成白度至少大于90%的胚布,也就是说,本发明的实施例的胚布的制造初始阶段就通过白色色母粒的添加而显色到相应的纤维上,提升该些纤维的白度(至少大于90%),接着,再将该些纤维所组成的纱线以色纱工艺织造成相应胚布,因此藉由该些纱线织造成的胚布可以达到白度增强广告效果。此外,由于本发明的实施例的胚布的白度是经由色纱工艺所得到,而非经由漂洗工艺,也非经由压延工艺或涂布工艺所得到,因此兼具环保诉求,但本发明不限于此。
更进一步而言,本发明的实施例的制成所述纤维的步骤至少包括以下步骤。首先,提供包括载体树脂与白色色料的白色色母粒,接着,进行机织工艺、针织工艺、非织造工艺或簇绒工艺,以获得前述纤维。由于前述漂洗工艺例如是使用一种或多种化学药剂,以退浆、水洗、漂白、煮炼及染色等多道处理去达到白度,因此在此漂洗工艺下相当耗用能源及化学药剂,因此对环境并不友善。另一方面,前述压延工艺或涂布工艺例如是通过聚氯乙烯树脂压延或涂布在胚布上,以达到所需白度,由于聚氯乙烯为一种“毒塑胶”,且安定性不佳,因此还须加入相应的安定剂,以稳定其性质,而不仅如此,聚氯乙烯从原料开采、制造;使用到废弃的所有阶段皆会对环境及人体健康造成危害,因此使用聚氯乙烯树脂更是会对环境产生非常不良的影响。本发明的实施例的载体树脂可以不为聚氯乙烯树脂,而胚布可以不具有化学残留物,因此本发明的实施例的胚布不会产生如使用漂洗工艺、压延工艺或涂布工艺等环境问题且也可以避免如漂洗工艺的多道程序,以简化制造工艺,进一步降低制造成本,但本发明不限于此。
在一些实施例中,使用本发明的实施例的胚布的制造方法与漂洗工艺相比节水率至少大于50%,进一步而言,胚布的制造方法与漂洗工艺相比节水率可以大于65%。
下文将参照实例1至实例2及比较例1至比较例2,更具体地描述本发明的功效。

使用本发明的实施例(色纱工艺)制造的胚布(Moonlight River)。

由上述实例1制造的胚布制作而成的内灯布。

使用漂洗工艺制造的胚布(Samba Backlit Textile)。

应说明的是,上述内灯布未说明的组成与规格应是本领域技术人员可以依据任何涵盖包含在随附权利要求的精神及范围内的内容所得。
将实例1及比较例1使用ISO 14046:2014测试方法分析,其结果详如表1所示且得到以下结论:实例1与比较例1相比节水率达67.29%;,代表使用本发明的实施例的色纱工艺所制造出来的胚布可以达到很好的节水效果。

在一些实施例中,使用本发明的实施例的色纱工艺所制造出来的胚布的白度可以达到90.7%,此白度近似于使用漂洗工艺所制造出来的胚布的白度98.2%,其中测试方法为SB/T 10786-2012,但本发明不限于此。
将实例1、实例2及比较例1、比较例2使用UV(Ultraviolet)曝晒法进行测试,其结果详如表2、表3与图1所示且得到以下结论:使用漂洗工艺出来的白色经UV曝晒后变异皆较色母粒制成的白色UV曝晒后大,比较例1的胚布与比较例2的内灯布的变色情况皆较本发明的实例1的胚布与实例2的内灯布大,代表使用漂洗工艺出来的颜色较色母粒染色更不稳定。进一步而言,专用色母的载体与制品的塑料品种相同,具有良好的匹配性,加热熔融后颜料颗粒能很好的分散于塑料制品中,因此色母粒会具有较好的分散性,且塑料加工过程中如果直接使用颜料,在储存和使用过程中颜料直接接触空气,颜料会发生吸水、氧化等现象,而做成色母粒后,树脂载体可将颜料和空气、水分隔离,能够长期保持颜料的化学稳定性,更有利于保持化学颜料及颜色的稳定性。
进一步而言,根据表2与图1的结果可知,比较例1的胚布与比较例2的内灯布经过UV晒后其色差差异皆较本发明的实例1的胚布与实例2大,因此使用漂洗工艺的颜色稳定度应低于色母粒,其中表1的色差是由式(1)所计算得出,△L=L样品-L标准(明度差异),△a=a样品-a标准(红/绿差异),△b=b样品-b标准(黄/蓝差异)。

在一些实施例中,白色色料可以是均匀载附于载体树脂上,其中载体树脂可以是任何适宜的树脂但不为聚氯乙烯树脂。此外,白色色母粒可以依据实际设计上的需求包括适宜添加剂。
在一些实施例中,本发明的实施例的胚布制作完成后可以再经淋膜工艺、压延工艺、刀刮工艺、涂布工艺、贴合工艺或其组合来达到广告内灯布所需之喷绘效果,但本发明不限于此。
应说明的是,本发明不限制于上述内容所描述的态样,也不限制于胚布的参数(如网格密度、透光度、厚度、支数或其他织物参数),只要是可以适用于广告内灯布且藉由色纱工艺制作而成白度至少大于90%的胚布皆属于本发明的保护范围。
综上所述,本发明的实施例的胚布通过包括织造成白度至少大于90%的胚布的纱线,其中纱线由白色色母粒所制成的纤维所组成,以使胚布可以在达到白度增强广告效果的同时还能兼具环保诉求。此外,本发明的实施例的载体树脂可以不为聚氯乙烯树脂,而胚布可以不具有化学残留物,因此本发明的实施例的胚布不会产生如使用漂洗工艺、压延工艺或涂布工艺等环境问题且也可以避免如漂洗工艺的多道程序,以简化制造工艺,进一步降低制造成本。

1.一种胚布,适用于广告内灯布,其特征在于,包括:
纱线,织造成白度至少大于90%的所述胚布,其中所述纱线由白色色母粒所制成的纤维所组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胚布,其特征在于,所述白色色母粒包括载体树脂与白色色料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胚布,其特征在于,所述载体树脂不为聚氯乙烯树脂。
4.一种胚布的制造方法,适用于广告内灯布,其特征在于,包括:
提供纱线,其中所述纱线由白色色母粒所制成的纤维所组成;以及
藉由所述纱线进行色纱工艺,以织造成白度至少大于90%的所述胚布。
5.根据权利要求4所述胚布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述白度非经由漂洗工艺所得到。

8.根据权利要求5所述胚布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述漂洗工艺使用一种或多种化学药剂。
9.根据权利要求4所述胚布的制造方法,其特征在于,所述白度非经由压延工艺或涂布工艺所得到。
10.根据权利要求4所述胚布的制造方法,其特征在于,制成所述纤维的步骤包括:
提供包括载体树脂与白色色料的所述白色色母粒;以及
进行机织工艺、针织工艺、非织造工艺或簇绒工艺。
