一種汽車捲簾門製造方法,通過先將單個膠膜件吸塑成所需形狀,再向吸塑後的膠膜件注塑膠料,使得膠料與膠膜件一體成型以形成捲簾條,然後將所需數量的單條捲簾條整體而有序地平鋪貼裝在柔性基材上以形成汽車捲簾門;每個捲簾條相互獨立,互不干擾、影響,提高了汽車捲簾門的柔韌性。

Description

汽車捲簾門製造方法
本發明是有關於一種汽車捲簾門生產技術領域,且特別是有關於一種汽車捲簾門製造方法。
傳統的汽車捲簾門均由硬膠和軟膠注塑而成,具體的製造方法為:先將硬膠注塑成型,然後將硬膠埋入注塑模具內,注塑機合模並將軟膠注入注塑模具內,軟膠和硬膠注塑成一體,最後注塑機開模並取出注塑成型產品。由於軟膠(TPE,一種熱塑性彈性體材料)的表面比較平滑,難以在軟膠表面進行咬花、增加圖案和製造紋路,同時軟膠的表面達不到高光效果,而且軟膠容易從硬膠脫落下來。為了解決上述問題,現有技術中也有將長條狀的整片膠膜片放置在注塑模具內,注塑機將膠料注塑至膠膜片上,膠膜片與膠料一體成型以形成汽車捲簾門。但該方式所製造的汽車捲簾門的柔韌性較差,長條狀的整片式的膠膜片容易開裂,導致汽車捲簾門的使用壽命短,且所需注塑模具的體積大,注塑模具的精度要求高,模具製造困難,製造成本高。因此,缺 陷十分明顯,亟需提供一種解決方案。
為了解決上述技術問題,本發明的目的在於提供一種汽車捲簾門製造方法,汽車捲簾門上的每個捲簾條相互獨立,互不干擾、影響,提高了汽車捲簾門的柔韌性,相較于現有技術中汽車捲簾門上的長條狀整片式膠膜片,本發明的每個膠膜件相互獨立,不會出現整片式膠膜片所存在容易斷裂的缺陷,使得汽車捲簾門的使用壽命長,且生產單個膠膜件比生產整片式膠膜片的成本低,效率高,便於在不同膠膜件上設計不同的色彩、紋路和圖案等;當其中一個捲簾條損壞後,只需針對性地更換損壞後的捲簾條即可,不需將整個汽車捲簾門進行更換,維護方便、快捷,避免造成資源的浪費,降低了維護成本。
為了實現上述目的,本發明採用如下技術方案:
一種汽車捲簾門製造方法,其包括如下步驟:步驟(一):通過第一注塑模具注塑成型出單個膠膜件,或者先通過第一注塑模具注塑成型出一片膠膜片,再通過裁切機構對該膠膜片按照所需規格進行裁切,以形成單個膠膜件;步驟(二):加熱膠膜件,使得膠膜件軟化;步驟(三):通過吸塑成型方法將軟化的膠膜件進行吸塑定型處理,使得膠膜件成型出所需形狀,所述膠膜件的底面凹設有凹槽; 步驟(四):將吸塑定型後的膠膜件放置在第二注塑模具內,注塑機驅動第二注塑模具合模並將熔融的膠料注入第二注塑模具內,使得熔融的膠料與膠膜件在第二注塑模具內一體成型,從而使得膠膜件的底面連接有膠件,膠件突伸至膠膜件的凹槽內,以形成捲簾條;步驟(五):注塑機驅動第二注塑模具開模後,將捲簾條取出;步驟(六):提供柔性基材,將所需數量的捲簾條整齊而有序地平鋪貼裝在柔性基材上,膠件遠離膠膜件的一側與柔性基材貼合,以形成汽車捲簾門。
進一步地,所述膠膜件由上往下包括硬化的保護膜層、圖案層和基層。
進一步地,在步驟(四)中,將所需數量的膠膜件整齊而有序地放置在第二注塑模具內,第二注塑模具合模後,注塑機將熔融的膠料注塑至第二注塑模具內的所有膠膜件上,以一次性製造出多條捲簾條。
進一步地,所述柔性基材為無紡布。
進一步地,在步驟(六)中,所需數量的捲簾條經由貼合膠貼裝在柔性基材上,以形成汽車捲簾門。
進一步地,在步驟(六)中,還包括如下步驟:提供壓合裝置,將汽車捲簾門放置在壓合裝置內,壓合裝置對汽車捲簾門進行壓合。
進一步地,在步驟(一)中,所述裁切機構包括活動設置於第一注塑模具的裁切刀及用於驅動裁切刀移動的裁切驅動器,所述裁切驅動器用於驅動裁切刀相對第一注塑模具移動,移動的裁切刀對第一注塑模具所注塑成型的膠膜片進行裁切,以形成單個膠膜件。
進一步地,在汽車捲簾門中,相鄰兩個捲簾條之間的間隙為0.2毫米(mm)-0.4mm。
進一步地,在步驟(四)中,膠件與膠膜注塑成型後,向第二注塑模具的冷卻通道內通入冷卻液,第二注塑模具內的捲簾條冷卻至75℃-85℃後,停止向冷卻通道內通入冷卻液,捲簾條在第二注塑模具內自然冷卻5秒(S)-8S後再進入步驟(五)。
本發明的有益效果:本發明通過先將單個膠膜件吸塑成所需形狀,再向吸塑後的膠膜件注塑膠料,使得膠料與膠膜件一體成型以形成單條捲簾條,然後將所需數量的單條捲簾條整體而有序地平鋪貼裝在柔性基材上以形成汽車捲簾門,汽車捲簾門上的每個捲簾條相互獨立,互不干擾、影響,提高了汽車捲簾門的柔韌性,相較于現有技術中汽車捲簾門上的長條狀整片式膠膜片,本發明的每個膠膜件相互獨立,不會出現整片式膠膜片所存在容易斷裂的缺陷,使得汽車捲簾門的使用壽命長,且生產單個膠膜件比生產整片式膠膜片的成本低,效率高,所需注塑模具的精度要求相對較低,降低了製造注塑模具的難度,降低了製造注塑模具的成本,便於在不同膠膜件上設計不同的色彩、紋路和圖 案等;當其中一個捲簾條損壞後,只需針對性地更換損壞後的捲簾條即可,不需將整個汽車捲簾門進行更換,維護方便、快捷,避免造成資源的浪費,降低了維護成本。

為了便於本領域技術人員的理解,下面結合實施例與附圖對本發明作進一步的說明,實施方式提及的內容並非對本發明的限定。
如圖1所示,本發明提供的一種汽車捲簾門製造方法,其包括如下步驟:步驟(一):通過第一注塑模具注塑成型出單個膠膜件1,或者先通過第一注塑模具注塑成型出一片膠膜片,再通過裁切機構對該膠膜片按照所需規格進行裁切,以形成單個膠膜件1;步驟(二):加熱單個或多個膠膜件1,使得膠膜件1軟化;步驟(三):通過吸塑成型方法將軟化的膠膜件1進行吸塑定型處理,使得膠膜件1成型出所需形狀,吸塑成型後的膠膜件1呈開口朝下的凵字型,相鄰的膠膜件的凵字型的豎直部相互 接觸,所述膠膜件1的底面凹設有凹槽;步驟(四):將吸塑定型後的膠膜件1放置在第二注塑模具內,注塑機驅動第二注塑模具合模並將熔融的膠料注入第二注塑模具內,使得熔融的膠料與膠膜件1在第二注塑模具內一體成型,從而使得膠膜件1的底面連接有膠件2,膠件2突伸至膠膜件1的凹槽內,以製造出單條捲簾條;步驟(五):注塑機驅動第二注塑模具開模(打開)後,將每條捲簾條取出;步驟(六):提供柔性基材3,將所需數量的捲簾條整齊而有序地平鋪貼裝在柔性基材3上,膠件2遠離膠膜件1的一側與柔性基材3貼合,以形成汽車捲簾門。

本實施例中,所述膠膜件1由上往下包括硬化的保護膜層、圖案層和基層;硬化的保護膜層採用PMMA材料製造而成,基層採用ABS或PC等材料製造而成。圖案層可以進行咬花、增加圖案和製造紋路等處理,膠膜件1的表面可以顯示出不同的圖案和色彩,增加膠膜件1的多元化。硬化的保護膜層能防止圖案層被刮花,同時硬化的保護膜層採用PMMA材料製造而成,具有較好的透明性、化學穩定性,力學性能和耐候性,易染色,易加工,外觀優美等優點,硬化的保護膜層使得膠膜件1的表面達到高光效果。當基層採用ABS材料製造而成時,ABS材料具有易於成型加工、收縮率低和尺寸穩定性強等特點,膠膜件1和膠件2注塑成一體後,膠件2與基層粘附牢固,使得膠膜件1不容易從膠件2上脫落下來。
本實施例中,在步驟(四)中,將所需數量的膠膜件1整齊而有序地放置在第二注塑模具內,第二注塑模具合模後,注塑機將熔融的膠料注塑至第二注塑模具內的所有膠膜件1上,以一次性製造出多條捲簾條,提高了製造捲簾條的效率。
本實施例中,所述柔性基材3為無紡布,提高了汽車捲簾門的柔韌性,延長了汽車捲簾門的使用壽命。
本實施例中,在步驟(六)中,所需數量的捲簾條經由 貼合膠貼裝在柔性基材3上,以形成汽車捲簾門,使得捲簾條能夠穩固地與柔性基材3連接,保證了汽車捲簾門的質量。
本實施例中,在步驟(六)中,還包括如下步驟:提供壓合裝置,將汽車捲簾門放置在壓合裝置內,壓合裝置對汽車捲簾門進行壓合,進一步提高了捲簾條與柔性基材3連接的穩固性。
本實施例中,在步驟(一)中,所述裁切機構包括活動設置於第一注塑模具的裁切刀及用於驅動裁切刀移動的裁切驅動器,所述裁切驅動器用於驅動裁切刀相對第一注塑模具移動,移動的裁切刀對第一注塑模具所注塑成型的膠膜片進行裁切,以形成單個膠膜件1。當第一注塑模具將膠膜片注塑成型後,裁切刀直接在第一注塑模具的模腔內對膠膜片進行裁切,無需將膠膜片移出至第一注塑模具外進行二次定位後裁切,提升膠膜片的裁切良率及裁切效率。
本實施例中,在汽車捲簾門中,相鄰兩個捲簾條之間的間隙為0.2mm-0.4mm;該間隙設計,便於汽車捲簾門呈環形轉動。
本實施例中,在步驟(四)中,膠件2與膠膜注塑成型後,向第二注塑模具的冷卻通道內通入冷卻液,第二注塑模具內的捲簾條冷卻至75℃-85℃後,停止向冷卻通道內通入冷卻液,捲簾條在第二注塑模具內自然冷卻5S-8S後再進入步驟(五);採用兩段式降溫方式,避免因膠件2降溫過快而出現翹曲變形現象,保證了捲簾條的質量。
本實施例中的所有技術特徵均可根據實際需要而進行自 由組合。
上述實施例為本發明較佳的實現方案,除此之外,本發明還可以其它方式實現,在不脫離本技術方案構思的前提下任何顯而易見的替換均在本發明的保護範圍之內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種汽車捲簾門製造方法,包括:步驟(一):通過第一注塑模具注塑成型出單個膠膜件,或者先通過該第一注塑模具注塑成型出一片膠膜片,再通過裁切機構對該膠膜片按照所需規格進行裁切,以形成該單個膠膜件;步驟(二):加熱該膠膜件,使得該膠膜件軟化;步驟(三):通過吸塑成型方法將軟化的該膠膜件進行吸塑定型處理,使得該膠膜件成型出所需形狀,該膠膜件的底面凹設有凹槽,其中吸塑成型後的該膠膜件呈開口朝下的凵字型,且相鄰的該膠膜件的該凵字型的豎直部相互接觸;步驟(四):將吸塑定型後的該膠膜件放置在第二注塑模具內,注塑機驅動該第二注塑模具合模並將熔融的膠料注入該第二注塑模具內,使得熔融的該膠料與該膠膜件在該第二注塑模具內一體成型,從而使得該膠膜件的底面連接有膠件,該膠件突伸至該膠膜件的該凹槽內,以形成捲簾條;步驟(五):該注塑機驅動該第二注塑模具開模後,將該捲簾條取出;步驟(六):提供柔性基材,將所需數量的該捲簾條整齊而有序地平鋪貼裝在該柔性基材上,該膠件遠離該膠膜件的一側與該柔性基材貼合,以形成汽車捲簾門。
  2. 如請求項1所述的汽車捲簾門製造方法,其中該膠膜件由上往下包括硬化的保護膜層、圖案層和基層。
  3. 如請求項1所述的汽車捲簾門製造方法,其中在該步驟(四)中,將所需數量的該膠膜件整齊而有序地放置在該第二注塑模具內,該第二注塑模具合模後,該注塑機將熔融的該膠料注塑至該第二注塑模具內的所有該膠膜件上,以一次性製造出多條該捲簾條。
  4. 如請求項1所述的汽車捲簾門製造方法,其中該柔性基材為無紡布。
  5. 如請求項1所述的汽車捲簾門製造方法,其中在該步驟(六)中,所需數量的該捲簾條經由貼合膠貼裝在該柔性基材上,以形成該汽車捲簾門。
  6. 如請求項5所述的汽車捲簾門製造方法,其中在該步驟(六)中,還包括如下步驟:提供壓合裝置,將該汽車捲簾門放置在該壓合裝置內,該壓合裝置對該汽車捲簾門進行壓合。
  7. 如請求項1所述的汽車捲簾門製造方法,其中在該步驟(一)中,該裁切機構包括活動設置於該第一注塑模具的裁切刀及用於驅動該裁切刀移動的裁切驅動器,該裁切驅動器用於驅動該裁切刀相對該第一注塑模具移動,移動的該裁切刀對該第一注塑模具所注塑成型的該膠膜片進行裁切,以形成該單個膠膜件。
  8. 如請求項1所述的汽車捲簾門製造方法,其中在該汽車捲簾門中,相鄰兩個該捲簾條之間的間隙為0.2毫米-0.4毫米。
  9. 如請求項1所述的汽車捲簾門製造方法,其中在該步驟(四)中,該膠件與膠膜注塑成型後,向該第二注塑模具的冷 卻通道內通入冷卻液,該第二注塑模具內的該捲簾條冷卻至75℃-85℃後,停止向冷卻通道內通入冷卻液,該捲簾條在該第二注塑模具內自然冷卻5秒-8秒後再進入該步驟(五)。
