Description

內走線式自行車及其前叉結構
本創作係有關於一種內走線式自行車及其前叉結構,尤指一種可將剎車線組、變速線隱藏於自行車管內而從外觀看不見線組之內走線式自行車及其前叉結構。
請參閱第1圖,其係一種習知自行車的示意圖。如第1圖所示,該習知自行車是在車手把左、右兩邊分別裝設有供操作剎車與變速用的剎車線3及變速線2,沿著車架1及前叉管5至前、後剎車器與變速器上。習知固定剎車線3及變速線2的方式,通常是利用複數個束線座4形成於車架1的外表面,使得剎車線3及變速線2皆呈現外露的狀態。
習知自行車存在了以下問題:容易受污、受潮,污垢日積月累的情況下清潔整理的工作大為不易,此外,由於該等線組外露,容易遭受刮傷導致線內的金屬線材生銹、斷裂,進而影響行車安全。
為了解決上述的問題,本創作的目的在於提供一種內走線式自行車及其前叉結構,特別是一種可將剎車線組、變速 線隱藏於自行車管內而從外觀看不見線組之內走線式自行車及其前叉結構。
本創作之目的,在於提供一種自行車之前叉結構,該自行車具有一車手把、一立管、一碗組、一車架與一前叉結構,該車架具有一上管、一下管與一頭管,該頭管為中空狀,該把手與立管組合後,將該前叉結構穿過該頭管與該立管組合,再由該碗組限位鎖固於該車架之頭管之上方,該自行車之前叉結構包括一叉管,呈倒V狀;以及一豎管,設於該叉管之頂端,且該豎管具有一第一開孔;其中,該頭管具有一第二開孔,該前叉結構之豎管穿過該頭管與該立管組合,該第一開孔與該第二開孔對應且相通。
本創作之另一目的,在於提供一種內走線式自行車,包括一車手把,其二端分別裝設有一剎車元件與一變速元件;一立管,其一端具有一橫向開口,以使該車手把貫穿,且其另一端具有一端具有一縱向開口;一前叉結構,其包含一呈倒V狀之叉管以及一設於該叉管之頂端之豎管,該豎管具有一第一開孔;一車架,其具有一上管、一下管與一頭管,該頭管為中空狀且具有一第二開孔;一剎車線組,包含一前剎車線與一後剎車線自該剎車元件分別連接至內走線式自行車之前、後煞車器;一變速線組,自該變速元件,連接至一內走線式自行車之變速器;以及一碗組;其中,該前叉結構之豎管穿過該頭管與該立管組合,再由該碗組限位鎖固於該車架之頭管之上方,該第一開孔與該第 二開孔對應且相通,且該前剎車線與該後剎車線係自該剎車元件經該車手把之管內、該立管、該豎管內部,再分別至該前叉結構前端之一前剎車器與經該第一開孔、該第二開孔、該車架至一後剎車器,該變速線自變速元件經該車手把之管內、該立管、該豎管內部、該第一開孔、該第二開孔、該車架至一變速器。
相較於習知技術,本創作將剎車線與變速線的走線都隱藏在自行車的管內,整個自行車外觀看不到剎車線與變速線,不僅使整個車架具美觀且可降低自行車騎行時的風阻作用,並可保護線路不致遭受汙損及被破壞的情形,可達到安全性與長期使用的目的。

以下各實施例的說明是參考附加的圖式,用以例示本創作可用以實施的特定實施例。本創作所提到的方向用語,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「後」、「左」、「右」、「內」、「外」、「側面」等,僅是參考附加圖式的方向。因此,使用的方向用語是用以說明及理解本創作,而非用以限制本創作。
如第2至4圖所示,本創作之內走線式自行車具有一車手把70、一立管40、一束環50、一碗組60、一車架30與一前叉結構20。
車架30具有一上管34、一下管36與一頭管32,頭管32為中空狀,立管40的一端具有一橫向開口41,以使車手把70貫穿,且其另一端具有一縱向開口42,當車手把70與立管40組合後,將前叉結構20穿過頭管32與立管40組合,再由束環50與碗組60將前叉結構20限位鎖固於車架30之頭管32的上方。特予說明的是,束環50設於碗組60與立管40之間,碗組60上具有外螺紋61,束環50的內壁具有內螺紋51可與碗組60的外螺紋61相螺合。
本創作的前叉結構20包括一呈倒V狀的叉管21以及一設於叉管21之頂端的豎管22,且豎管22在預設的位置上開設有一第一開孔23,相對地,在頭管32也開設有一第二開孔33,使得前叉結構20的豎管22穿過頭管32與立管40組合時,第一開孔23會與第二開孔33對應且相通。
如第5A至5C圖所示,在本實施例中,第二開孔33形成在頭管32的位置會與下管36相貫通,此大多為後剎車器與變速器所在車架的位置位於下管36的附近,當然,在其他實施例中,後剎車器與變速器所在車架的位置會分別位於上管34與下管36的附近,此時,頭管32可另外具有一第三開孔35與車架30之上管34相貫通,當豎管22穿過頭管32與立管40組合時,豎管22的第一開孔23分別與第二開孔33及第三開孔35對應且相通。
如第3及4圖所示,豎管22的第一開孔23之設計可為單一孔或是複數孔,形狀可為橢圓形、長方形或圓形,只要是能與車架30之上管34及下管36相對應且貫通,皆為本創作可思及之變化例,以下即不再贅述。
如第6至9圖所示,本創作之內走線式自行車之車手把70的二端分別裝設有一剎車元件與一變速元件,一剎車線組,包含一前剎車線3與一後剎車線3自該剎車元件分別連接至內走線式自行車之前煞車器90與後煞車器92,一變速線2,自該變速元件,連接至一變速器80。
當組裝本創作的前、後剎車線3與變速線2時,前剎車線3與後剎車線3係自該剎車元件進入車手把70上的穿孔71至車手把70的管內,再經由車手把70的線出孔72至立管40、豎管22的內部,再分別至前叉結構20前端的前剎車器90與經第一開孔23、第二開孔33、下管36至後剎車器92;變速線2自該變速元件進入車手把70上的穿孔71至車手把70的管內,再經由車手把70 的線出孔72至立管40、豎管22的內部、第一開孔23、第二開孔33、下管36至變速器80;接著,將前叉結構20的豎管22穿過頭管32而至立管40的縱向開口中,再將立管40上的蓋板43蓋合於立管40之縱向開口42上,並將立管40之縱向開口42兩側螺絲鎖上,使得前叉結構20與立管40穩固地組合,此時,第一開孔23與第二開孔33對應且相通,如第7圖所示。最後,往立管40之縱向開口42的方向旋轉本創作之碗組60,由於,立管40已與前叉結構20穩固地組合,碗組60的旋轉前進會將束環50撐開並產生下壓的緊迫力,將豎環50上的螺栓柱52鎖上,即可完成本創作前叉結構20鎖固於車體的動作。
特予說明的是,本實施例是以後剎車器92裝設於靠近下管36的末端處為例,後剎車線3與變速線2皆經由第一開孔23、第二開孔33、下管而至對應的後剎車器92與變速器80,如第8圖所示。若以傳統後剎車器94裝設於靠近上管34的末端處為例,則後剎車線94會自該剎車元件經車手把70之管內、立管40、豎管22內部,經第一開孔23、第三開孔35、上管34至後剎車器94,而變速線2自該變速元件經車手把70之管內、立管40、豎管22內部、第一開孔23、該第二開孔33、下管32至變速器80,如第9圖所示。
以上各實施例及圖示中所示的前、後剎車器90、94是以傳統的剎車器為例當作說明,本創作之前叉結構20也可應用於油壓碟煞或其他剎車結構中。
相較於習知技術,本創作將剎車線與變速線的走線都隱藏在自行車的管內,整個自行車外觀看不到剎車線與變速線,不僅使整個車架具美觀且可降低自行車騎行時的風阻作用,並可保護線路不致遭受汙損及被破壞的情形,可達到安全性與長期使用的目的
以上所述,僅是本創作的較佳實施例而已,幷非對本創作作任何形式上的限制,雖然本創作已以較佳實施例揭露如上,然而幷非用以限定本創作,任何熟悉本專業的技術人員,在不脫離本創作技術方案範圍內,當可利用上述揭示的技術內容作出些許更動或修飾為等同變化的等效實施例,但凡是未脫離本創作技術方案的內容,依據本創作的技術實質對以上實施例所作的任何簡單修改、等同變化與修飾,均仍屬本創作技術方案的範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種自行車之前叉結構,該自行車具有一車手把、一立管、一碗組、一車架與一前叉結構,該車架具有一上管、一下管與一頭管,該頭管為中空狀,該車手把與立管組合後,將該前叉結構穿過該頭管與該立管組合,再由該碗組限位鎖固於該車架之頭管之上方,該自行車之前叉結構包括:一叉管,呈倒V狀;以及一豎管,設於該叉管之頂端,且該豎管具有一第一開孔;其中,該頭管具有一第二開孔,該前叉結構之豎管穿過該頭管與該立管組合,該第一開孔與該第二開孔對應且相通。
  2. 如請求項1所述之自行車之前叉結構,其中該第一開孔之形狀係選自橢圓形、長方形或圓形其中之一者。
  3. 如請求項1所述之自行車之前叉結構,其中該第二開孔與該車架之該下管相貫通。
  4. 如請求項3所述之自行車之前叉結構,其中該頭管另包含有一第三開孔與該車架之該上管貫通,該豎管穿過該頭管與該立管組合時,該第一開孔分別與該第二開孔及該第三開孔對應且相通。
  5. 如請求項3或4所述之自行車之前叉結構,其中該第一開孔具有複數個開口。
  6. 一種內走線式自行車,包括:一車手把,其二端分別裝設有一剎車元件與一變速元件; 一立管,其一端具有一橫向開口,以使該車手把貫穿,且其另一端具有一端具有一縱向開口;一前叉結構,其包含一呈倒V狀之叉管以及一設於該叉管之頂端之豎管,該豎管具有一第一開孔;一車架,其具有一上管、一下管與一頭管,該頭管為中空狀且具有一第二開孔;一剎車線組,包含一前剎車線與一後剎車線自該剎車元件分別連接至內走線式自行車之前、後煞車器;一變速線,自該變速元件,連接至一內走線式自行車之變速器;以及一碗組;其中,該前叉結構之豎管穿過該頭管與該立管組合,再由該碗組限位鎖固於該車架之頭管之上方,該第一開孔與該第二開孔對應且相通,且該前剎車線與該後剎車線係自該剎車元件經該車手把之管內、該立管、該豎管內部,再分別至該前叉結構前端之一前剎車器與經該第一開孔、該第二開孔、該車架至一後剎車器,該變速線組自變速元件經該車手把之管內、該立管、該豎管內部、該第一開孔、該第二開孔、該車架至一變速器。
  7. 如請求項6所述之內走線式自行車,另包含有一蓋板,蓋合於該立管之該縱向開口上。
  8. 如請求項6所述之內走線式自行車,另包含有一束環設於該碗組與該立管之間,該碗組具有外螺紋,該束環內壁具有內螺紋與該碗組之外螺紋相螺合。
  9. 如請求項6所述之內走線式自行車,其中該第二開孔與該車架之該下管相貫通,該後剎車線自該剎車元件經該車手把之管內、該立管、該豎管內部,經該第一開孔、該第二開孔、該下管至該後剎車器,該變速線組自變速元件經該車手把之管內、該立管、該豎管內部、該第一開孔、該第二開孔、該下管至該變速器。
  10. 如請求項6所述之內走線式自行車,其中該頭管另包含有一第三開孔與該車架之該上管貫通,該豎管穿過該頭管與該立管組合時,該第一開孔分別與該第二開孔及該第三開孔對應且相通,該後剎車線自該剎車元件經該車手把之管內、該立管、該豎管內部,經該第一開孔、該第三開孔、該上管至該後剎車器,該變速線組自變速元件經該車手把之管內、該立管、該豎管內部、該第一開孔、該第二開孔、該下管至該變速器。
