Abstract

一种来令片散热改良结构具有一本体,其具有一散热部及一用以组设刹车块的连接部,其中散热部设有数个贯通本体且呈并排的贯孔,且各贯孔分别连接有一朝本体外侧伸出的鳍片,藉此可提供更佳的散热效果。

来令片散热改良结构
技术领域
本实用新型与来令片散热结构有关,尤指一种散热部与本体一体连接的散热结构。
背景技术
已知的散热结构乃于一本体上固接凸伸状的散热鳍片,藉由扩增其与空气的接触面积而获得散热效果。但是此已知结构于生产制造时,须将多数鳍片逐一地连接于本体上,而有制造过程繁琐且成本较高的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种来令片散热改良结构,其散热部为来令片本体的一部分,而一体地自该本体弯折伸出,具有制造容易且散热效率高的功效。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种来令片散热改良结构,它包括有一本体,该本体具有一散热部及一用以组设刹车块的连接部,其中该散热部设有数个贯通该本体且呈并排的贯孔,且各贯孔分别连接有一朝该本体外侧伸出的鳍片,而该连接部设有一刹车块;又该本体设有一定位孔。
在一较佳实施例中,各所述贯孔于该本体上呈直向延伸的长条状。
在一较佳实施例中,各所述贯孔于该本体上呈横向延伸的长条状。
在一较佳实施例中,各所述鳍片形成拱形而朝该本体的一侧外隆起,且各鳍片的两端分别连接于对应的贯孔上。
在一较佳实施例中,所述连接部为一凹槽,而该凹槽的底部设有凸纹。
本实用新型有益效果是:藉由上述鳍片的冲压成形方式,亦即鳍片本身即为该本体的一部分冲出形成,相较于已知结构是以外加材料的方式组设于本体上,本实用新型更可达到轻量化的功效;另一方面,利用冲压方式所形成的贯孔及拱形的鳍片,亦提供了较已知结构为大的散热面积,而可达到较已知结构为高的散热效率;再者,由于拱形形状较为圆滑,而使鳍片不具有尖锐突出状的结构,可提升施工或维修人员进行作业上的安全性。

具体实施方式
以下仅以实施例说明本实用新型可能的实施态样,然而并非用以限制本实用新型所欲保护的范畴,先予叙明。
请参阅图1、图2,所示者为本实用新型所提供的来令片散热改良结构的第一实施例,其包括有一本体1,该本体1为一板状物且具有一定位孔11,以供与车辆的刹车系统固定。该本体1具有一散热部12及一用以组设刹车块2的连接部,其中该散热部12设于该本体1的一端,而该连接部设于该本体1的另一端。该散热部12设有数个贯通该本体1且呈并排的贯孔13A,且各贯孔13A分别连接有一朝该本体1外侧伸出的鳍片14A,而该连接部设有一刹车块2。
上述的散热部12于本实施例中,如图1所示,其各贯孔13A于该本体1上呈直向延伸的长条状,而各贯孔13A上对应的鳍片14A乃自该本体1利用冲压方式冲出而形成拱形,并朝该本体1的一侧外隆起,且其两端分别连接于贯孔13A的两端。而该连接部如图2所示,其为一凹槽15,而该凹槽15的底部设有凸纹16,以提供该刹车块2组设于该凹槽15时的摩擦阻力。
于本实施例中,由于各鳍片14A是以冲压方式直接由该本体1冲出形成,故在该本体1上形成有贯通的贯孔13A,而外界环境的气流穿梭于此等贯孔13A有助于本实用新型的散热;另一方面,如图3所示,所冲出的各鳍片14A为拱形,令各鳍片14A与该本体1之间分别形成有一通道141A,藉此搭配于各贯孔13A,而可使气流非常顺畅地在各贯孔13A及各通道141A中穿梭流动,更加提升本实用新型之散热效果。
此外,藉由上述鳍片的冲压成形方式,亦即鳍片本身即为该本体的一部分冲出形成,相较于已知结构是以外加材料的方式组设于本体上,本实用新型更可达到轻量化的功效;另一方面,利用冲压方式所形成的贯孔及拱形的鳍片,亦提供了较已知结构为大的散热面积,而可达到较已知结构为高的散热效率;再者,由于拱形形状较为圆滑,而使鳍片不具有尖锐突出状的结构,可提升施工或维修人员进行作业上的安全性。
而图4所示者为本实用新型的第二实施例,本实施例与上述第一实施例的差异在于各鳍片14B是横向地利用冲压方式冲出而成,令各贯孔13B与各鳍片14B于该本体1上呈横向延伸。据此,本实施例相同于上述第一实施例,亦形成有贯孔13B及通道141B,以供外界气流穿梭于其中而提升散热效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种来令片散热改良结构,其特征在于,它包括有一本体,该本体具有一散热部及一用以组设刹车块的连接部,其中该散热部设有数个贯通该本体且呈并排的贯孔,且各贯孔分别连接有一朝该本体外侧伸出的鳍片,而该连接部设有一刹车块;又该本体设有一定位孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的来令片散热改良结构,其特征在于,各所述贯孔于该本体上呈直向延伸的长条状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的来令片散热改良结构,其特征在于,各所述贯孔于该本体上呈横向延伸的长条状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的来令片散热改良结构,其特征在于,各所述鳍片形成拱形而朝该本体的一侧外隆起,且各鳍片的两端分别连接于对应的贯孔上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的来令片散热改良结构,其特征在于,所述连接部为一凹槽,而该凹槽的底部设有凸纹。
