Abstract
TOILE PUBLICITAIRE AYANT UNE COUCHE ARRIÈRE OCCULTANTE L’invention a pour objet une toile publicitaire (40) comportant : un tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10), qui est fait de fibres de polyester et a des mailles multiples (11), ledit tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) ayant une surface avant (12) et une surface arrière (13) ; une couche avant (20), qui est une couche faite d’un mélange de résine polyacrylique en tant que composant principal avec un agent ignifuge et un agent imperméable, le mélange ayant été appliqué sous forme de bouillie sur la surface avant (12) du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) pour que la bouillie ait pénétré dans les mailles (11) et recouvert le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10), de telle sorte qu’après séchage de la bouillie, le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) et la couche avant (20) sont fermement liés ; et une couche arrière occultante (30), qui est une couche d’ombrage faite d’un mélange de résine acrylique en tant que composant principal avec une matière occultante, le mélange ayant été appliqué sous forme de bouillie sur la surface arrière (13) du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) pour que la bouillie ait pénétré dans les mailles (11) et recouvert le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10), de telle sorte qu’après séchage de la bouillie, le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) et la couche occultante arrière (30) sont fermement liés. Description
La présente invention concerne une toile publicitaire, en particulier une toile publicitaire qui a un tissu tricoté en chaîne en tant que toile de support et qui est revêtue d’une matière occultante pour former une toile publicitaire ayant une structure à couche arrière occultante.
Comme le montre la Figure 1, un procédé de fabrication classique 70 de la toile publicitaire comprend les étapes consistant à : ajouter de l’hydroxyde de sodium et une grande quantité d’eau à la toile d’usine 71 désencoller 72, ajouter de l’H2O2, un dégraissant, un agent de blanchiment, un agent de blanchiment fluorescent et une grande quantité d’eau rincer, blanchir 73 fixer 74 revêtir le côté avant 75 faire mousser le côté arrière 76 toile publicitaire 77 à couche arrière occultante. La toile publicitaire 77 obtenue par le procédé de fabrication classique peut être utilisée à l’extérieur mais le procédé de fabrication est compliqué et gaspille de l’énergie. Egalement, les étapes de désencollage, de rinçage et de blanchiment produisent beaucoup de pollution. Par conséquent, la toile publicitaire 77 mentionnée ci-dessus ne répond pas aux besoins d’aspect pratique et de protection environnementale.
Egalement, l’application de la toile publicitaire classique présente les inconvénients ci-après :
1. Procédé d’impression : la machine d’impression par sublimation de colorant gaspille énormément d’énergie et la vitesse d’impression est extrêmement lente.
2. Difficulté d’impression : la résistance à la température de la couche de mousse arrière est mauvaise, et la couche de mousse fond très probablement à température élevée pendant l’impression par sublimation de colorant ou l’impression au latex.
3. Usage applicable : applicable seulement à l’intérieur.
4. Période de stockage : la couche avant et arrière en polyuréthane (PU) sera collante et jaune après un stockage de longue durée et en outre influencera l’impression.
5. Biodégradabilité : non dégradable.
Par conséquent, pour résoudre les problèmes ci-dessus mentionnés et atteindre l’objectif de protection environnementale, le déposant a développé une technologie plus rapide et économisant de l’énergie.
Le principal objectif de la présente invention est de proposer une toile publicitaire à couche arrière occultante, dont le procédé de fabrication est simplifié et économise de l’énergie, et ne nécessite pas d’ajouter de quelconques produits chimiques pendant sa réalisation et ne provoque pas de pollution de l’eau.
Pour atteindre les objectifs ci-dessus, la toile publicitaire ayant une couche arrière occultante selon l’invention est caractérisée par le fait qu’elle comporte :
un tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne, qui est fait de fibres de polyester et a des mailles multiples, ledit tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne ayant une surface avant et une surface arrière ;
une couche avant, qui est une couche faite d’une résine polyacrylique en tant que composant principal avec un agent ignifuge et un agent imperméable, le mélange ayant été appliqué sous forme de bouillie sur la surface avant du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne pour que la bouillie ait pénétré dans les mailles et recouvert le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne, de telle sorte qu’après séchage de la bouillie, le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne et la couche avant sont fermement liés ;
une couche arrière occultante, qui est une couche d’ombrage faite d’un mélange de résine acrylique en tant que composant principal avec une matière occultante, le mélange ayant été appliqué sous forme de bouillie sur la surface arrière du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne pour que la bouillie ait pénétré dans les mailles et recouvert le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne, de telle sorte qu’après séchage de la bouillie, le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne et la couche occultante arrière sont fermement liés.
En d’autres termes, chacune de la couche avant et de la couche arrière recouvrant à l’état durci le tissu respectivement sur sa face avant et sa face arrière présente une partie ayant pénétré dans les mailles du tissu.
Conformément à des modes de réalisation particulier :
- le grammage du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne peut être d’environ 150 à 178 g/m², de préférence d’environ 166 à 170 g/m², de façon la plus préférée de 168 g/m².
- le grammage de la couche avant et de la couche occultante arrière peut être dans chaque cas d’environ 65 à 85 g/m², de préférence d’environ 73 à 77 g/m², de façon la plus préférée de 75 g/cm².
Avec les caractéristiques divulguées ci-dessus, la présente invention possède les avantages suivants par comparaison avec la toile publicitaire classique :
1. Procédé d’impression : pendant l’utilisation de la machine d’impression UV et de la machine d’impression au latex, la consommation d’énergie est plus faible, et la vitesse d’impression est plus rapide que pour la toile publicitaire classique.
2. Difficulté d’impression : la toile selon la présente invention présente une bonne résistance à la température, pouvant supporter la température d’impression par la machine d’impression au latex.
3. Usage applicable : la toile selon la présente invention est anti-UV et imperméable, et applicable à la fois à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur.
4. Période de stockage : la couche de résine polyacrylique (PA) est stable pendant un stockage de longue durée et ne sera pas collante ou jaune.
5. Biodégrabilité : dégradable.
De plus, par comparaison avec la toile publicitaire classique, la toile selon la présente invention possède les avantages d’un procédé de fabrication simplifié et d’une économie d’énergie.
Pour mieux illustrer l’objet de la présente invention, on va en décrire ci-après, à titre indicatif et non limitatif, un mode de réalisation particulier avec référence au dessin annexé. Sur ce dessin :
Pour une meilleure compréhension du but, des caractéristiques et des avantages de la présente invention, le mode de réalisation et les dessins sont décrits plus en détail dans ce qui suit. La présente invention peut être mise en œuvre et appliquée par d’autres modes de réalisation spécifiques différents et sur la base de points de vue différents. Les dessins annexés à la présente description sont simplement une représentation schématique et ne représentent pas les dimensions réelles.
Si l’on se réfère aux Figures 2 à 8, dans un premier mode de réalisation applicable, on peut voir qu’il y est représenté une toile publicitaire 40 à couche arrière occultante, comprenant un tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10, qui est fait de fibres de polyester et a des mailles de haute densité et une haute résistance à la traction. Le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 a en outre une surface avant 12 et une surface arrière 13, comme le montrent les Figures 2 et 3. En outre, le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 n’est pas réalisé en matière PVC. Dans ce mode de réalisation, le grammage du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 est d’environ 158 à 178 g/m², de préférence d’environ 166 à 170 g/m² et de la façon que l’on préfère le plus de 168 g/m².
Une couche avant 20 est formée à partir d’une couche de bouillie adhésive faite de résine polyacrylique en tant que composant principal mélangée avec un agent ignifuge et un agent imperméable, la couche de bouillie adhésive ayant été appliquée sur la surface avant 12 du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 pour que la bouillie ait pénétré dans les mailles 11 et ait recouvert le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10, de telle sorte que le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 et la couche avant 20 sont fermement liés ; dans ce mode de réalisation, la couche avant 20 est donc formée à partir d’une couche de bouillie adhésive qui a été appliquée sur le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 par une machine d’enduction pour être fermement liée sur le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 après séchage. Dans ce mode de réalisation, le grammage de la couche avant 20 est d’environ 65 à 85 g/m², de préférence d’environ 73 à 77 g/m² et de la façon que l’on préfère le plus de 75 g/m².
Une couche arrière occultante 30 est formée à partir d’une couche de bouillie d’ombrage faite de résine acrylique en tant que composant principal mélangée avec une matière occultante, telle que des granulés de noir de carbone, la couche arrière occultante 30 ayant été appliquée sur la surface arrière 13 du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 pour que la matière occultante ait pénétré dans les mailles 11 et ait en plus recouvert le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10, de telle sorte que le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 et la couche arrière occultante 30, formée après séchage de la bouillie d’ombrage, sont fermement liés.
Ainsi, la surface avant 12 et la surface arrière 13 du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 sont recouverts respectivement par la couche avant 20 et la couche occultante arrière 30, formant une structure de revêtement respectivement avant et arrière de la toile publicitaire 40. Dans ce mode de réalisation, le grammage de la couche arrière occultante 30 est d’environ 65 à 85 g/m², de préférence d’environ 73 à 77 g/m² et de la façon que l’on préfère le plus de 75 g/m².
Dans ce mode de réalisation, la couche avant 20 et la couche arrière occultante 30 ont pu chacune être appliquées à l’état de bouillie sur le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10, par un racleur, une machine de laminage et toute autre machine de revêtement, puis séchées au four et à l’air pour qu’elles soient liées au tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10. Les machines de revêtement appartiennent à l'état antérieur de la technique et ne font pas l'objet de la présente invention. Par conséquent, leurs détails ne sont pas discutés ici.
Le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 utilisé dans la toile publicitaire 40 selon ce mode de réalisation de la présente invention a des mailles de haute densité 11 et une haute résistance à la traction, et la résine polyacrylique de la couche avant 20 est un polymère hautement cristallin non toxique, inodore, sans saveur et d’un blanc laiteux, la résine polyacrylique est l'une des matières plastiques les plus légères avec une masse volumique de seulement 0,90 à 0,91 g / cm3, ce qui correspond à seulement 60 % de la masse volumique du PVC. Parmi les matières plastiques à usages multiples, les polyacryliques ont la meilleure résistance à la chaleur avec une résistance à la chaleur de 80 à 100 °C, une bonne résistance aux fendillements par contrainte et une longue durée de vie à la fatigue en flexion et possèdent la propriété d'absorption d'encre. De plus, la couche arrière occultante 30 est principalement faite de résine acrylique. Dans ce mode de réalisation, le rapport en poids de la couche avant 20, du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 et de la couche arrière occultante 30 est de 75 : 158 : 75 ; par conséquent, la toile publicitaire 40 comportant le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 et les couches 20 et 30 forme une structure composite avec des caractéristiques de couche ignifuge, imperméable et d’absorption d’encre.
Si l’on se réfère aux Figures 7 et 8, on peut voir l’application extérieure de la présente invention. La surface avant de la toile publicitaire 40 peut être imprimée par une encre 41, et lorsqu’une source lumineuse 60 amène la lumière à frapper la surface avant de la toile publicitaire 40, par la caractéristique occultante apportée par la couche arrière occultante 30 appliquée sur le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10, le cadre de support 50 sera complètement caché au lieu que la forme ou l’ombre du cadre de la toile publicitaire 40 soit vu et affecte l’efficacité de la publicité. Ainsi, la présente invention est adaptée à une utilisation à l’extérieur.
La présente invention présente les caractéristiques et effets suivants qui vont être clarifiés :
La toile publicitaire 40 de ce mode de réalisation de la présente invention a atteint le niveau de protection contre l’incendie « Classe B » selon la norme européenne pour la protection contre l’incendie EN13501-1-B-s1-d0.
De plus, la toile publicitaire 40 présente des revêtements qui ont été appliqués à l’aide d’une machine de revêtement pour la couche avant 20 à base d’une bouillie adhésive et la couche arrière 30 à base de la bouillie d’ombrage sur le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 pour que les bouillies aient pénétré dans les mailles 11 et recouvert le tissu en maille tricoté en chaîne 10, et après séchage au four et séchage à l’air, les couches sont fermement liées sur le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10, afin de former une structure composite avec des caractéristiques d’une couche ignifuge et imperméable 20 sur le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10. De plus, le revêtement par la couche arrière occultante 30 peut être réalisé en une seule opération au lieu du procédé classique compliqué, et améliore la disponibilité industrielle, l’économie et l’aspect pratique.
Egalement, la toile publicitaire 40 possède un tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne 10 en tant que toile de support, elle a les caractéristiques de ne pas avoir de matière PVC et n’est pas toxique, de telle sorte qu'elle est appropriée pour une utilisation intérieure et satisfait aux exigences médicales.
Egalement, la toile publicitaire 40 est combustible, peut être enterrée dans une décharge, le revêtement est dégradable ; la toile de ce mode de réalisation de la présente invention ne va pas produire des substances dangereuses pendant la combustion, la dioxine et le chlorure d’hydrogène produits pendant la combustion étant inférieurs aux normes de l’UE ; et la couche avant 20 et la couche arrière occultante 30 sont dégradables, et le tissu tricoté en chaîne 10 ne va causer aucune pollution lors de sa décomposition en décharge. Si l’on se réfère au tableau comparatif ci-dessus, la toile publicitaire 40 de la présente invention présente les caractéristiques améliorées suivantes :
1. Procédé d’impression : lors de l’utilisation de la machine d’impression UV et de la machine d’impression au latex, la consommation d’énergie est plus faible, et la vitesse d’impression est plus rapide que dans le cas de la toile publicitaire classique utilisant la machine d’impression par sublimation de colorant.
2. Difficulté d’impression : la toile selon la présente invention possède une bonne résistance à la température.
3. Usage applicable : la toile selon la présente invention est anti-UV et imperméable, et applicable à la fois à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur.
4. Période de stockage : la couche de PA est stable pendant un stockage de longue durée et ne sera pas collante ou jaune.
5. Biodégrabilité : dégradable.
De plus, par comparaison avec la toile publicitaire classique, la toile selon la présente invention possède les avantages d’un procédé de fabrication simplifié et d’une économie d’énergie.
Il est bien entendu que le mode de réalisation qui vient d’être décrit avec référence au dessin annexé a été donné à titre indicatif et non limitatif et que des modifications et des variantes peuvent être apportées sans que l’on s’écarte pour autant du cadre de la présente invention.
Claims (3)
- Toile publicitaire (40) ayant une couche arrière occultante, caractérisée par le fait qu’elle comporte :
un tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10), qui est fait de fibres de polyester et a des mailles multiples (11), ledit tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) ayant une surface avant (12) et une surface arrière (13) ;
une couche avant (20), qui est une couche faite d’un mélange de résine polyacrylique en tant que composant principal avec un agent ignifuge et un agent imperméable, le mélange ayant été appliqué sous forme de bouillie sur la surface avant (12) du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) pour que la bouillie ait pénétré dans les mailles (11) et recouvert le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10), de telle sorte qu’après séchage de la bouillie, le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) et la couche avant (20) sont fermement liés ; et
une couche arrière occultante (30), qui est une couche d’ombrage faite d’un mélange de résine acrylique en tant que composant principal avec une matière occultante, le mélange ayant été appliqué sous forme de bouillie sur la surface arrière (13) du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) pour que la bouillie ait pénétré dans les mailles (11) et recouvert le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10), de telle sorte qu’après séchage de la bouillie, le tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) et la couche occultante arrière (30) sont fermement liés. - Toile publicitaire (40) ayant une couche arrière occultante, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le grammage du tissu à mailles tricoté en chaîne (10) est d’environ 150 à 178 g/m², de préférence d’environ 166 à 170 g/m², de façon la plus préférée de 168 g/m².
- Toile publicitaire (40) ayant une couche arrière occultante, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le grammage de la couche avant (20) et de la couche occultante arrière (30) est dans chaque cas d’environ 65 à 85 g/m², de préférence d’environ 73 à 77 g/m², de façon la plus préférée de 75 g/cm².
