Abstract

本发明涉及一种电连接器,以按压接触方式电性连接电子元件,其包括绝缘本体和收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,该导电端子设有主体部,于主体部长度方向的相对两侧设有卡持部,于主体部的厚度方向的其中一侧设有若干弹性臂,弹性臂末端设有分别与各电子元件相导接的接触部,其中,该导电端子至少有三个接触部可供与电子元件上对应该导电端子的接触垫片相导接。通过在导电端子上设置至少三个接触部,当电连接器或者与之相导接的电子元件产生倾斜时,至少有一个或者多个接触部可以正常导接,保证电连接器与电子元件之间良好的电性导通性能。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种以按压接触方式电性连接电子元件的电连接器。
【背景技术】
请参阅图1,2003年11月26日公开的专利名称为“电连接器端子”的中国专利第02287752.5号公开了一种大体呈弓形的电连接器端子,其容置于电连接器的绝缘本体内并电性导接晶片模块和电路板,该端子包括分别与晶片模块和电路板导接的第一臂部80和第二臂部82,连接第一臂部80和第二臂部82的连接部84,其中第一臂部80和第二臂部82末端分别设有弧形的第一接触部81和第二接触部83,连接部84两侧分别凸伸有若干定位凸块86,用以与绝缘本体干涉配合,将端子固持于绝缘本体中。
由于上述导电端子与晶片模块及电路板分别仅有一个接触部导接,当导电端子出现正位度不佳时,可能导致不导通。
鉴于以上缺点的存在,有必要提出一种改进的电连接器。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有较佳的导电效果的电连接器。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明电连接器,以按压接触方式电性连接电子元件,其包括绝缘本体和收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,该导电端子设有主体部,于主体部长度方向的相对两侧设有卡持部,导电端子由主体部宽度方向的相对两侧延伸出一第一连接部和一第二连接部,所述第一连接部和第二连接部均朝向主体部在厚度方向上的一侧弯折延伸设置,其中所述第一连接部分别向上方、下方设置有至少一个弹性臂,每一弹性臂的末端均设有可与电子元件上对应该导电端子的接触垫片相导接的接触部;所述第二连接部亦分别向上方、下方设置有两个弹性臂,每一弹性臂的末端亦均设有可与电子元件上对应该导电端子的接触垫片相导接的接触部。
与现有技术相比,本发明电连接器具有以下优点:导电端子上方、下方均设有至少三个接触部可供与相应的电子组件相导接,当电连接器或者与之相导接的电子元件产生倾斜时,至少有一个或者多个接触部可以正常导接,从而保证电连接器与电子元件之间良好的电性导通性能。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2至图4,本发明的电连接器,以按压接触方式电性连接电子元件(未图示),其包括绝缘本体3和收容于绝缘本体3的若干导电端子2。
导电端子2设有板状的主体部21,主体部21具有长度、宽度、厚度三个方向,其中长度方向的尺寸大于宽度方向的尺寸,宽度方向的尺寸大于厚度方向的尺寸。于主体部21长度方向的相对两侧设有卡持部22,卡持部22与主体部21的厚度相同,其与主体部21连接后大致呈“工”形。卡持部22上对称设置倒角斜面,提供导电端子2插入绝缘本体3时的导向作用。由主体部21宽度方向的相对两侧均向厚度方向的一侧弯折延伸设置第一连接部23和第二连接部24,两连接部23、24分别设有第一平面231和与该第一平面231平行相对设置的第二平面233。各连接部23、24自第一平面231向上和自第二平面233向下分别倾斜延伸设置两个弹性臂25,其具有间隔且高度相同,则第一平面231上方和第二平面233下方分别具有四个高度相同的弹性臂25,且自第一连接部23延伸的弹性臂25和自第二连接部24延伸的弹性臂25于主体部两侧相互对称,各弹性臂25的末端设有可与电子元件相导接的弧形接触部251。
绝缘本体3上设有第一表面31和与第一表面31相平行的第二表面32,贯穿第一表面31和第二表面32开设若干对应各导电端子2的收容槽35,收容槽35的一端的设有卡持槽351,与卡持槽351相邻的内侧壁352向收容槽35内凸伸一定的厚度。
导电端子2插入绝缘本体3时,端子的卡持部22容置于绝缘本体3的卡持槽35内,两者以干涉配合的方式定位导电端子2于绝缘本体3,导电端子2的各连接部23、24与收容槽35的内侧壁352之间留有间隔。导电端子2的接触部251均凸伸出绝缘本体3的第一表面31和第二表面32,以使其能够与电子元件相导接。
当电子元件与本发明电连接器组接时,导电端子2可提供三个以上的接触部251与电子元件上对应各导电端子2的接触垫片相导接,即使电连接器与电子元件正位度不佳,产生一定的倾斜时,至少有一个或者多个接触部251可以与接触垫片正常电性导通,从而保证本发明电连接器具有更好的电性导通性能。
另外,对于本发明电连接器的导电端子2,其第一平面231上方自两连接部23、24其中之一仅延伸一个弹性臂25,另一连接部延伸两个弹性臂25,第二平面233下方亦设置相同数目的弹性臂25,即第一平面231上方和第二平面233下方各有三个弹性臂25,或者,自各连接部23、24上下分别延伸两个以上弹性臂25,即导电端子2上下均具有四个以上接触部251,均可以达到相同的技术效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,以按压接触方式电性连接电子元件,其包括绝缘本体和收容于绝缘本体的若干导电端子,该导电端子设有主体部,于主体部长度方向的相对两侧设有卡持部,导电端子由主体部宽度方向的相对两侧延伸出一第一连接部和一第二连接部,所述第一连接部和第二连接部均朝向主体部在厚度方向上的一侧弯折延伸设置,其特征在于:所述第一连接部分别向上方、下方延伸设置有至少一个弹性臂,每一弹性臂的末端均设有可与电子元件上对应该导电端子的接触垫片相导接的接触部;所述第二连接部亦分别向上方、下方延伸设置有两个弹性臂,每一弹性臂的末端亦均设有可与电子元件上对应该导电端子的接触垫片相导接的接触部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一、第二连接部在主体部宽度方向上的两侧呈对称设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:其中第二连接部向上延伸设有的两个弹性臂与前述第一连接部向上延伸的至少一个弹性臂高度相同。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二连接部向下延伸设有的两个弹性臂与前述第一连接部向下设置的至少一个弹性臂高度相同。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当某连接部在同一个朝向上设有两个弹性臂时,该同一朝向的两个弹性臂间隔设置。
6.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述两个连接部均向上延伸设有两个高度相同的弹性臂;两连接部向上设置弹性臂高度均相同。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述两个连接部均向下延伸设有两个高度相同的弹性臂;两连接部向下设置弹性臂高度均相同。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一、第二连接部向上延伸的弹性臂在主体部两侧相互对称;第一、第二连接部向下延伸的弹性臂在主体部两侧亦相互对称。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:两连接部向上的四个弹性臂两两相对设置;向下的四个弹性臂亦两两相对设置。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项权利要求所述的电连接器,其特征在于:两连接部分别设有一第一平面和与该第一平面平行相对设置的第二平面;两连接部向上延伸的弹性臂自相应的第一平面向上延伸而出,向下延伸的弹性臂自相应的第二平面向下延伸而出。
