Abstract
本發明公開了一種電連接器及其製造方法,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體、固持於所述絕緣本體的導電端子及置於絕緣本體內的接地件,所述導電端子包括複數訊號端子及複數接地端子,所述接地件設有複數接腳;所述絕緣本體設有複數注膠槽,所述接地件的接腳穿過一一對應的所述注膠槽而接觸對應的接地端子;所述注膠槽內注有導電膠,所述導電膠將所述接腳及接地端子黏貼,籍此,提升穩定性的同時改善高頻性能。

本發明涉及一種電連接器及其製造方法,尤其涉及一種可安裝至電路板的電連接器及其製造方法。
中國大陸實用新型專利第CN203813128U號揭示了一種連接器,其包括絕緣部,所述絕緣部分別連接有插頭接觸部和側接觸部,所述絕緣部內置有導電端子將所述插頭接觸部和側接觸部電連接,所述導電端子包括接地端子和高速通信端子,於所述絕緣部中成型有連貫所述接地端子的注膠通道,所述注膠通道內注塑有導電膠。然而,該等結構會導致接地件的固持穩定性較低,而且接地效果較弱,導致電連接器中的接地件容易異位進而導致訊號端子之間及訊號端子與接地端子之間的高頻訊號傳輸受到影響,不利於高頻訊號傳輸。
是故,確有必要提供一種新的技術方案,俾克服上述缺陷。
本發明之目的在於提供一種接觸穩定且高頻傳輸性能佳的電連接器及其製造方法。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明採用如下技術方案:一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、固持於所述絕緣本體的導電端子及置於絕緣本體內的接地件,所述導電端子包括複數訊號端子及複數接地端子,所述接地件設有複數接腳;所述絕緣本體設有複數注膠槽,所述接地件的接腳穿過一一對應的所述注膠槽而接觸對應的接地端子;所述注膠槽內注有導電膠,所述導電膠將所述接腳及接地端子黏貼。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明還採用如下技術方案:一種電連接
器的製造方法,包括:第一步驟,提供絕緣本體及導電端子,所述絕緣本體設有注膠槽,所述導電端子包括訊號端子及接地端子;第二步驟,提供接地件,所述接地件凸伸有複數接腳,所述複數接腳穿過對應的注膠槽而抵壓於對應的接地端子;第三步驟,提供導電膠,將所述導電膠注入至所述注膠槽內以將所述接地件及所述接地端子黏結。
與先前技術相比,本發明具有如下有益效果:本發明藉由於第一、第二絕緣體內均成型有注膠槽,通過先將所述接地件電性連接至所述第一絕緣體並注入導電膠,再將導電膠注入至第二絕緣體並迅速將其組裝至所述第一絕緣體,以此,通過所述導電膠將所述接地件的接腳與所述第一、第二絕緣體內的接地端子黏接而形成穩定的電性連接,從而使得所述電連接器具有較佳的接地性能,不僅可以使得所述接地件及接地端子之間形成穩定的電性連接,且不會影響其他訊號端子的訊號傳輸,從而有利於高頻訊號的高效傳輸。

以下將結合第一圖至第十圖介紹本發明之具體實施方式。本發明提供了一種電連接器100,所述電連接器100用以安裝至一電路板(未圖示)以與一對接連接器(未圖示)配對插接。所述電連接器100包括縱長的絕緣本體1、固持於所述絕緣本體1的導電端子2、置於絕緣本體1內的接地件3及將所述接地件3電性連接至所述導電端子2的接地端子21G、22G導電膠4,以此實現較佳的接地效果的同時利於訊號傳輸。
請參閱第一圖至第四圖,所述絕緣本體1包括基部11及自基部11延伸的對接舌板12,具體的,所述絕緣本體1包括絕緣架13、第一絕緣體14及第二絕緣體15,所述對接舌板12由所述絕緣架13、第一絕緣體14與第二絕緣體15的前部形成,所述基部11由所述絕緣架13、第一絕緣體14與第二絕緣體15的後部形成,所述第一排、第二排導電端子21、22與第一、第二絕緣體14、15及接地件3形成一端子模組(未標號),所述端子模組從後向前組裝至所述絕緣架13以形成所述電連接器100。所述第一絕緣體14與第二絕緣體15均設有複數注膠槽(未標號)及複數端子收容槽(未標號),所述注膠槽內注有導電膠4。具體的,所述注膠槽包括設置於所述第一絕緣體14的第一注膠槽141及設置所述第二絕緣體15的第二注膠槽151。所述第一絕緣體14的第一注膠槽141為向外擴張的圓弧狀槽,所述第二絕緣體15的第二注膠槽151為矩形狀槽。所述第一絕緣體14還設有自其頂面向內凹陷的收容所述接地件3的接地件收容槽140,所述第一注膠槽141位於所述接地件收容槽140的下方,所述導電膠4可注入至所述第一注膠槽141及所述第一絕緣體14的接地端子收容槽的間隙內,所述導電膠還可注入至所述第二注膠槽151及第二絕緣體15的接地端子收容槽的間隙內,以此將所述接地件3及所述接地端子21G、22G穩定的連接。
所述導電端子2包括複數訊號端子(未標號)及複數接地端子21G、22G,具體的,所述導電端子2包括分別位於對接舌板12兩表面的第一排端子21與第二排端子22,所述第一排、第二排端子21、22均設有所述訊號端子及所述接地端子21G、22G。所述第一排端子21固定於第一絕緣體14的下表面,所述
接地件3安裝於第一絕緣體14的上表面,所述第一絕緣體14設有貫穿第一絕緣體14上表面的所述第一注膠槽141;所述第二排端子22固定於第二絕緣體15的上表面,所述第二絕緣本體15設有貫穿其下表面的所述第二注膠槽151;所述第一絕緣體14的上表面組裝至第二絕緣體15的下表面且彼此相固定。
結合第五圖至第十圖,所述接地件3位於第一排、第二排端子21、22之間並可電性連接至所述第一排、第二排端子21、22中的接地端子21G、22G,所述接地件3設有複數接腳(未標號),所述導電膠4將所述接腳及接地端子21G、22G黏貼。所述接地件3的接腳穿過一一對應的所述第一、第二注膠槽141、151而接觸對應的接地端子21G、22G。具體的,所述接地件3的接腳包括向下延伸的複數第一彈片31及自向上延伸的複數第二彈片32,所述第一彈片31抵壓第一排端子21中的所述接地端子21G,所述第二彈片32抵壓第二排端子22中的所述接地端子22G。所述第一彈片31包括自前向後延伸的前第一彈片311及自後向前延伸的後第一彈片312,所述前第一彈片311與後第一彈片312分別抵壓於同一接地端子21G,前第一彈片311位於對接舌板12內,後第一彈片312位於基部11內。所述接地件3還包括縱長設置的一對長條部30及複數兩端分別連接至所述長條部30的橫樑部34,每兩橫樑部34之間形成有框口部33,所述第一、第二彈片31、32分別自所述框口部33向下、向上凸伸。所述第一彈片31的數量多於所述第二彈片32,所述第二彈片32均位於所述長條部30中部的同一側,所述第一彈片31小部分位於所述第二彈片32的同一側,而大部分位於所述第二彈片32的相反側,具體的,所述第二彈片32的數量為六根,所述第一彈片31的數量為二十六根,所述第二彈片32有兩根位於最外側,另外四根與所述第一彈片31的四根靠近所述最外側的兩根間隔設置。
所述導電膠4包括將所述第一彈片31電性連接至所述第一注膠槽141內的所述第一排端子21的接地端子21G的第一導電膠41及將所述第二彈片32電性連接至所述第二注膠槽151內的所述第二排端子22的接地端子22G的第二導電膠42,具體的,所述第一導電膠41先注入所述第一注膠槽141,而後將
其一並放入烤箱凝固後,再將所述第二導電膠42注入所述第二注膠槽151,並迅速將其組裝至所述第一絕緣體14上,以使得所述第二導電膠42將所述第二彈片32電性連接至所述第二排端子22的接地端子22G,以此使得整個接地件3與所有的接地端子21G、22G形成穩定的電性連接,達到較佳的接地效果,利於所述訊號端子傳輸高頻訊號。
請參照第一圖至第十圖,本發明電連接器100的製造方法如下:
第一步驟,提供絕緣本體1及導電端子2,所述絕緣本體1設有注膠槽,所述導電端子2包括訊號端子及接地端子21G、22G;所述絕緣本體1包括絕緣架13、第一絕緣體14與第二絕緣體15,所述導電端子2包括第一排端子21與第二排端子22,所述第一排端子21固定於第一絕緣體14的下表面,所述第一絕緣體14設有貫穿第一絕緣體14上表面的上述第一注膠槽141;所第二排端子22固定於第二絕緣體15的上表面,所述第二絕緣本體15設有貫穿其下表面的上述第二注膠槽151。
第一步驟,提供接地件3,所述接地件3凸伸有複數接腳,所述複數接腳穿過對應的注膠槽而抵壓於對應的接地端子21G、22G,所述接地件3安裝於第一絕緣體14的上表面。具體的,所述接地件3位於第一排、第二排端子21、22之間。所述接地件3的接腳穿過一一對應的上述第一、第二注膠槽141、151而接觸對應的接地端子21G、22G。所述接地件3的接腳包括向下延伸的複數第一彈片31及自向上延伸的複數第二彈片32,所述第一彈片31延伸至所述第一注膠槽141並抵壓第一排端子21中的所述接地端子21G,所述第二彈片32延伸至所述第二注膠槽151並抵壓所述第二排端子22中的所述接地端子22G。
第三步驟,提供導電膠4,將所述導電膠4注入至所述第一、第二注膠槽141、151內以將所述接地件3及所述接地端子21G、22G黏結。具體的,所述導電膠4包括將所述第一彈片31電性連接至所述第一注膠槽141內的所述第一排端子21的接地端子21G的第一導電膠41及將所述第二彈片32電性連接至所述第二注膠槽151內的所述第二排端子22的接地端子22G的第二導電膠42;先
將所述第一導電膠41注入至所述第一注膠槽141後將再將其一並放入烤箱凝固,再將所述第二導電膠42注入至所第二注膠槽151,並於所述導電膠4還未凝固之前迅速將其組裝至所述第一絕緣體14,以此,使得所述第二絕緣體15的下表面組裝至所述第一絕緣體14的上表面且彼此相固定,而後將其一並放入烤箱再進行進一步凝固。
籍此,本發明通過於第一、第二絕緣體14、15內均成型有第一、第二注膠槽141、151,通過先將所述接地件3電性連接至所述第一注膠槽141並注入第一導電膠41,以此將所述第一彈片31及第一排端子21的接地端子21G實現電性連接,再將所述第二導電膠42注入至第二注膠槽151並於所述第二導電膠42未凝固之前迅速將其組裝至所述第一絕緣體14,以此使得所述第二導電膠42可以將所述第二排端子22的接地端子22G電性連接至所述接地件3的第二彈片32,以此,使得所述接地件3及所述第一、第二絕緣體14、15內的接地端子21G、22G形成一體的電性連接,從而使得所述電連接器100具有較佳的接地性能,最終,不僅可以使得所述接地件3及接地端子21G、22G之間形成穩定的電性連接,且不會影響其他訊號端子的訊號傳輸,從而有利於高頻訊號的高效傳輸。
應當指出,以上所述僅為本發明的最佳實施方式,不是全部的實施方式,本領域普通技術人員通過閱讀本發明說明書而對本發明技術方案採取的任何等效的變化,均為本發明的申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (10)
- 一種電連接器,包括:絕緣本體,係包括基部及自基部延伸的對接舌板;導電端子,係固持於所述絕緣本體,包括分別位於所述對接舌板兩表面的第一排端子與第二排端子,且所述導電端子包括複數訊號端子及複數接地端子;及接地件,係置於所述絕緣本體內,所述接地件設有複數接腳且位於所述第一排、第二排端子之間;其中,所述絕緣本體設有複數注膠槽,所述接地件的接腳穿過一一對應的所述注膠槽而接觸對應的接地端子,所述接地件的接腳包括向下延伸的複數第一彈片,所述第一彈片抵壓所述第一排端子中的所述接地端子;所述注膠槽內注有導電膠,所述導電膠將所述接腳及所述接地端子黏貼,所述第一彈片包括位於所述對接舌板內的複數前第一彈片以及位於所述基部內的複數後第一彈片,且所述前第一彈片與所述後第一彈片能夠分別抵壓於同一對應的所述接地端子。
- 如請求項1所述之電連接器,其中所述接地件的接腳包括向上延伸的複數第二彈片,所述第二彈片抵壓所述第二排端子中的所述接地端子。
- 如請求項2所述之電連接器,其中所述前第一彈片自前向後延伸,所述後第一彈片自後向前延伸。
- 如請求項1所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體包括絕緣架、第一絕緣體與第二絕緣體,所述導電端子包括第一排端子與第二排端子,所述第一排端子固定於所述第一絕緣體的下表面,所述接地件安裝於所述第一絕緣體的上表面,所述第一絕緣體設有貫穿所述 第一絕緣體上表面的上述注膠槽;所述第二排端子固定於所述第二絕緣體的上表面,所述第二絕緣本體設有貫穿其下表面的上述注膠槽;所述第一絕緣體的上表面組裝至所述第二絕緣體的下表面且彼此相固定;所述導電膠分別注入上述注膠槽。
- 如請求項4所述之電連接器,其中所述第一絕緣體的注膠槽為向外擴張的圓弧狀槽,所述第二絕緣體的注膠槽為矩形狀。
- 如請求項2所述之電連接器,其中所述接地件還包括縱長設置的一對長條部及複數兩端分別連接至所述長條部的橫樑部,每兩所述橫樑部之間形成有框口部,所述第一、第二彈片分別自所述框口部向下、向上凸伸。
- 如請求項6所述之電連接器,其中所述第一彈片的數量多於所述第二彈片,所述第二彈片均位於所述長條部中部的同一側,所述第一彈片小部分位於所述第二彈片的同一側,而大部分位於所述第二彈片的相反側。
- 一種電連接器的製造方法,包括:第一步驟,提供絕緣本體及導電端子,所述絕緣本體包括基部及自所述基部延伸的對接舌板且設有注膠槽,所述導電端子包括分別位於所述對接舌板兩表面的第一排端子與第二排端子,且包括訊號端子及接地端子;第二步驟,提供接地件,所述接地件位於所述第一排端子和所述第二排端子之間且凸伸有複數接腳,所述複數接腳穿過對應的所述注膠槽而抵壓於對應的所述接地端子,所述接地件的接腳包括向下延伸的複數第一彈片,所述第一彈片抵壓所述第一排端子中的所述接地端子,所述第一彈片包括位於所述對接舌板內的複數前第一彈片以及位於所述基部內的複數後第一彈片,且所述前第一彈片與所述後第一彈片能夠分別抵壓於同一對應的所述接地端子; 第三步驟,提供導電膠,將所述導電膠注入至所述注膠槽內以將所述接地件及所述接地端子黏結。
- 如請求項8所述之電連接器的製造方法,其中第一步驟中,所述絕緣本體包括絕緣架、第一絕緣體與第二絕緣體,所述接地件安裝於所述第一絕緣體的上表面,所述第一絕緣體設有貫穿所述第一絕緣體上表面的上述述膠槽;所述第二絕緣本體設有貫穿其下表面的上述注膠槽。
- 如請求項9所述之電連接器的製造方法,其中於第三步驟中,將所述導電膠先注入至所述第一絕緣體的注膠槽後將再將其放入一烤箱凝固,後將所述導電膠注入至所第二絕緣體的注膠槽,並於所述導電膠還未凝固之前迅速將其組裝至所述第一絕緣體,以此,使得所述第二絕緣體的下表面組裝至所述第一絕緣體的上表面且彼此相固定,最後將其一併放入前述烤箱再進行凝固。
