Abstract
一種用於車輛之影像整合警示系統,其包括攝影單元、感測單元、影像拼接模組、影像識別模組、影像整合模組及顯示單元等構件,藉由將預設的虛擬警戒範圍整合於車圍實景影像中,並根據影像識別的識別信息、感測單元的感測信息將接近之障礙物以警示區塊作顯示,以利駕駛人直接從影像中掌握障礙物相對於車輛的位置與距離,達到安全預警、方便駕駛判斷與觀察之功效。
Description
本新型係有關輔助行車安全的警示系統,特別是一種整合雷達感測與影像識別共系統的架構,能精確於實景影像直接預警顯示障礙物之方位距離,達到完全掃盲的影像整合警示系統。
按,已知的AVM環視攝影(Around View Monitor)系統,係利用數個搭載於車上的小型攝影機,即時監控全車周圍所有角度的影像,經過扭曲校正、視點轉換等等的影像處理,最終將數個處理後的鳥瞰影像配合車輛影像拼接(或縫合)成一個整體(車輛與周圍環境)的鳥瞰影像,藉以減少像是倒車或轉彎時,駕駛容易遭遇的視覺盲點。
然而,目前市面上的AVM系統,受限於軟硬體或影像處理效能,在影像拼接處不時會出現影像重疊或影像消失的情況,這個問題目前還是無法很好的被改善,使用時難免有失常的狀況;若是應用於小型車輛,即便影像失常,駕駛人仍可直接看到車外的行人或來車,安全危害較小,但若是應用於大型車輛,由於車身長、轉距大,駕駛有諸多無法直視觀察的視覺死角,當影像失常時,稍有不慎即可能造成交通事故。
有鑑於上述現有產品之不足,本新型提供了一種應用在車輛的影像整合警示系統,主要目的係能利用雷達感測補強環景影像識別技術之不足,並整合二者的預警結果,確實達到預警無視覺死角之功效,避免因影像拼接區域失常可能造成之意外。
其次,本新型係能直接於實景影像中預警出障礙物相對於車輛的方位與距離,供駕駛人從影像中直接掌握車輛與障礙物之情況,以避免意外;再者,搭配警示音或語音,更有助於駕駛人於預警時能立即反應。
為達上述目的與功效,本新型提供了一種用於車輛之影像整合警示系統,其主要構成至少包括複數個攝影單元、複數個感測單元、一處理單元及一顯示單元,該處理單元包含一影像拼接模組、一影像識別模組及一影像整合模組;其中所採行之技術手段係包括:該些攝影單元分別用以朝車輛周圍等分的各方位拍攝實景影像;該影像拼接模組電訊連接該些攝影單元,用以拼接該些實景影像並整合為一鳥瞰的車圍實景影像;該影像識別模組電訊連接該影像拼接模組,用以追蹤比對該車圍實景影像,識別出接近車輛之障礙物並輸出識別信息;該些感測單元分別用以朝該些實景影像拼接方位發出感測波,並根據回波輸出感測信息;該影像整合模組電訊連接該影像拼接模組、該影像識別模組及該些感測單元,且預設有一能整合於該車圍實景影像中的虛擬警戒範圍,其中,該虛擬警戒範圍圍繞於車輛並包含有複數虛擬區塊,且該各虛擬區塊係能根據該識別信息或該各感測信息變化為警示區塊;該顯示單元電訊連接該影像整合模組,係能顯示該整合後之車圍實景影像。
依上述系統構造,其中該虛擬警戒範圍可依車輛的方位與距離分隔出該些虛擬區塊。
依上述系統構造,其中該些虛擬區塊可為無色之區塊,而該各警示區塊可分別為呈紅色、黃色或綠色之區塊。
依上述系統構造,其中該些警示區塊依其與車輛之遠近可分別為接近車輛呈紅色之區塊、遠離車輛呈綠色之區塊及介於前述二者間呈黃色之區塊。
依上述系統構造,其中該影像整合模組可進一步電訊連接複數用以朝車輛旁側或後側發出感測波、並根據回波輸出感測信息之感測單元。
依上述系統構造,其中該影像整合模組進一步電訊連接一警示單元,其用以於任一虛擬區塊變化為警示區塊時發出警示音或語音。
依上述系統構造,其中該感測單元可為毫米波雷達或超聲波雷達。

請參閱第1圖,本新型影像整合警示系統主要係應用於車輛上,硬體架構包括有複數個攝影單元10、複數個感測單元20、一處理單元30、一顯示單元40及一警示單元50等部分。
其中,該些攝影單元10主要係作為AVM環視攝影(Around View Monitor)的基礎,分別設置於車體上各個方向,用以朝車輛周圍等分的各方位拍攝實景影像;於本實施例中,攝影單元10的數量係以習知常見的四個攝影單元10為例,分別用來拍攝車輛前、後、左、右四個方位的實景影像。
該處理單元30,係作為處理主機安裝於車輛上並與該些攝影單元10電訊連接,於本實施例中,該處理單元30係車輛專用於影像處理的ECU(Electronic Control Unit),其中可設有多個功能模組,於本例中至少可概定有一影像拼接模組31、一影像識別模組32及一影像整合模組33;該影像拼接模組31係能取得該些攝影單元10拍攝的實景影像,經過影像校正、拼接等處理,代入車輛61之影像後整合為鳥瞰的車圍實景影像60(如第2圖所示);該影像識別模組32係與該影像拼接模組31電訊連接,主要係進行影像比對之處理,根據車圍實景影像60作持續的追蹤比對,識別出障礙物接近車輛61時,分析出障礙物的方位與距離並作出識別信息。
該些感測單元20,係裝設於車體上的小型感測器,可選用毫米波雷達或超聲波雷達,於本實施例中,該些感測單元20至少具有與該些攝影單元10相同的數量;其中,等量的感測單元20主要係安裝於
車輛上並介於兩兩攝影單元10之間,用以朝該些實景影像拼接方位發出感測波,並根據回波輸出感測信息,藉以補強影像拼接位置之不足;而額外的感測單元20則可依需求裝設,用以對重要的視覺死角位置作更為精確的感測,諸如安裝於車輛的旁側或後側,藉以透過發出感測波、接收回波來感測車輛旁側或後側的視覺死角是否有障礙物。
請再一併參閱第1及2圖,該影像整合模組33,主要係僅型影像的加工處理,其預設有一虛擬警戒範圍70,且電訊連接該影像拼接模組31、該影像識別模組32及該些感測單元20,能整合相關資訊使虛擬警戒範圍70合成至該車圍實景影像60中,並輸出至與該影像整合模組33電訊連接之該顯示單元40作顯示。
於本實施例中,該虛擬警戒範圍70係圍繞於車輛61外側,且可車輛61延伸出的方位線與車輛的等距離線分隔出複數虛擬區塊71;而影像整合模組33係能根據該識別信息及該些感測信息,當障礙物進入該虛擬警戒範圍70內時,讓跟障礙物方位距離相對應的該各或該些虛擬區塊71改變為警示區塊72,藉以在該顯示單元40的顯示畫面中,顯示出與障礙物相對應的警示區塊72,讓駕駛人能直接利用該整合後的車圍實景影像60掌握障礙物(即警示區塊72)相對於車輛61的位置。
於可行的實施例中,當無障礙物進入該虛擬警戒範圍70內時(即無障礙物接近車輛),該各虛擬區塊71通常係為無色的區塊,避免影響駕駛人觀察實景影像;而當有障礙物進入該虛擬警戒範圍70內時,該各警示區塊72可根據使用需求選用呈紅色、黃色或綠色之區塊;其中,
該些警示區塊72可根據其與車輛61的遠近採用不同的顏色區塊,例如接近車輛61的區塊721採用紅色表示高危險性(應高度注意),而距離車輛61中等距離的區塊722採用黃色表示中危險性,遠離車輛61的區塊723則採用綠色表示低危險性。
此外,於本實施例中,該影像整合模組33另與該警示單元50電訊連接,其通常係採用蜂鳴器或播報裝置,用以於障礙物進入該虛擬警戒範圍70內(即影像整合模組33依識別信息及感測信息判斷障礙物的位置,並讓跟障礙物相對應的虛擬區塊71變化為警示區塊72)時,該警示單元50可同時發出警示音或語音,來警示駕駛人注意。在較佳的實施例中,警示音及語音可有更多元的應用方式,例如警示音可配合不同危險性的警示區塊72(如前述綠色的區塊723、黃色的區塊722、紅色的區塊721),當呈現變化的警示區塊72時分別搭配短音、長音、慢音、急促音、連續音等的不同的聲音,讓駕駛人直接得知當下的危險程度;而語音則可根據障礙物的方位與距離進行播報,以第2圖為例,如當呈現變化的紅色區塊721時,語音可播報「4點鐘方向30~60公分處發現障礙物」,如當呈現變化的黃色區塊722時,語音可播報「3點鐘方向60~120公分處發現障礙物」,讓駕駛人能更輕鬆地獲得提示,而不會影響駕駛的品質。
由上述可知,本實施例係能整合影像識別與雷達感測之信息,不僅補強了習知AVM影像識別之不足,且根據接近車輛之障礙物的方位與距離,精確地整合於實景影像作視覺化的警示,讓駕駛人從影像直接掌握車輛與障礙物之情況,以達精確掃盲、便於觀察、使用無負擔等功效。
惟上述說明之內容,僅為本新型之較佳實施例說明,非因此即局限本新型之專利範圍,故舉凡運用本新型說明書及圖式內容所為之簡易修飾及等效結構變化,均應同理包含於本新型之專利申請範圍內。

- 一種用於車輛之影像整合警示系統,其包括:至少四個攝影單元,其分別用以朝車輛周圍等分的各方位拍攝實景影像;一影像拼接模組,其電訊連接該些攝影單元,用以拼接該些實景影像並整合為一鳥瞰的車圍實景影像;一影像識別模組,其電訊連接該影像拼接模組,用以追蹤比對該車圍實景影像,識別出接近車輛之障礙物並輸出識別信息;至少四個感測單元,其分別用以朝該些實景影像拼接方位發出感測波,並根據回波輸出感測信息;一影像整合模組,其電訊連接該影像拼接模組、該影像識別模組及該些感測單元,且預設有一能整合於該車圍實景影像中的虛擬警戒範圍,其中,該虛擬警戒範圍圍繞於車輛並包含有複數虛擬區塊,且該各虛擬區塊係能根據該識別信息或各該感測信息變化為警示區塊;一顯示單元,其電訊連接該影像整合模組,係能顯示一整合後之車圍實景影像。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之影像整合警示系統,其中該虛擬警戒範圍可依車輛的方位與距離分隔出該些虛擬區塊。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之影像整合警示系統,其中該些虛擬區塊可為無色之區塊,而該各警示區塊可分別為呈紅色、黃色或綠色之區塊。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之影像整合警示系統,其中該些警示區塊依其與車輛之遠近可分別為接近車輛呈紅色之區塊、遠離車輛呈綠色之區塊及介於前述二者間呈黃色之區塊。
- 如申請專利範圍第2或3項所述之影像整合警示系統,其中該影像整合模組可進一步電訊連接複數用以朝車輛旁側或後側發出感測波、並 根據回波輸出感測信息之感測單元。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之影像整合警示系統,其中該影像整合模組進一步電訊連接一警示單元,其用以於任一虛擬區塊變化為警示區塊時發出警示音或根據該警示區塊的方位與距離播報語音。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之影像整合警示系統,其中該感測單元可為毫米波雷達或超聲波雷達。
- 一種用於車輛之影像整合警示系統,其包括:複數攝影單元,分別用以取得車輛周圍的實景影像;複數感測單元,分別用以感測車輛周圍並輸出感測信息;一處理單元,其包含一電訊連接該些攝影單元之影像拼接模組、一電訊連接該影像拼接模組之影像識別模組及一電訊連接該影像拼接模組、該影像識別模組與該些感測單元之影像整合模組,該影像拼接模組用以將該些實景影像拼接整合為一鳥瞰的車圍實景影像,且該影像整合模組預設有一能整合於該車圍實景影像中的虛擬警戒範圍;一顯示單元,其電訊連接該影像整合模組,係能顯示一整合後之車圍實景影像;其中,該影像識別模組係能追蹤比對該車圍實景影像,識別出接近車輛之障礙物作出識別信息,而該虛擬警戒範圍圍繞於車輛並包含有複數虛擬區塊,且該各虛擬區塊係能根據該識別信息或各該感測信息變化為警示區塊。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之影像整合警示系統,其中該虛擬警戒範圍可依車輛的方位與距離分隔出該些虛擬區塊。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之影像整合警示系統,其中該些虛擬區塊可為無色之區塊,而該些警示區塊依其與車輛之遠近可分別為接近車輛呈紅色之區塊、遠離車輛呈綠色之區塊及介於前述二者間呈黃色之區塊。
