其中公头屏蔽壳22一端封闭,另一端设有另一开口。
其中公头端子24一端242抵住公头屏蔽壳22封闭一端,另一端的端子243从公头屏蔽壳22的另一端的另一开口处延伸出。
如附图1和10所示,一种新型PSAS连接器结构,具体实施方式:其中公头信号及电源端子23插设在公头塑胶件21内;呈单排针脚结构;所述公头端子24插设在公头屏蔽壳22内;其中公头屏蔽壳22插设在公头塑胶件21内;所述公头塑胶件21两侧分别设有卡口211;其中固定片25插入卡口211内;其中母头信号及电源端子15插设在母头塑胶件11内,呈单排针脚结构;所述母头信号端子部件13插设进母头屏蔽壳12内;其中母头屏蔽壳12插设进母头塑胶件11内;所述母头塑胶件11两侧分别设有卡槽111;其中固定针14插入卡槽111;其中公头屏蔽壳22互相接触,形成整体屏蔽;其中公头屏蔽壳22上设有焊脚,两个公头屏蔽壳22为一组焊接在焊盘上,所述公头屏蔽壳22为公头地端子,用于与PCB板的地相连。
其中母头屏蔽壳12互相接触,形成整体屏蔽;其中母头屏蔽壳12上设有焊脚123,两个母头屏蔽壳12为一组焊接在焊盘上,所述母头屏蔽壳12为母头地端子,用于与PCB板的地相连。
其中母头屏蔽壳12的弹片122配插时与公头端子24接触。其中公头屏蔽壳22的开口两侧设有向外翻开的弹板222,其中公头屏蔽壳22的两侧配插时弹板222与母头信号端子部件13接触。大幅度改善信号端子的串扰性能。从而满足新一代PSAS连接器满足新一代高速要求。
由技术常识可知,本技术方案可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本实用新型范围内或在等同于本实用新型的范围内的改变均被本实用新型包含。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型PSAS连接器结构,包括母头部件和公头部件;所述母头部件和公头部件互相配插;
其中母头部件包括母头塑胶件、母头屏蔽壳、母头信号端子部件、固定针和母头信号及电源端子;其中信号及电源端子插设在母头塑胶件内,呈单排针脚结构;所述母头信号端子部件插设进母头屏蔽壳内;其中母头屏蔽壳插设进母头塑胶件内;所述母头塑胶件两侧分别设有卡槽;其中固定针插入卡槽;
其中公头部件包括公头塑胶件、公头屏蔽壳、公头信号及电源端子、公头端子和固定片;其中公头信号及电源端子插设在公头塑胶件内;呈单排针脚结构;所述公头端子插设在公头屏蔽壳内;其中公头屏蔽壳插设在公头塑胶件内;所述公头塑胶件两侧分别设有卡口;其中固定片插入卡口内;
其特征在于:其中母头信号端子部件中间部分设有盒体,一端为弓起端子,另一端露出盒体一点向下弯曲端子;其中母头屏蔽壳为全包式结构;一个盒体对应一个母头屏蔽壳;所述母头屏蔽壳上设有开口;其中母头信号端子部件的弓起端子外露在开口处;其中母头屏蔽壳两侧设有凸起弹片;
其中公头端子呈L形状且两个一组用塑胶固定;并插入固定在公头屏蔽壳内;其中公头屏蔽壳呈L形状且全包式结构,其中公头屏蔽壳上设有开口,用于公头端子一端外露。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的PSAS连接器结构,其特征在于:其中公头屏蔽壳互相接触,形成整体屏蔽;其中公头屏蔽壳上设有焊脚,两个公头屏蔽壳为一组焊接在焊盘上,所述公头屏蔽壳为公头地端子,用于与PCB板的地相连。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的PSAS连接器结构,其特征在于:其中母头屏蔽壳互相接触,形成整体屏蔽;其中母头屏蔽壳上设有焊脚,两个母头屏蔽壳为一组焊接在焊盘上,所述母头屏蔽壳为母头地端子,用于与PCB板的地相连。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的PSAS连接器结构,其特征在于:其中母头屏蔽壳的弹片配插时与公头端子接触。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的PSAS连接器结构,其特征在于:其中公头屏蔽壳一端封闭,另一端设有另一开口。
6.根据权利要求1或权利要求5中所述的PSAS连接器结构,其特征在于:其中公头端子一端抵住公头屏蔽壳封闭一端,另一端的端子从公头屏蔽壳的另一端的另一开口处延伸出。
7.根据权利要求1中所述的PSAS连接器结构,其特征在于:其中公头屏蔽壳的开口两侧设有向外翻开的弹板,其中公头屏蔽壳的两侧配插时弹板与母头信号端子部件接触。
