Abstract
一种电连接器,其包括具有若干端子槽的绝缘本体及收容在所述端子槽内的若干端子;所述绝缘本体具有上表面与下表面,所述端子槽贯穿所述上、下表面;所述端子包括固定在所述端子槽内的竖直板、自竖直板上缘弯折延伸出所述绝缘本体上表面的弹性部以及自竖直板下缘延伸的焊接脚,所述弹性部在其自由末端处设置有向上凸出的接触部。所述端子进一步设置有附加部,所述附加部贴覆在所述弹性部的下表面而位于所述弹性部与所述绝缘本体的上表面之间。本发明的端子在其弹性部增加附加部,保证弹性部具有预定的机械性能的同时,能够降低阻抗,从而克服高频信号传输过程谐振的不良影响。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,其用来供中央处理器(CPU)等芯片模组的安装。
【背景技术】
随着大数据、云计算、物联网等概念的蓬勃发展,几乎每个新产品都在谈高速传输应用。各应用模块均朝向高速方向发展,以实现前面提到的高速传输应用,用来连接各个模块之间的输入/输出接口当然亦需要高速传输,比如现有USB Type C接口已经达到20Gbps,Thunderbolt接口则高达40Gbps。而作为电脑、服务器等核心部分的中央处理器则朝向更高速、焊接脚更多的方向发展,用来连接中央处理器与主机板之间的电连接器则不能成为信号传输的瓶颈。在实际高频测试中,电连接器焊接脚的上头弹性抵接中央处理器的导电垫片,下头焊接至电路板。上头一般为倾斜弹性的悬臂梁,以提供撓性机械特性,保证与中央处理器的接触,因端子数量众多,对机械性能要求很高,同时又要降低諧振等对高頻信号产生不良作用的影响。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的电连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种电连接器,其在保证机械性能的前提下降低谐振等对高频信号的不良影响。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括具有若干端子槽的绝缘本体及收容在所述端子槽内的若干端子;所述绝缘本体具有上表面与下表面,所述端子槽贯穿所述上、下表面;所述端子包括固定在所述端子槽内的竖直板、自竖直板上缘弯折延伸出所述绝缘本体上表面的弹性部以及自竖直板下缘延伸的焊接脚,所述弹性部在其自由末端处设置有向上凸出的接触部;所述端子进一步设置有附加部,所述附加部贴覆在所述弹性部的下表面而位于所述弹性部与所述绝缘本体的上表面之间。
本发明的端子在其弹性部增加附加部,保证弹性部具有预定的机械性能的同时,能够降低阻抗,从而克服高频信号传输过程谐振的不良影响。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图示介绍本发明电连接器的具体实施方式。
请参图1至图5所示,本发明电连接器100用于连接中央处理器(CPU)等芯片模块(未图示)至电路板(未图示)。请参图1至图3所示,电连接器100包括具有若干端子槽11的绝缘本体10及收容在所述端子槽11内的若干端子20。所述绝缘本体10具有上表面101与下表面102,所述端子槽11贯穿所述上、下表面101、102。
所述端子20包括固定在所述端子槽11内的竖直板21、自竖直板上缘弯折延伸出所述绝缘本体的上表面101的弹性部22以及自竖直板下缘弯折延伸的焊接脚23。所述弹性部22呈板状,弹性部在其自由末端处设置有向上凸出的接触部221。端子20进一步设置有附加部25,附加部25贴覆在弹性部22的下表面,其位于弹性部22与绝缘本体的上表面101之间。在本实施例中,附加部25自弹性部的自由末端处反向弯折而贴覆在弹性部22的下表面。竖直部21包括第一固定部211、第二固定部212以及连接第一、第二固定部的连接部213,第一固定部与第二固定部彼此垂直。本处的竖直部仅指端子该等部位大致呈竖直状。弹性部22自第一固定部211的上缘一体延伸,焊接脚23自第二固定部212的下缘一体延伸。结合图2的侧视图,可以看出,水平状的焊接脚23位于端子槽11内,位于所述绝缘本体下表面102的上方,如此,焊球(未图示)在於焊接于焊接脚23时可以容纳在端子槽11内,被端子槽的内壁面轻微干涉而作定位。
结合图4、图5所示,板状的弹性部22定义有宽度方向(图4中的双箭头所示)及延伸方向(图2所示的双箭头方向),图4显示了端子的俯视图,从图中可以看出,弹性部22的宽度自其与竖直部21连接的根部向其自由末端呈缩小状,在邻近接触部221处骤然减小。再结合图5,图5显示了端子的仰视图,附加部25则完全覆盖弹性部22。所以在宽度方向上,附加部25与弹性部22对齐或者大于弹性部。结合图2,可以看出在延伸方向上,附加部25向下延伸且位于所述绝缘本体的上表面101的上方。接触部221的宽度保持不变,在对应接触部221处,所述接触部与附加部彼此完全重合。
本发明的附加部25在保证弹性部22具有预定的机械性能时,同时降低了整个端子阻抗,使其达到预定阻抗值,如此一实现高速信号传输的需求。

Claims (9)
1.一种电连接器,其包括具有若干端子槽的绝缘本体及收容在所述端子槽内的若干端子;所述绝缘本体具有上表面与下表面,所述端子槽贯穿所述上、下表面;所述端子包括固定在所述端子槽内的竖直板、自竖直板上缘弯折延伸出所述绝缘本体上表面的弹性部以及自竖直板下缘延伸的焊接脚,所述弹性部在其自由末端处设置有向上凸出的接触部;其特征在于:所述端子进一步设置有附加部,所述附加部贴覆在所述弹性部的下表面而位于所述弹性部与所述绝缘本体的上表面之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述附加部自所述弹性部的自由末端处反向弯折而贴覆在弹性部的下表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性部呈板状,其定义有宽度方向及延伸方向,所述附加部在宽度方向上与所述弹性部对齐或者大于所述弹性部;在延伸方向上,所述附加部向下延伸且位于所述绝缘本体的上表面的上方。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述竖直部包括第一固定部、第二固定部以及连接第一、第二固定部的连接部,所述弹性部自第一固定部的上缘一体延伸,所述焊接脚自第二固定部的下缘一体延伸。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一固定部与第二固定部彼此垂直。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性部的宽度自其与竖直部连接的根部向其自由末端呈缩小状,在邻近所述接触部处骤然减小。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接触部的宽度保持不变。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述附加部在对应接触部触处与接触部完全重合。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接脚呈水平状,其位于所述端子槽内且位于所述绝缘本体下表面的上方。
