Abstract
本發明提供一種包裝用膜,即使將物體置於膜中心將其包住,並將物體上方扭曲放置一定時間後,亦可保持扭曲狀態,藉此可抑制臭氣之擴散。本發明之膜係樹脂膜所構成之包裝用膜,其扭曲保持角度為400度以上。
Description
本發明係關於可抑制臭氣擴散之包裝用膜及包裝袋。
以聚乙烯膜包覆物體時,膜本身的保香性(臭氣抑制效果)不充分,膜包覆的物體為強臭性時,臭味會穿過聚乙烯膜而漏出。另一方面,聚酯膜具有保香性且臭氣不易穿過膜。例如已知如專利文獻1之聚酯膜,係進行扭曲包裝且即使放置一定時間後也具有一定程度之扭曲性的膜。
但是,專利文獻1之聚酯膜中,於膜中心放置物體,將其包覆並將物體上方扭曲放置一定時間時,因扭曲性不充分故扭曲部會稍有開口,膜包覆的物體為強臭性時,臭味會漏出。又,以膜包覆的對象物較大時,係亦可考慮使用製袋化的膜,但因專利文獻1的聚酯膜熔點高,故無法直接藉由熱封而接著聚酯膜彼此,係需在內側設置密封層等。

本發明的課題係提供一種包裝用膜,係即使在膜中心放置物體且將其包覆並將物體上扭曲而放置一定時間後,也可保持扭曲狀態(以下稱為具有扭曲保持性),係保香性(臭氣抑制效果)優異且抑制高溫環境下之熱收縮。
本發明之包裝用膜係樹脂膜所構成之包裝用膜,以說明書中定義之方法測定之扭曲保持角度為400度以上。
前述樹脂膜較佳為在95℃熱水中熱收縮10秒時長方向及寬方向之熱收縮率為5%以上20%以下。
前述樹脂膜較佳為聚酯膜。
又,前述樹脂膜較佳為以對苯二甲酸乙二酯為主要構成單元,源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元與源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元的合計為聚酯全構成單元100莫耳%中的10莫耳%以上,且由聚酯系樹脂所構成,前述聚酯系樹脂係含有新戊二醇及/或1,4-環己烷二甲醇作為可形成非晶質成分之單體。
前述樹脂膜較佳為在20℃環境下保存1天後之折疊保持角度為75度以下,較佳為全光線透過率為40%以下。
又,本發明包含一種包裝袋,係將前述包裝用膜藉由熱封而製袋所成。
又,本發明包含一種包裝袋,係以包裝強臭性物體為目的。
本發明之包裝用膜依照後述扭曲保持性評估方法所得之扭曲保持角度為400度以上,係具有充分扭曲保持性。又,本發明之包裝用膜的膜本身之保香性優異。因此,即使以本發明之膜包裝強臭性物體時也不會漏出臭味,作為包裝用膜係有用的。又,本發明之包裝用膜具有熱封性,故以膜包覆之對象物較大時,可將膜藉由熱封使膜本身製袋化並使用。

本發明之包裝用膜(以下僅稱為膜)係由樹脂膜所構
成。形成樹脂膜之樹脂組成物所使用之樹脂,較佳為包含聚酯樹脂、聚丙烯樹脂、聚乙烯樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂中之至少一種,以抑制臭味從膜漏出之觀點而言更佳為包含聚酯樹脂,前述樹脂組成物又更佳為聚酯樹脂所構成(膜為聚酯膜)。
前述聚酯樹脂較佳為以對苯二甲酸乙二酯單元為主要構成成分。「主要」是指以聚酯全構成單元為100莫耳%而含有對苯二甲酸乙二酯單元超過50莫耳%。對苯二甲酸乙二酯單元更佳為55莫耳%以上,又更佳為60莫耳%以上。
聚酯樹脂較佳為含有源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及/或源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元。
乙二醇以外之多元醇可舉出丙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、新戊二醇、2-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、2,2-二乙基-1,3-丙二醇、1,9-壬二醇、1,10-癸二醇等脂肪族二醇;1,4-環己烷二甲醇、1,4-環己烷二乙醇等脂環式二醇;三羥甲基丙烷、新戊四醇等脂肪族多元醇等。
又,對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸可舉例如間苯二甲酸、萘-1,4-或-2,6-二羧酸、5-鈉磺基間苯二甲酸、4,4’-
二苯基二羧酸、二苯基磺基二羧酸等芳香族二羧酸;戊二酸、己二酸、癸二酸、壬二酸、草酸、琥珀酸等、或一般稱為二聚物酸之脂肪族二羧酸;苯偏三酸、焦蜜石酸及該等之酸酐等芳香族多元羧酸等。
源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元的合計量在前述全構成單元100莫耳%中較佳為10莫耳%以上,更佳為13莫耳%以上。源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及/或源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元係可形成非晶質成分。本發明中,以提高扭曲保持性之觀點而言,較佳為聚酯之構成單元中含有非晶單元。因此,多元醇較佳為使用二乙二醇、新戊二醇、1,4-環己烷二甲醇,更佳為使用新戊二醇及/或1,4-環己烷二甲醇。又,本發明中,為了使聚酯之構成單元中含有非晶單元,多元羧酸較佳為使用間苯二甲酸。
又,源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元的合計量在前述全構成單元100莫耳%中較佳為30莫耳%以下,更佳為27莫耳%以下。源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元的合計量若超過30莫耳%,則有所得膜之耐衝撃性不充分、膜之耐破裂性降低之虞。
形成本發明之膜之樹脂中可視需要添加各種添加
劑,例如蠟類、抗氧化劑、抗靜電劑、結晶成核劑、減黏劑、熱安定劑、著色用顏料、著色防止劑、紫外線吸收劑等。又,較佳為添加使膜作業性(滑動性)良好之可作為潤滑劑之微粒子。微粒子可任意選擇,但可舉例如無機系微粒子之二氧化矽、氧化鋁、二氧化鈦、碳酸鈣、高嶺土、硫酸鋇等;有機系微粒子之丙烯酸系樹脂粒子、三聚氰胺樹脂粒子、聚矽氧樹脂粒子、交聯聚苯乙烯粒子等。微粒子之平均粒徑可視需要於0.05~3.0μm之範圍內(以庫侖特計數器(Coulter counter)測定時)選擇。於形成聚酯膜之樹脂中前摻配前述微粒子之方法可採用與前述相同之方法。
在形成本發明之膜之樹脂中摻配前述微粒子之方法,例如可在製造聚酯系樹脂之任意階段添加,但較佳為在酯化階段、或酯交換反應結束後聚縮合反應開始前之階段添加分散於乙二醇等之漿液,再進行聚縮合反應。又,較佳為藉由以下方法進行:使用附有氣孔的混練擠出機混合分散於乙二醇或水等之粒子漿液與聚酯系樹脂原料之方法、或是使用混練擠出機混合乾燥粒子與聚酯系樹脂原料之方法等。
本發明之膜之扭曲保持角度為400度以上,較佳為410度以上,更佳為420度以上。若扭曲保持角度未滿400度,則以膜包裝強臭性物體時,有臭味從扭曲部漏出之
虞。扭曲保持角度係指將膜切出30cm×30cm正方形,於中心放置直徑6.6cm之網球並將其包覆,將網球扭曲1.5次(540度)(進行扭曲包裝)後,在23℃、50%RH之環境下放置1小時後所測定之扭曲角度。
本發明之膜在20℃環境下保存1天後之折疊保持角度(以下稱為折疊保持角度)較佳為20度以上75度以下,更佳為55度以下,又更佳為50度以下,又再更佳為45度以下,特佳為40度以下,最佳為35度以下。若為75度以下,則即使折疊膜時也可保持折疊狀態(以下稱為曲折維持性),故可抑制因折曲膜而使臭味從折口漏出。又,藉由將膜扭曲且折曲可確實抑制臭味漏出。折疊保持角度之測定方法係如後述。
本發明之膜之厚度較佳為10μm以上50μm以下。膜的厚度越薄則扭曲保持角度越大,但若較10μm薄則有難以加工之虞,使膜的保香性降低而膜所包覆物體之臭氣容易漏出。膜的厚度若較50μm厚,則有膜之扭曲保持角度降低、熱封性降低之虞。膜有厚度越薄則扭曲保持角度越小之傾向,故更佳為45μm以下,又更佳為40μm以下。又,膜的厚度更佳為11μm以上,又更佳為12μm以上,最佳為15μm以上。
本發明之膜可為熱收縮率大的膜或熱收縮率小的
膜,可因應用適當分別使用,但在95℃熱水中以無荷重狀態經過10秒處理時,以收縮前後之長度由下式算出之膜長方向(主收縮方向)之熱收縮率較佳為5%以上20%以下,更佳為8%以上16%以下,又更佳為10%以上14%以下。又,膜寬方向之熱收縮率為較佳為5%以上20%以下,更佳為8%以上16%以下,又更佳為10%以上14%以下。若膜之長方向(縱方向)及寬方向(橫方向)之熱收縮率為前述範圍內,則即使將膜置於高溫環境下膜也幾乎不會收縮,故膜可進行膜印刷之類之高溫作業。熱收縮率之具體測定方法係如後述。
熱收縮率={(收縮前之長度-收縮後之長度)/收縮前之長度}×100(%)
本發明之膜為透明型膜時,全光線透過率較佳為90%以上。若全光線透過率小於90%則透明性降低,故在要求透明性之用途使用上受限制。
全光線透過率係用以下測定方法測定。使用霧度計(日本電色公司製「NDH2000」)依照JISK7136之方法測定所得延伸膜相異3處之全光線透過率,以該等之平均值作為延伸膜之全光線透過率。
另一方面,在廢棄使用過的尿布或髒污物等用途中,係要求半透明、不透明的膜,例如可為白色或珍珠色般外觀、毛玻璃般外觀之膜。如此膜之情形全光線透過率較佳為40%以下,更佳為30%以下。為了提升膜之隱蔽性,較佳為在膜內部含有微細空洞。例如可將發泡材等混合並擠出,較佳方法可舉出在聚酯中混合與聚酯為非相溶之熱塑性樹脂,並至少在1軸方向延伸,藉此獲得空洞。與本發明所使用聚酯為非相溶之熱塑性樹脂係任意,只要是與聚酯為非相溶性者則無特別限制。具體而言可舉出聚苯乙烯系樹脂、聚烯烴系樹脂、聚丙烯酸系樹脂、聚碳酸酯系樹脂、聚碸系樹脂、纖維素系樹脂等。由空洞形成性來看特佳為聚苯乙烯系樹脂或聚甲基戊烯系樹脂、聚丙烯系樹脂等之聚烯烴系樹脂。
聚苯乙烯系樹脂是指含有聚苯乙烯構造作為基本構成要素之熱塑性樹脂,除了無規聚苯乙烯、對排聚苯乙烯、同排聚苯乙烯等之同元聚合物以外,也包括將其他成分接枝或嵌段共聚之改質樹脂,例如耐衝撃性聚苯乙烯樹脂、改質聚苯醚樹脂等,更包括與和該等聚苯乙烯系樹脂具有相溶性之熱塑性樹脂,例如聚苯醚之混合物。
聚甲基戊烯系樹脂係具有80莫耳%以上,較佳為90莫耳%以上之由4-甲基戊烯-1所衍生之單元之聚合物,其他成分可舉例如由乙烯、丙烯、丁烯-1,3-甲基丁烯-1等所衍生之單元。前述聚甲基戊烯之熔流速率較佳為200g/10分以下,更佳為30g/10分以下。此原因為熔流速
率超過200g/10分時係難以獲得膜之低比重化效果。
與聚酯為非相溶性之熱塑性樹脂,係在聚酯中以球狀或橢圓球狀、或絲狀等各種形狀分散之形態而存在。該聚酯及與該聚酯為非相溶之熱塑性樹脂之混合物中,可如前述般視需要添加各種添加劑等。又,較佳為添加使膜作業性(滑動性)良好之可作為潤滑劑之微粒子、降低全光線透過率(增加霧度)之可作為隱蔽助劑之微粒子。微粒子可選擇任意者,但可舉例如前述無機系微粒子、前述有機系微粒子等。微粒子之平均粒徑可視需要選自0.05~3.0μm之範圍內(以庫侖特計數器測定時)。在形成聚酯膜之樹脂中摻配前述微粒子之方法,可採用與前述相同之方法。
本發明之膜為透明型膜時,密度較佳為1.29g/cm3以上1.33g/cm3以下。若密度超過1.33g/cm3,則有成為曲折維持性、厚度不一致性之較差的膜之虞。
另一方面,本發明之膜在內部具有空洞,為半透明、不透明膜時,密度較佳為0.95g/cm3以上1.25g/cm3以下。若密度超過1.25g/cm3,擇有成為曲折維持性、厚度不一致性較差的膜之虞。密度小於0.95g/cm3則空洞數增加,有膜強度降低之虞,故不佳。
用以下測定方法測定密度。使用於管中加入具有連續
密度梯度之液體(硝酸鈣水溶液)之密度梯度管,將試料加入該液體中24小時後,從液體中靜止之平衡位置讀取該試料之密度,藉此而測定。
本發明之膜,可將前述聚酯原料以擠出機熔融擠出而形成未延伸膜,將該未延伸膜用以下所示規定方法單軸延伸或雙軸延伸,藉此而獲得。又,聚酯可藉由將前述適宜之二羧酸成分與多元醇成分用公知方法聚縮合而獲得。又,可將2種以上薄片狀聚酯混合並使用作為膜的原料。
熔融擠出原料樹脂時,較佳為使用漏斗乾燥機、槳式乾燥機等乾燥機、或真空乾燥機乾燥聚酯原料。如此般乾燥聚酯原料後,利用擠出機在200~300℃之溫度熔融並擠出為膜狀。擠出時可採用T模頭法、吹管法等既存之任意方法。
接著,將擠出後之片狀熔融樹脂急冷藉此獲得未延伸膜。又,急冷熔融樹脂之方法可適當採用以下方法:將熔融樹脂從模口澆鑄於旋轉鼓上而急冷固化,藉此獲得實質未配向之樹脂片。較佳製造方法如下。
要達成本發明目的,膜之主收縮方向為膜縱(長)方向、橫(寬)方向之任一者皆可,也可為縱橫平均收縮型。以下說明最初實施橫延伸,接著實施縱延伸之橫延伸-縱
延伸法,但即使為順序相反之縱延伸-橫延伸,係僅主收縮方向改變故無妨。
首先進行橫方向之延伸。橫方向之延伸較佳為在拉幅機(第1拉幅機)內將膜寬方向之兩端以夾子夾持,在此狀態下以65℃~85℃進行3.5~5倍左右之橫方向延伸。在進行橫方向之延伸前較佳為進行預加熱,預加熱可進行至膜表面溫度成為70℃~100℃。
橫延伸後較佳為通過中間區域,前述中間區域係不對膜實施積極加熱操作。第1拉幅機之橫延伸區域與中間熱處理區域有溫度差時,中間熱處理區域之熱(熱風本身或輻射熱)會流入橫延伸步驟,使得橫延伸區域之溫度不安定,故使膜品質不安定,因此,較佳為在橫延伸後將中間熱處理前之膜以特定時間通過中間區域後,再實施中間熱處理。該中間區域中,在膜未通過狀態下垂有短籤狀紙片時,以該紙片幾乎完全垂於鉛直方向之方式而阻斷伴隨膜輸送之伴隨流、以及由橫延伸區域或中間熱處理區域之熱風,藉此可獲得品質安定之膜。中間區域之通過時間為1秒~5秒左右即可。若短於1秒則中間區域之長度不足,而熱阻斷效果不足。又,中間區域較佳為較長,但若過長則設備會變大,故5秒左右即可。
通過中間區域後,可進行或不進行縱延伸前之中間熱
處理。但是,若橫延伸後之中間熱處理溫度提高,則賦予折疊性之分子配向會緩和而促進結晶化,使得折疊性稍微變差。又,厚度不一致性也會變嚴重。由此觀點而言,中間熱處理較佳為以140℃以下進行。又,中間熱處理區域之通過時間較佳為20秒以下。中間熱處理區域較佳為較長,但為20秒左右即可。藉此可獲得橫單軸延伸膜。
本發明中可不用接著進行縱延伸,但若進行縱延伸則膜之拉伸斷裂強度提升,故較佳。因此,可將橫單軸延伸膜導入連續配置有複數輥群之縱延伸機。縱延伸中,較佳為在預熱輥將膜溫度預加熱至65℃~110℃。膜溫度若低於65℃則在縱方向延伸時難以延伸(亦即,容易產生破裂),故不佳。又,膜溫度若高於110℃則膜易黏著於輥,連續生產時會加速輥之污染,故不佳。
若膜之溫度成為前述範圍則進行縱延伸。縱延伸倍率會因主收縮方向為縱方向或橫方向而異。以提升拉伸斷裂強度之觀點而言,主收縮方向為縱方向時,縱延伸倍率可為2~5倍。另一方面,以提升拉伸斷裂強度之觀點而言,主收縮方向為橫方向時,縱延伸倍率可為1.2~1.8倍。
縱延伸後較佳為暫時冷卻膜,較佳為在進行最終熱處理前以表面溫度為20~40℃之冷卻輥冷卻。藉由在縱延伸後急冷,可使膜之分子配向安定化,使製造為製品後之膜
之自然收縮率變小,故較佳。
接著將縱延伸及冷卻後之膜導入實施熱處理(弛緩處理)之第2拉幅機,而進行熱處理(弛緩處理)。弛緩處理係在以夾子夾持膜寬方向之兩端之狀態下以弛緩率0%~30%使膜鬆弛之步驟。可藉由弛緩率改變寬方向之收縮率。若弛緩率提高則縱方向之收縮率幾乎無變化,但寬方向之收縮率會降低。弛緩率之下限為0%,上限為99%,但弛緩率高則有膜製品寬度變短之缺點,故不佳。因此,弛緩率之上限以30%左右為宜。
較佳為在不極度損及曲折維持性之範圍內,在延伸後實施熱處理使膜之熱收縮率降低。具體而言,熱處理(弛緩處理)溫度較佳為65℃~150℃,更佳為65~140℃。熱處理溫度若低於65℃則失去熱處理的意義。另一方面,熱處理溫度若高於150℃則膜會結晶化,為透明型膜時,密度會易超過1.33g/cm3而過大,會有成為曲折維持性差的膜、成為厚度不一致性較嚴重的膜之虞。以抑制高溫環境下膜之熱收縮之觀點而言,熱處理(弛緩處理)溫度為較佳為以100~140℃進行,更加為以120~140℃進行。
之後一邊裁切去除膜兩端部一邊捲繞成巻,而獲得本發明所使用聚酯膜之膜輥。
(積層膜)
本發明之膜並不限於單層膜,若扭曲保持角度為400度以上,則可為積層複數樹脂膜之積層膜。積層之樹脂膜可為相同之樹脂膜或相異之樹脂膜。
(用途)
本發明之膜可使用於包裝物體,尤其可使用於使用後之尿布、人畜污物、嘔吐物、泡菜、臭魚乾等強臭性物體。在膜中央部放置強臭性物體,並以物體全體被膜包住狀態之方式將膜扭曲,僅此即可抑制臭味擴散至周圍。又,具有扭曲保持性之本發明之膜可曲折、打結,故即使是扭曲膜以外之方法,也可抑制強臭性物體之臭味擴散至周圍。
又,使用將本發明之膜以熱封製袋之包裝袋,可包裝前述強臭性之物體。又,可將複數片前述包裝袋與尿布組合而作為尿布組合。
本發明根據2014年12月2日於日本申請之專利申請第2014-243693號及2015年5月21日於日本申請之專利申請第2015-103393號主張優先權。並將日本專利申請第2014-243693號及日本專利申請第2015-103393號之說明書全內容作為參考而沿用於本發明。
(實施例)
以下舉實施例更具體說明本發明,但本發明並不限於下述實施例,可在符合前述、後述主旨之範圍內適當變更實施,該等皆包含於本發明之技術範圍。
各實施例、比較例所得膜之物性測定方法如下。
(扭曲性)
將膜切出30cm×30cm正方形並在中心放置直徑6.6cm之網球,在扭曲前將牙籤以市售透明膠帶稍微固定於扭曲部分後,包覆網球並將其以順時針方向扭曲(進行扭曲包裝)1.5次(540度)。在23℃、50%RH環境放置一小時後,以扭曲前之狀態為基準測定牙籤順時針旋轉之角度,並作為扭曲角度(扭曲保持角度)。
進行前述扭曲包裝3次並測定扭曲保持角度,算出該平均值並以下述基準評估。
○:扭曲保持角度為400度以上
×:扭曲保持角度未滿400度
(保香性評估)
使用膜並以袋內尺寸成為50mm×50mm之方式將內層面彼此熱封(三邊熱封),而製作成袋。於該袋中插入含浸下述所示試驗用各香料0.2cc之脫脂綿,並密閉包裝。接著將該袋放入100ml玻璃瓶,蓋上並密閉。將該玻璃瓶放置於25℃之常溫條件下,1小時後打開蓋並進行玻
璃瓶中之臭氣官能試驗。臭氣官能試驗係同一組成員5人進行有無感受香料香氣之以下3階段之官能評估。

香料係使用小林香料公司製之草莓香精、橘子香精、蘋果香精及香草香精之4種類的香精而分別評估保香性(臭氣抑制效果)。
(折疊保持角度(曲折維持性))
將膜放置在20℃、50%RH環境之恆溫室24小時。之後立即將膜於20℃、65%RH環境裁切為10cm×10cm之正方形,輕輕地對折再對折(5cm×5cm之正方形重疊之狀態),以測試密封機(test sealer)施加0.5kg荷重1秒。接著如圖1所示,將對折再對折之樣品1置於玻璃板2上,使樣品1之四角接觸玻璃板2、或使樣品1之四角位於靠近玻璃板2之位置(對折的頂點(對折再對折前之樣品1之中央部)位於遠離玻璃板2之位置),以上述方式將對折再對折之樣品1放置在玻璃板2上,經過1分鐘後,測定對折的膜打開之角度3(以完全對折之狀態作為0度),而測得折疊保持角度。又,測定膜縱方向、橫方向之兩方向之折疊保持角度,以角度大的方向之值作為折疊保持角度。又,折疊保持角度之測定中,不清楚膜樣品之膜縱方向與橫方向時,先假定一方向為縱方向,並假定
與前述假定縱方向直交之方向為假定橫方向。
(熱收縮率)
將膜裁切為10cm×10cm之正方形,在無荷重狀態下於95℃±0.5℃之熱水中浸漬10秒並熱收縮後,浸漬於25℃±0.5℃之水中10秒,從水中拉出並測定膜之縱及橫方向之尺寸,根據下述式(I)分別求熱收縮率。
熱收縮率={(收縮前之長度-收縮後之長度)/收縮前之長度}×100(%)...式(I)
(聚酯膜No.1之製膜)
聚酯A~D係用下表1所記載之酸成分與多元醇成分以公知方法反應所得之聚酯,聚酯D所含有的潤滑劑係fuji-silysia公司製sylysia(註冊商標)266。使用前述聚酯A~D製作聚酯膜No.1。以下記載膜之製膜方法。
將前述聚酯A~D以質量比5:66:24:5混合並投入擠出機。然後將該混合樹脂以280℃熔融並從T模頭擠出,捲
附於表面溫度冷卻於30℃之旋轉金屬輥而急冷,藉此獲得厚度240μm之未延伸膜。此時之未延伸膜之拉取速度(金屬輥之旋轉速度)為約20m/min。然後將該未延伸膜導至連續設置有橫延伸區域、中間區域、中間熱處理區域之拉幅機(第1拉幅機)。又,中間區域中,在膜未通過狀態下垂有短籤狀紙片時,以該紙片幾乎完全垂於鉛直方向之方式而阻斷由橫延伸區域之熱風及由中間熱處理區域之熱風。
接著將導至拉幅機之未延伸膜預加熱至膜溫度成為80℃後,在橫延伸區域以70℃於橫方向延伸4倍,通過中間區域後(通過時間=約1.2秒),導至中間熱處理區域,以80℃之溫度熱處理8秒,藉此獲得厚度36μm之橫單軸延伸膜。
進一步將該橫延伸膜導至連續配置有複數輥群之縱延伸機,於預熱輥上預加熱至膜溫度成為70℃後,延伸3倍。然後,藉由表面溫度設定為25℃之冷卻輥而強制冷卻縱延伸膜。
接著,將冷卻後之膜導至拉幅機(第2拉幅機),於第2拉幅機內在140℃之環境下熱處理10秒後冷卻,裁切去除兩邊緣部,藉此以厚度約20μm之雙軸延伸膜進行連續製膜至特定長度,而獲得聚酯膜No.1(以下稱為膜
No.1)。
形成膜No.1之樹脂組成物係聚酯樹脂所構成。又,膜No.1中,源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元之合計量在全構成單元100莫耳%中為20%,因含有新戊二醇及二乙二醇,故膜No.1中含有非晶質成分。又,膜No.1之密度為1.32g/cm3。
(聚酯膜No.2之製膜)
除了變更前述膜No.1之製膜中熔融擠出時之熔融樹脂吐出量以外,以幾乎與膜No.1相同之方式獲得厚度30μm之聚酯膜No.2。
形成膜No.2之樹脂組成物係聚酯樹脂所構成。又,膜No.2中,源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元之合計量在全構成單元100莫耳%中為20%,因含有新戊二醇及二乙二醇,故膜No.2中含有非晶質成分。又,膜No.2之密度為1.32g/cm3。
(聚酯膜No.3之製膜)
除了變更前述膜No.1之製膜中在第2拉幅機內以90℃環境下熱處理10秒以外,以與膜No.1相同方式獲得厚度20μm之聚酯膜No.3。
形成膜No.3之樹脂組成物係聚酯樹脂所構成。又,膜No.3中,源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元之合計量在全構成單元100莫耳%中為20%,因含有新戊二醇及二乙二醇,故膜No.3中含有非晶質成分。又,膜No.3之密度為1.32g/cm3。
(聚酯膜No.4之製膜)
除了變更前述膜No.3之製膜中熔融擠出時之熔融樹脂之吐出量以外,以幾乎與膜No.3相同之方式獲得厚度12μm之聚酯膜No.4。
形成膜No.4之樹脂組成物係聚酯樹脂所構成。又,膜No.4中,源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元及源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元之合計量在全構成單元100莫耳%中為20%,因含有新戊二醇及二乙二醇,故膜No.4中含有非晶質成分。又,膜No.4之密度為1.32g/cm3。
測定上述膜No.1~4、市售品之透明聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯膜(CORRECT公司製CFB-1(以下稱為膜No.5))、及市售品之透明聚乙烯膜(kurilon化成公司製BOS(註冊商標)(以下稱為膜No.6))之熱收縮率、折疊保持角度、扭曲保持角度、及保香性(臭氣抑制效果),統整該結果於表2。又,膜No.1~4為實施例1~4,膜No.5~6為比較例1~2。又,實施例1~4之膜之全光線透過率皆為40%
以下。
本發明之膜以上述方法測定之扭曲保持角度為400度以上,係具有充分扭曲保持性。因此,即使以本發明之膜包裝強臭性物體時臭味也不會漏出,作為包裝用膜係有用的。本發明之膜可使用於包裝使用後之尿布、人畜之污物、嘔吐物、泡菜、臭魚乾等之強臭性物體而抑制臭味擴
散。

Claims (7)
- 一種包裝用膜,係樹脂膜所構成,該樹脂膜係由以聚酯全構成單元為100莫耳%而含有對苯二甲酸乙二酯超過50莫耳%之聚酯系樹脂所構成;係密度為1.29g/cm3以上至1.33g/cm3以下之透明的膜;且扭曲保持角度為400度以上;前述扭曲保持角度係於前述樹脂膜之中心放置直徑6.6cm之網球,在扭曲前將牙籤以透明膠帶固定於扭曲部分後,包覆網球並將其以順時針方向扭曲540度,在23℃、50%RH環境放置一小時後,以扭曲前之狀態為基準測定牙籤順時針旋轉之角度。
- 如請求項1所記載之包裝用膜,其中在95℃熱水中熱收縮10秒後,並在25℃的水中浸漬10秒後之長方向及寬方向之熱收縮率為5%以上20%以下。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之包裝用膜,其中前述聚酯系樹脂中源自乙二醇以外之多元醇之單元與源自對苯二甲酸以外之多元羧酸之單元之合計在聚酯全構成單元100莫耳%中為10莫耳%以上,且含有新戊二醇及/或1,4-環己烷二甲醇作為可形成非晶質成分之單體。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之包裝用膜,其中前述樹脂膜在20℃環境下保存1天後之折疊保持角度為75度以下;前述折疊保持角度係將前述樹脂膜經裁切為正方形者於20℃、65%RH環境對折再對折,以0.5kg荷重施 加1秒,接著將經過對折再對折之樹脂膜置於玻璃板上,使樹脂膜之四角接觸玻璃板、或使樹脂膜之四角位於靠近玻璃板之位置,並使得樹脂膜之中央部位於遠離玻璃板之位置,經過1分鐘後,測定經折疊之膜打開之角度。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之包裝用膜,其中全光線透過率為40%以下。
- 一種包裝袋,係將如請求項1至5中任一項所記載之包裝用膜藉由熱封而製袋。
- 如請求項6所記載之包裝袋,係以包裝強臭性物體為目的。
