Abstract

本發明之課題係於由針齒輪所構成之小齒輪1中,使朝向對象之齒輪之嚙合與自對象之齒輪之脫離更為簡便。
小齒輪1藉由複數個銷2形成齒,並具備有以下之第1板4、第2板5。首先,第1板4將複數個銷2之一側加以連結。又,第2板5在小齒輪1之旋轉之軸向上與第1板4分開地被配置,且將複數個銷2之另一側加以連結。而且,第2板5之外周緣之中在圓周方向相鄰之2個銷2之間,形成較銷2之內周端更朝內周側凹陷之凹陷部15、16。藉此,可藉由使小齒輪1朝軸向移動而使其與齒條3嚙合、或使其自齒條3脫離。因此,可提高關於朝向對象之齒輪之嚙合作業、與自對象之齒輪之脫離作業的自由度。

Description

小齒輪及動力傳遞裝置
本發明主要關於小齒輪。
過去以來,將針齒輪使用於利用齒條與小齒輪之嚙合之移動裝置、與利用齒輪彼此之嚙合之減速機等所使用之小齒輪者為周知(例如參照專利文獻1、2)。此外,於使用於小齒輪之針齒輪中,為了提高動作之穩定性與安靜性等,進行了各種改善(例如參照專利文獻3)。
根據專利文獻3,於保持銷之端部的板,收容有如下之軸承。亦即,於板設置有收容銷之端部及軸承之圓孔。又,軸承具有排列成圓筒狀之滾針、及保持滾針之保持器。而且,於圓孔內,銷之端部嵌入滾針所形成之圓筒之內周,銷輥藉由滾針之外周面與銷輥之外周面接觸所支撐。
如上所述,根據專利文獻3之構成,可使背隙變得極小,藉此可大幅地改善穩定性與安靜性。
然而,於利用如上所述之針齒輪來作為小齒輪之領域中,要求提高關於朝向對象之齒輪之嚙合作業、與自對象之齒輪之脫離作業的自由度。

本發明之課題係於由針齒輪所構成之小齒輪中,提高關於朝向對象之齒輪之嚙合作業、與自對象之齒輪之脫離作業的自由度。
本發明之小齒輪係由複數個銷來形成齒者,其具備有以下之第1、第2板。首先,第1板將複數個銷之一側加以連結。第2板在小齒輪之旋轉之軸向上與第1板分開地被配置,且將複數個銷之另一側加以連結。又,其特徵在於第2板之外周緣之中在圓周方向上相鄰之2個銷之間,形成較銷之外周周端更朝內周側凹陷之凹陷部。
藉此,本發明之小齒輪可發揮如下之效果:潛在地提高關於朝向對象之齒輪之嚙合作業、與自對象之齒輪之脫離作業的自由度。

藉由以下之實施例,詳細地說明用以實施本發明之形態。
[實施例] (實施例1之構成)
使用圖1至圖5對實施例1之小齒輪1進行說明。
小齒輪1係所謂之針齒輪,且由複數個銷2來形成齒,例如較佳地被使用於齒條與小齒輪式之搬送裝置,而該齒條與小齒輪式係利用小齒輪1與齒條3之嚙合者。
小齒輪1具備以下之第1板4、第2板5及圓筒體6。
首先,第1板4將複數個銷2之一側加以連結。再者,銷2係圓柱體。
第1板4係在小齒輪1之旋轉之軸向上具有既定厚度之圓板。又,於第1板4之中央部,貫通有與第1板4整體同軸之圓筒形之孔8。此外,於孔8之周圍,等角度間隔地設置有供銷2之一側之端部被壓入之壓入孔9,且銷2藉由將銷2之一側之端部壓入壓入孔9,而被固定於第1板4。
又,於壓入孔9之內周側,貫通有被利用於將小齒輪1安裝至其他零件時之安裝孔10。安裝孔10在圓周方向上相鄰之2個壓入孔9之間每隔一個地被設置。因此,例如於銷2被安裝10根之情形時,安裝孔10係設置5個。
再者,於銷2之軸向之另一端,設置有螺絲之軸部11,被利用於第2板5與銷2之緊固。
其次,第2板5在小齒輪1之旋轉之軸向上與第1板4分開地被配置,且將複數個銷2之另一側加以連結。
第2板5其軸向之厚度較第1板4薄,例如為第1板4之厚度之1/2以下。又,第2板5藉由軸部11與螺帽12之螺合,而與圓筒體6一起沿 著軸向被夾入螺帽12與第1板4之間。再者,於第2板5與螺帽12之間,介插有墊圈13。
又,第2板5之外周緣之中在圓周方向上相鄰之2個銷2之間,形成較銷2之內周端更朝內周側凹陷之凹陷部15、16。此處,凹陷部16較凹陷部15更朝內周側凹陷,凹陷部15與凹陷部16沿著圓周方向交替地被設置。又,凹陷部16以於圓周方向上位於與安裝孔10相同之方位之方式被組裝。再者,凹陷部15、16之內周側呈半圓弧形狀地朝內周側凹陷,第2板5之外周緣之中之凹陷部15、16以外的部分,呈半圓弧形狀地朝外周側突出。
其次,圓筒體6覆蓋銷2之中第1板4與第2板5之間的部分之外周側。此處,圓筒體6與第2板5一起地,如上所述般藉由軸部11與螺帽12之螺合而沿著軸向被夾入螺帽12與第1板4之間,軸部11與螺帽12係螺合為圓筒體6可旋轉自如之程度。
(實施例1之效果)
實施例1之小齒輪1係藉由複數個銷2來形成齒者,其具備有以下之第1板4、第2板5。首先,第1板4將複數個銷2之一側加以連結。又,第2板5在軸向上與第1板4分開地被配置,且將複數個銷2之另一側加以連結。而且,第2板5之外周緣之中在圓周方向上相鄰之2個銷2之間,形成較銷2之內周端更朝內周側凹陷之凹陷部15、16。
藉此,可藉由使小齒輪1朝軸向移動而使其與齒條3嚙合、或自齒條3脫離。因此,可提高關於朝向對象之齒輪之嚙合作業、或自對象之齒輪之脫離作業的自由度。
又,根據實施例1之小齒輪1,凹陷部16較凹陷部15更朝 內周側凹陷,凹陷部15與凹陷部16沿著圓周方向交替地被設置。又,凹陷部16以於圓周方向上位於與安裝孔10相同之方位之方式被組裝。
藉此,可容易地將小齒輪1安裝至其他機器。
此外,實施例1之小齒輪1具備有以下之圓筒體6。亦即,圓筒體6覆蓋銷2之中第1板4與第2板5之間的部分之外周側。
藉此,藉由經由圓筒體6而使銷2與齒條3之齒嚙合,即可不使用如專利文獻3之軸承,便實現與專利文獻3相當之背隙而保證穩定性與安靜性。因此,於利用針齒輪之小齒輪1中,可不損害穩定性及安靜性地實現降低成本。
又,上述三個效果亦可藉由省略第2板5來構成小齒輪1而實現。但是,於省略第2板5卻未利用第2板5將銷2之另一側加以連結之情形時,會導致小齒輪1之剛性降低。因此,藉由不省略第2板5而利用第2板5將銷2之另一側加以連結來提高小齒輪1之剛性,可提高小齒輪1之耐久性。
再者,凹陷部15、16可藉由雷射加工或衝床之衝壓來設置。
(實施例2)
如圖6所示,實施例2之小齒輪1與冠狀齒輪18被嚙合而構成動力傳遞裝置。
於使小齒輪1與冠狀齒輪18嚙合之構造中,可更顯著地得到具有凹陷部15、16所帶來之效果,即、可得到藉由使小齒輪1朝向軸向移動而使其與對象之齒輪嚙合、或自對象之齒輪脫離之效果。
(變形例)
本案發明可於不脫離其主旨之範圍內來思考各種變形例。
例如,雖然實施例1、2之小齒輪1具備有圓筒體6,圓筒體6覆蓋銷2之中第1板4與第2板5之間的部分之外周側,但亦可省略圓筒體6而使銷2與齒條3之齒直接嚙合。
又,雖然實施例1之小齒輪1與齒條3嚙合,實施例2之小齒輪1與冠狀齒輪18嚙合,但亦可使其與齒條3或冠狀齒輪18以外之齒輪嚙合。
此外,根據實施例1、2之小齒輪1,雖然凹陷部15、16較銷2之內周端更朝內周側凹陷,但只要可發揮藉由使小齒輪1朝向軸向移動而與對象之齒輪嚙合或自對象之齒輪脫離之效果,則並不限定於如此之態樣。亦即,只要可發揮可藉由使小齒輪1朝向軸向移動而與對象之齒輪嚙合或自對象之齒輪脫離之效果,則亦可根據齒條3或冠狀齒輪18之齒長來變更凹陷部15、16之凹陷量。例如,亦可將凹陷部15之凹陷量設定在銷2之外周端與銷2之內周端之間。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種小齒輪,係由複數個銷(2)來形成齒之小齒輪(1);其具備有:
    第1板(4),其將上述複數個銷之一側加以連結;及
    第2板(5),其在上述小齒輪之旋轉之軸向上與該第1板分開地被配置,且將上述複數個銷之另一側加以連結;
    上述第2板之外周緣之中在圓周方向上相鄰的2個銷之間,形成較上述銷之外周周端更朝內周側凹陷之凹陷部(15、16)。
  2. 如請求項1之小齒輪,其中,
    複數個上述凹陷部之中之一部分上述凹陷部(16),較其他上述凹陷部(15)更朝內周側凹陷。
  3. 如請求項1或2之小齒輪,其中,
    其具備有覆蓋上述銷之中之上述第1板與上述第2板之間的部分之外側的圓筒體(6)。
  4. 一種動力傳遞裝置,其使請求項1至3中任一項所記載之小齒輪與冠狀齒輪嚙合。
