Description
本創作與來令片散熱結構有關,尤指一種散熱部與本體一體連接之散熱結構。
習知的散熱結構乃於一本體上固接凸伸狀之散熱鰭片,藉由擴增其與空氣之接觸面積而獲得散熱效果。惟此習知結構於生產製造時,須將多數鰭片逐一地連接於本體上,而有製造過程繁瑣且成本較高之缺失。
有鑑於此,故如何改進上述問題,即為本創作所欲解決之首要課題。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種來令片散熱改良結構,其散熱部為來令片本體之一部分,而一體地自該本體彎折伸出,具有製造容易且散熱效率高之功效。
為達前述目的,本創作提供一種來令片散熱改良結構,其包括有一本體,該本體具有一散熱部及一用以組設剎車塊之連接部,其中該散熱部設有數個貫通該本體且呈並排的貫孔,且各貫孔分別連接有一朝該本體外側伸出之鰭片,而該連接部設有一剎車塊;又該本體設有一定位孔。
其中,各貫孔於該本體上呈直向延伸之長條狀;又於另一個實施例中,各貫孔於該本體上呈橫向延伸之長條狀。
更進一步地,各鰭片形成拱形而朝該本體之一側外隆起,且各鰭片之兩端分別連接於對應之貫孔上。
又該連接部為一凹槽,而該凹槽之底部設有凸紋。
而本創作之上述目的與優點,不難從下述所選用實施例之詳細說明與附圖中獲得深入了解。

請參閱第1、2圖,所示者為本創作所提供之來令片散熱改良結構的第一實施例,其包括有一本體1,該本體1為一板狀物且具有一定位孔11,俾供與車輛之剎車系統固定。該本體1具有一散熱部12及一用以組設剎車塊2之連接部,其中該散熱部12設於該本體1之一端,而該連接部設於該本體1之另一端。該散熱部12設有數個貫通該本體1且呈並排的貫孔13A,且各貫孔13A分別連接有一朝該本體1外側伸出之鰭片14A,而該連接部設有一剎車塊2。
上述之散熱部12於本實施例中,如第1圖所示,其各貫孔13A於該本體1上呈直向延伸之長條狀,而各貫孔13A上對應之鰭片14A乃自該本體1利用沖壓方式沖出而形成拱形,並朝該本體1之一側外隆起,且其兩端分別連接於貫孔13A之兩端。而該連接部如第2圖所示,其為一凹槽15,而該凹槽15之底部設有凸紋16,俾供該剎車塊2組設於該凹槽15時的摩擦阻力。
於本實施例中,由於各鰭片14A是以沖壓方式直接由該本體1沖出形成,故在該本體1上形成有貫通之貫孔13A,而外界環境之氣流穿梭於此等貫孔13A有助於本創作之散熱;另一方面,如第3圖所示,所沖出之各鰭片14A為拱形,令各鰭片14A與該本體1之間分別形成有一通道141A,藉此搭配於各貫孔13A,而可使氣流非常順暢地在各貫孔13A及各通道141A中穿梭流動,更加提升本創作之散熱效果。
此外,藉由上述鰭片之沖壓成形方式,亦即鰭片本身即為該本體之一部分沖出形成,相較於習用結構是以外加材料的方式組設於本體上,本創作更可達到輕量化之功效;另一方面,利用沖壓方式所形成之貫孔及拱形之鰭片,亦提供了較習用結構為大的散熱面積,而可達到較習用結構為高的散熱效率;再者,由於拱形形狀較為圓滑,而使鰭片不具有尖銳突出狀之結構,可提升施工或維修人員進行作業上的安全性。
而第4圖所示者為本創作之第二實施例,本實施例與上述第一實施例之差異在於各鰭片14B是橫向地利用沖壓方式沖出而成,令各貫孔13B與各鰭片14B於該本體1上呈橫向延伸。據此,本實施例相同於上述第一實施例,亦形成有貫孔13B及通道141B,俾供外界氣流穿梭於其中而提升散熱效果。
惟,以上實施例之揭示乃用以說明本創作,並非用以限制本創作,故舉凡等效元件之置換仍應隸屬本創作之範疇。
綜上所述,可使熟知本項技藝者明瞭本創作確可達成前述目的,實已符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出申請。

Claims (5)
- 一種來令片散熱改良結構,其包括有一本體,該本體具有一散熱部及一用以組設剎車塊之連接部,其中該散熱部設有數個貫通該本體且呈並排的貫孔,且各貫孔分別連接有一朝該本體外側伸出之鰭片,而該連接部設有一剎車塊;又該本體設有一定位孔。
- 如請求項1之來令片散熱改良結構,其中,各貫孔於該本體上呈直向延伸之長條狀。
- 如請求項1之來令片散熱改良結構,其中,各貫孔於該本體上呈橫向延伸之長條狀。
- 如請求項1或2之來令片散熱改良結構,其中,各鰭片形成拱形而朝該本體之一側外隆起,且各鰭片之兩端分別連接於對應之貫孔上。
- 如請求項1之來令片散熱改良結構,其中,該連接部為一凹槽,而該凹槽之底部設有凸紋。
