Abstract

本發明公開了一種導電端子,其由一片狀金屬材料彎折形成,所述導電端子包括沿上下方向延伸的主體部、自所述主體部的上緣向上傾斜延伸的輔助臂、自所述主體部的下緣向上彎折延伸的彈性臂以及自所述主體部延伸的接腳,所述彈性臂延伸有傾斜部以及自所述傾斜部向上彎折延伸的接觸部,當所述接觸部受壓後,所述傾斜部向下抵接於所述輔助臂以形成端子內接觸區,所述接腳包括自所述主體部的一側緣彎折延伸的彎折部以及自所述彎折部的下緣沿水平彎折延伸的焊接片,可借由調節彎折部的折彎角度以使導電端子適應不同的使用需求。

Description

導電端子
本發明係關於一種導電端子,尤其涉及一種組裝於電連接器上以電性連接一電路板與一晶片模組的導電端子。
相關現有技術請參中國實用新型專利第CN201285852Y號所揭示的一種用於安裝在電連接器上以電性連接電路板和晶片模組的導電端子,該導電端子包括第一主體部、與所述第一主體部呈一定角度彎折設置的第二主體部、自所述第一主體部下緣向下延伸的焊腳以及自所述第二主體部上緣向上彎折延伸的接觸部,所述焊腳用於焊接至電路板,所述接觸部用於與晶片模組連接,使用時,該晶片模組會向下抵壓所述接觸部;由於不同的電路板焊接點與晶片模組的連接片之間往往存在不同的位置關係,可能使所述導電端子在被晶片模組抵壓時產生不必要的變形,容易損壞導電端子。雖然彎折設置的第一、第二主體部可在一定程度上調節所述接腳與所述接觸部的相對位置以適應不同的連接需求,但是該接觸部通常被設置為長臂狀以保證其具有較好的機械性能,因此在設計時往往難以在接觸部的機械性能與導電端子的靈活使用之間找到平衡,給設計帶來困難。
是以,鑒於以上問題,實有必要設計一種新的導電端子,以克服上述缺陷。
本發明所要達成之目的係提供一種能夠適應不同接觸環境且結構穩定的導電端子。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明提供一種導電端子,其由一片狀金屬材料彎折形成,所述導電端子包括沿上下方向延伸的主體部、自所述主體部的上緣向上傾斜延伸的輔助臂、自所述主體部的下緣向上彎折延伸的彈性臂以及自所述主體部延伸的接腳,所述彈性臂延伸有傾斜部以及自所述傾斜部向上彎折延伸的接觸部,當所述接觸部受壓後,所述傾斜部向下抵接於所述輔助臂以形成端子內接觸區,所述接腳包括自所述主體部的一側緣彎折延伸的彎折部以及自所述彎折部的下緣沿水平彎折延伸的焊接片。
相對先前技術,本發明具有如下有益效果:通過設置獨立的可側向調節彎折角度的接腳來達成導電端子能夠在不同使用環境中建立電性連接的目的,同時,彈性臂與彎折設置的接腳相互獨立,該彈性臂被晶片模組抵壓後產生的端子形變不易使導電端子被損壞。
以下,將結合圖第一圖至第四圖介紹本發明的導電端子的實施方式。
如第一圖至第四圖所示,本發明提供了一種導電端子100,其由一片狀金屬材料彎折形成,所述導電端子100包括沿上下方向延伸的主體部1、自所述主體部1的上緣向上傾斜延伸的輔助臂2、自所述主體部1的下緣向上彎折延伸的彈性臂3以及自所述主體部1延伸的接腳4,所述彈性臂3延伸有傾斜部31以及自所述傾斜部31向上彎折延伸的接觸部32,當所述接觸部32受壓後,所述傾斜部31向下抵接於所述輔助臂2以形成端子內接觸區(未標示),所述接腳4包括自所述主體部1的一側緣彎折延伸的彎折部40以及自所述彎折部40的下緣沿水平彎折延伸的焊接片41。本發明之導電端子100可組裝於一電連接器(未圖示)上以電性連接一電路板(未圖示)與一晶片模組(未圖示)。所述晶片模組的連接片(未圖示)向下抵接於所述接觸部32,所述焊接片41用於焊接至所述電路板的焊接點(未圖示)上,借由調整導電端子100之彎折部40的折彎角度,可在不同位置關係的連接片與焊接點之間建立電連接,有利於將所述導電端子100安裝於不同規格的使用環境中。
所述傾斜部31與所述輔助臂2相互抵接的表面區域(即端子內接觸區)均塗覆有金屬層(未圖示)以降低其接觸阻抗,可以提高導電端子的電氣性能。在本實施例中,所述端子內接觸區塗覆有鍍金層。
如第二圖至第三圖所示,在本實施例中,所述主體部1包括向下延伸的豎直部11,所述豎直部11與所述彈性臂3彼此分離設置,所述彎折部40自所述豎直部11的側緣彎折延伸。繼續參閱第一圖至第四圖,所述主體部1設有位於所述片狀金屬材料延展平面的相對兩側,所述彈性臂3位於所述主體部1的一側,所述輔助臂2朝主體部1的另一側傾斜延伸,所述彎折部40自所述豎直部11的側緣朝著所述彈性臂3的方向彎折延伸。所述彎折部40包括與所述主體部1的側緣相連接的弧形連接部42以及與弧形連接部42相連接的垂直部43,所述垂直部43與主體部1相互垂直設置。所述焊接片41延伸至所述彈性臂3的正下方,所述主體部1、垂直部43及焊接片41三者相互垂直設置。
所述主體部1具有橫向的左右兩側,所述主體部1的左右兩側均設有凸伸的倒刺12,所述倒刺12用於將所述導電端子100組裝至所述電連接器。
在本實施例中,所述彈性臂3緊靠所述主體部1的右側設置,所述豎直部11緊靠所述主體部1的左側設置,所述垂直部43自所述豎直部11的左側邊緣彎折延伸,借由調整導豎直部11與垂直部43之間的折彎角度,可在不同位置關係的晶片模組的連接片與電路板的焊接點之間建立電連接,有利於將所述導電端子100安裝於不同規格的使用環境中。
所述彈性臂3包括自所述主體部1下緣向斜上方朝遠離主體部1的方向彎折延伸的第一彎折部33、自所述第一彎折部33向上彎折並豎直延伸的直立部34、自所述直立部34朝主體部1方向傾斜延伸並位於所述輔助臂2上方的第二彎折部35、自所述第二彎折部35彎折延伸的所述傾斜部31及自所述傾斜部31繼續延伸的所述接觸部32。將所述彈性臂3自所述主體部1的下端向上彎折延伸,當所述晶片模組向下抵壓所述接觸部32時,所述彈性臂3具有足夠的向下變形的空間,可保證所述彈性臂3的機械性能良好,有利於所述導電端子100與所述晶片模組達成穩定的電性連接,同時,所述彈性臂3與彎折設置的所述接腳4相互獨立,所述彈性臂3被所述晶片模組抵壓後產生的端子形變不易使導電端子100被損壞,可使所述導電端子100具有較佳的穩定性。在本實施例中,所述接觸部32設置為向上凸起的圓弧狀,所述接觸部32包括兩個平行延伸且彼此間隔設置的弧形接觸條320,相比於僅包括一個接觸條的導電端子,如此設置有利於所述弧形接觸條320與所述晶片模組的穩定接觸。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種導電端子,其由一片狀金屬材料彎折形成,包括: 主體部,係沿上下方向延伸; 輔助臂,係自所述主體部的上緣向上傾斜延伸; 彈性臂,係自所述主體部的下緣向上彎折延伸,所述彈性臂延伸有傾斜部以及自所述傾斜部向上彎折延伸的接觸部,當所述接觸部受壓後,所述傾斜部向下抵接於所述輔助臂以形成端子內接觸區;及 接腳,係自所述主體部延伸; 其中,所述接腳包括自所述主體部的一側緣彎折延伸的彎折部以及自所述彎折部的下緣沿水平方向彎折延伸的焊接片。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之導電端子,其中所述主體部包括向下延伸的豎直部,所述豎直部與所述彈性臂彼此分離設置,所述彎折部自所述豎直部的側緣彎折延伸。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之導電端子,其中所述彈性臂位於所述主體部的一側,所述輔助臂朝主體部的另一側傾斜延伸,所述彎折部自所述豎直部的側緣朝著所述彈性臂的方向彎折延伸。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之導電端子,其中所述彎折部包括與所述主體部的側緣相連接的弧形連接部以及與弧形連接部相連接的垂直部,所述垂直部與主體部相互垂直設置。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之導電端子,其中所述焊接片延伸至所述彈性臂的正下方。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之導電端子,其中所述主體部、垂直部及焊接片三者相互垂直設置。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之導電端子,其中所述主體部具有橫向的左右兩側,所述彈性臂緊靠所述主體部的右側設置,所述豎直部緊靠所述主體部的左側設置,所述垂直部自所述豎直部的左側邊緣彎折延伸。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之導電端子,其中所述彈性臂包括自所述主體部下緣向斜上方朝遠離主體部的方向彎折延伸的第一彎折部、自所述第一彎折部向上彎折並豎直延伸的直立部、自所述直立部朝主體部方向傾斜延伸並位於所述輔助臂上方的第二彎折部、自所述第二彎折部彎折延伸的所述傾斜部及自所述傾斜部繼續延伸的所述接觸部。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之導電端子,其中所述接觸部設置為向上凸起的圓弧狀,所述接觸部包括兩個平行延伸且彼此間隔設置的弧形接觸條。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項至第9項中任一項所述之導電端子,其中所述傾斜部與所述輔助臂相互抵接的表面區域均塗覆有鍍金層。
