【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器及其制造方法,尤其涉及一种可安装至电路板的电连接器及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利申请第CN203813128U号揭示了一种连接器,其包括绝缘部,所述绝缘部分别连接有插头接触部和侧接触部,所述绝缘部内置有导电端子将所述插头接触部和侧接触部电连接,所述导电端子包括接地端子和高速通信端子,在所述绝缘部中成型有连贯所述接地端子的注胶通道,所述注胶通道内注塑有导电胶。然而,该等结构会导致接地件的固持稳定性较低,而且接地效果较弱,从而导致电连接器中的接地件容易异位进而导致信号端子之间及信号端子与接地端子之间的高频信号传输收到影响,不利于高频信号传输。
所以,有必要提供一种新的技术方案,以改善上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种接触稳定且高频传输性能佳的电连接器及其制造方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及置于绝缘本体内的接地件,所述导电端子包括若干信号端子及若干接地端子,所述接地件设有若干接脚;所述绝缘本体设有若干注胶槽,所述接地件的接脚穿过一一对应的所述注胶槽而接触对应的接地端子;所述注胶槽内注有导电胶,所述导电胶将所述接脚及接地端子粘贴。
进一步的,所述绝缘本体包括基部及自基部延伸的对接舌板,所述导电端子包括分别位于对接舌板两个表面的第一排端子与第二排端子,所述接地件位于第一排、第二排端子之间;所述接地件的接脚包括向下延伸的若干第一弹片及自向上延伸的若干第二弹片,所述第一弹片抵压第一排端子中的所述接地端子,所述第二弹片抵压第二排端子中的所述接地端子。
进一步的,所述第一弹片包括自前向后延伸的前第一弹片及自后向前延伸的后第一弹片,所述前第一弹片与后第一弹片分别抵压在同一接地端子,前第一弹片位于对接舌板内,后第一弹片位于基部内。
进一步的,所述绝缘本体包括绝缘架、第一绝缘体与第二绝缘体,所述导电端子包括第一排端子与第二排端子,所述第一排端子固定在第一绝缘体的下表面,所述接地件安装在第一绝缘体的上表面,所述第一绝缘体设有贯穿第一绝缘体上表面的上述注胶槽;所述第二排端子固定在第二绝缘体的上表面,所述第二绝缘本体设有贯穿其下表面的上述注胶槽;所述第一绝缘体的上表面组装至第二绝缘体的下表面且彼此相固定;所述导电胶分别注入上述注胶槽。
进一步的,所述第一绝缘体的注胶槽为向外扩张的圆弧状槽,所述第二绝缘体的注胶槽为矩形状。
进一步的,所述接地件还包括纵长设置的一对长条部及若干两端分别连接至所述长条部的横梁部,每两个横梁部之间形成有框口部,所述第一、第二弹片分别自所述框口部向下、向上凸伸。
进一步的,所述第一弹片的数量多于所述第二弹片,所述第二弹片均位于所述长条部中部的同一侧,所述第一弹片小部分位于所述第二弹片的同一侧,而大部分位于所述第二弹片的相反侧。
为解决上述问题,本发明还可采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器的制造方法,包括:第一步骤,提供绝缘本体及导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有注胶槽,所述导电端子包括信号端子及接地端子;第二步骤,提供接地件,所述接地件凸伸有若干接脚,所述若干接脚穿过对应的注胶槽而抵压在对应的接地端子;第三步骤,提供导电胶,将所述导电胶注入至所述注胶槽内以将所述接地件及所述接地端子粘结。
进一步的,第一步骤中,所述绝缘本体包括绝缘架、第一绝缘体与第二绝缘体,所述导电端子包括第一排端子与第二排端子,所述第一排端子固定在第一绝缘体的下表面,所述接地件安装在第一绝缘体的上表面,所述第一绝缘体设有贯穿第一绝缘体上表面的上述注述胶槽;所第二排端子固定在第二绝缘体的上表面,所述第二绝缘本体设有贯穿其下表面的上述注胶槽。
进一步的,在第三步骤中,将所述导电胶先注入至所述第一绝缘体的注胶槽后将再将其放入烤箱凝固,再将所述导电胶注入至所第二绝缘体的注胶槽,并在所述导电胶还未凝固之前迅速将其组装至所述第一绝缘体,以此,使得所述第二绝缘体的下表面组装至所述第一绝缘体的上表面且彼此相固定,而后将其一并放入烤箱再进行凝固。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过在第一、第二绝缘体内均成型有注胶槽,通过先将所述接地件电性连接至所述第一绝缘体并注入导电胶,再将导电胶注入至第二绝缘体并迅速将其组装至所述第一绝缘体,以此,通过所述导电胶将所述接地件的接脚与所述第一、第二绝缘体内的接地端子粘接而形成稳定的电性连接,从而使得所述电连接器具有较佳的接地性能,不仅可以使得所述接地件及接地端子之间形成稳定的电性连接,且不会影响其他信号端子的信号传输,从而有利于高频信号的高效传输。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
以下将结合图1至图10介绍本发明之具体实施方式。本发明提供了一种电连接器100,所述电连接器100用于安装至一电路板(未图示)以与一对接连接器(未图示)配对插接。所述电连接器100包括纵长的绝缘本体1、固持于所述绝缘本体1的导电端子2、置于绝缘本体1内的接地件3及将所述接地件3电性连接至所述导电端子2的接地端子21G、22G导电胶4,以此实现较佳的接地效果的同时利于信号传输。
请参阅图1至图4,所述绝缘本体1包括基部11及自基部11延伸的对接舌板12,具体的,所述绝缘本体1包括绝缘架13、第一绝缘体14及第二绝缘体15,所述对接舌板12由所述绝缘架13、第一绝缘体14与第二绝缘体15的前部形成,所述基部11由所述绝缘架13、第一绝缘体14与第二绝缘体15的后部形成,所述第一排、第二排导电端子21、22与第一、第二绝缘体14、15及接地件3形成一端子模组(未标号),所述端子模组从后向前组装至所述绝缘架13以形成所述电连接器100。所述第一绝缘体14与第二绝缘体15均设有若干注胶槽(未标号)及若干端子收容槽(未标号),所述注胶槽内注有导电胶4。具体的,所述注胶槽包括设置在所述第一绝缘体14的第一注胶槽141及设置所述第二绝缘体15的第二注胶槽151。所述第一绝缘体14的第一注胶槽141为向外扩张的圆弧状槽,所述第二绝缘体15的第二注胶槽151为矩形状槽。所述第一绝缘体14还设有自其顶面向内凹陷的收容所述接地件3的接地件收容槽140,所述第一注胶槽141位于所述接地件收容槽140的下方,所述导电胶4可注入至所述第一注胶槽141及所述第一绝缘体14的接地端子收容槽的间隙内,所述导电胶还可注入至所述第二注胶槽151及第二绝缘体15的接地端子收容槽的间隙内,以此将所述接地件3及所述接地端子21G、22G稳定的连接。
所述导电端子2包括若干信号端子(未标号)及若干接地端子21G、22G,具体的,所述导电端子2包括分别位于对接舌板12两个表面的第一排端子21与第二排端子22,所述第一排、第二排端子21、22均设有所述信号端子及所述接地端子21G、22G。所述第一排端子21固定在第一绝缘体14的下表面,所述接地件3安装在第一绝缘体14的上表面,所述第一绝缘体14设有贯穿第一绝缘体14上表面的所述第一注胶槽141;所述第二排端子22固定在第二绝缘体15的上表面,所述第二绝缘本体15设有贯穿其下表面的所述第二注胶槽151;所述第一绝缘体14的上表面组装至第二绝缘体15的下表面且彼此相固定。
结合图5至图10,所述接地件3位于第一排、第二排端子21、22之间并可电性连接至所述第一排、第二排端子21、22中的接地端子21G、22G,所述接地件3设有若干接脚(未标号),所述导电胶4将所述接脚及接地端子21G、22G粘贴。所述接地件3的接脚穿过一一对应的所述第一、第二注胶槽141、151而接触对应的接地端子21G、22G。具体的,所述接地件3的接脚包括向下延伸的若干第一弹片31及自向上延伸的若干第二弹片32,所述第一弹片31抵压第一排端子21中的所述接地端子21G,所述第二弹片32抵压第二排端子22中的所述接地端子22G。所述第一弹片31包括自前向后延伸的前第一弹片311及自后向前延伸的后第一弹片312,所述前第一弹片311与后第一弹片312分别抵压在同一接地端子21G,前第一弹片311位于对接舌板12内,后第一弹片312位于基部11内。所述接地件3还包括纵长设置的一对长条部30及若干两端分别连接至所述长条部30的横梁部34,每两个横梁部34之间形成有框口部33,所述第一、第二弹片31、32分别自所述框口部33向下、向上凸伸。所述第一弹片31的数量多于所述第二弹片32,所述第二弹片32均位于所述长条部30中部的同一侧,所述第一弹片31小部分位于所述第二弹片32的同一侧,而大部分位于所述第二弹片32的相反侧,具体的,所述第二弹片32的数量为六根,所述第一弹片31的数量为二十六根,所述第二弹片32有两根位于最外侧,另外四根与所述第一弹片31的四根靠近所述最外侧的两根间隔设置。
所述导电胶4包括将所述第一弹片31电性连接至所述第一注胶槽141内的所述第一排端子21的接地端子21G的第一导电胶41及将所述第二弹片32电性连接至所述第二注胶槽151内的所述第二排端子22的接地端子22G的第二导电胶42,具体的,所述第一导电胶41先注入所述第一注胶槽141,而后将其一并放入烤箱凝固后,再将所述第二导电胶42注入所述第二注胶槽151,并迅速将其组装至所述第一绝缘体14上,以使得所述第二导电胶42将所述第二弹片32电性连接至所述第二排端子22的接地端子22G,以此使得整个接地件3与所有的接地端子21G、22G形成稳定的电性连接,达到较佳的接地效果,利于所述信号端子传输高频信号。
请参照图1至图10,在本发明电连接器100的制造方法如下:
第一步骤,提供绝缘本体1及导电端子2,所述绝缘本体1设有注胶槽,所述导电端子2包括信号端子及接地端子21G、22G;所述绝缘本体1包括绝缘架13、第一绝缘体14与第二绝缘体15,所述导电端子2包括第一排端子21与第二排端子22,所述第一排端子21固定在第一绝缘体14的下表面,所述第一绝缘体14设有贯穿第一绝缘体14上表面的上述第一注胶槽141;所第二排端子22固定在第二绝缘体15的上表面,所述第二绝缘本体15设有贯穿其下表面的上述第二注胶槽151。
第一步骤,提供接地件3,所述接地件3凸伸有若干接脚,所述若干接脚穿过对应的注胶槽而抵压在对应的接地端子21G、22G,所述接地件3安装在第一绝缘体14的上表面。具体的,所述接地件3位于第一排、第二排端子21、22之间。所述接地件3的接脚穿过一一对应的上述第一、第二注胶槽141、151而接触对应的接地端子21G、22G。所述接地件3的接脚包括向下延伸的若干第一弹片31及自向上延伸的若干第二弹片32,所述第一弹片31延伸至所述第一注胶槽141并抵压第一排端子21中的所述接地端子21G,所述第二弹片32延伸至所述第二注胶槽151并抵压所述第二排端子22中的所述接地端子22G。
第三步骤,提供导电胶4,将所述导电胶4注入至所述第一、第二注胶槽141、151内以将所述接地件3及所述接地端子21G、22G粘结。具体的,所述导电胶4包括将所述第一弹片31电性连接至所述第一注胶槽141内的所述第一排端子21的接地端子21G的第一导电胶41及将所述第二弹片32电性连接至所述第二注胶槽151内的所述第二排端子22的接地端子22G的第二导电胶42;先将所述第一导电胶41注入至所述第一注胶槽141后将再将其一并放入烤箱凝固,再将所述第二导电胶42注入至所第二注胶槽151,并在所述导电胶4还未凝固之前迅速将其组装至所述第一绝缘体14,以此,使得所述第二绝缘体15的下表面组装至所述第一绝缘体14的上表面且彼此相固定,而后将其一并放入烤箱再进行进一步凝固。
籍此,本发明通过在第一、第二绝缘体14、15内均成型有第一、第二注胶槽141、151,通过先将所述接地件3电性连接至所述第一注胶槽141并注入第一导电胶41,以此将所述第一弹片31及第一排端子21的接地端子21G实现电性连接,再将所述第二导电胶42注入至第二注胶槽151并在所述第二导电胶42未凝固之前迅速将其组装至所述第一绝缘体14,以此使得所述第二导电胶42可以将所述第二排端子22的接地端子22G电性连接至所述接地件3的第二弹片32,以此,使得所述接地件3及所述第一、第二绝缘体14、15内的接地端子21G、22G形成一体的电性连接,从而使得所述电连接器100具有较佳的接地性能,最终,不仅可以使得所述接地件3及接地端子21G、22G之间形成稳定的电性连接,且不会影响其他信号端子的信号传输,从而有利于高频信号的高效传输。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及置于绝缘本体内的接地件,所述导电端子包括若干信号端子及若干接地端子,所述接地件设有若干接脚;其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有若干注胶槽,所述接地件的接脚穿过一一对应的所述注胶槽而接触对应的接地端子;所述注胶槽内注有导电胶,所述导电胶将所述接脚及接地端子粘贴。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括基部及自基部延伸的对接舌板,所述导电端子包括分别位于对接舌板两个表面的第一排端子与第二排端子,所述接地件位于第一排、第二排端子之间;所述接地件的接脚包括向下延伸的若干第一弹片及自向上延伸的若干第二弹片,所述第一弹片抵压第一排端子中的所述接地端子,所述第二弹片抵压第二排端子中的所述接地端子。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹片包括自前向后延伸的前第一弹片及自后向前延伸的后第一弹片,所述前第一弹片与后第一弹片分别抵压在同一接地端子,所述前第一弹片位于对接舌板内,所述后第一弹片位于基部内。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括绝缘架、第一绝缘体与第二绝缘体,所述导电端子包括第一排端子与第二排端子,所述第一排端子固定在第一绝缘体的下表面,所述接地件安装在第一绝缘体的上表面,所述第一绝缘体设有贯穿第一绝缘体上表面的上述注胶槽;所述第二排端子固定在第二绝缘体的上表面,所述第二绝缘本体设有贯穿其下表面的上述注胶槽;所述第一绝缘体的上表面组装至第二绝缘体的下表面且彼此相固定;所述导电胶分别注入上述注胶槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘体的注胶槽为向外扩张的圆弧状槽,所述第二绝缘体的注胶槽为矩形状。
6.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接地件还包括纵长设置的一对长条部及若干两端分别连接至所述长条部的横梁部,每两个横梁部之间形成有框口部,所述第一、第二弹片分别自所述框口部向下、向上凸伸。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹片的数量多于所述第二弹片,所述第二弹片均位于所述长条部中部的同一侧,所述第一弹片小部分位于所述第二弹片的同一侧,而大部分位于所述第二弹片的相反侧。
8.一种电连接器的制造方法,包括:
第一步骤,提供绝缘本体及导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有注胶槽,所述导电端子包括信号端子及接地端子;
第二步骤,提供接地件,所述接地件凸伸有若干接脚,所述若干接脚穿过对应的注胶槽而抵压在对应的接地端子;
第三步骤,提供导电胶,将所述导电胶注入至所述注胶槽内以将所述接地件及所述接地端子粘结。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器的制造方法,其特征在于:第一步骤中,所述绝缘本体包括绝缘架、第一绝缘体与第二绝缘体,所述导电端子包括第一排端子与第二排端子,所述第一排端子固定在第一绝缘体的下表面,所述接地件安装在第一绝缘体的上表面,所述第一绝缘体设有贯穿第一绝缘体上表面的上述注述胶槽;所第二排端子固定在第二绝缘体的上表面,所述第二绝缘本体设有贯穿其下表面的上述注胶槽。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器的制造方法,其特征在于:在第三步骤中,将所述导电胶先注入至所述第一绝缘体的注胶槽后将再将其放入烤箱凝固,后将所述导电胶注入至所第二绝缘体的注胶槽,并在所述导电胶还未凝固之前迅速将其组装至所述第一绝缘体,以此,使得所述第二绝缘体的下表面组装至所述第一绝缘体的上表面且彼此相固定,最后将其一并放入烤箱再进行凝固。
