Abstract
Description
本發明係關於有機矽化合物、以及使用其之橡膠用摻合劑及橡膠組成物,更詳而言之,係關於具有聚丁二烯骨架、聚苯乙烯骨架之有機矽化合物及其製造方法、使用該有機矽化合物之橡膠用摻合劑及橡膠組成物、以及由該橡膠組成物所得到之輪胎。
含硫有機矽化合物,係有用於作為製造由二氧化矽填充橡膠組成物所構成之輪胎時的必須成分。二氧化矽填充輪胎,於汽車用途具有優良性能,特別是耐磨耗性、滾動阻力及濕抓地力(wet grip)性優良。此等之性能提高,與輪胎之低油耗性提高有密切關聯,因此最近研究盛行。
欲提高低油耗性,必須提高橡膠組成物之二氧化矽填充率,但二氧化矽填充橡膠組成物,雖減低輪胎之滾動阻力,提高濕抓地力性,然而未硫化黏度高,需要多段混練等,作業性上有問題。
因此,於單純摻合二氧化矽等無機質填充劑之橡膠組成物中,會產生填充劑之分散不足,破壞強度及耐磨耗性大幅降低等問題。因而,由於會提高無機質填充劑對橡膠中之分散性,並且使填充劑與橡膠基質化學鍵結,故含硫有機矽化合物為必須(參照專利文獻1)。
作為含硫有機矽化合物,已知分子內含有烷氧基矽烷基與聚硫醚矽烷基之化合物,例如雙-三乙氧基矽烷基丙基四硫醚或雙-三乙氧基矽烷基丙基二硫醚等為有效(參照專利文獻2~5)。
又,上述具有聚硫醚基之有機矽化合物以外,亦已知有對二氧化矽之分散性有利的硫酯型之含封鎖巰基之有機矽化合物、或因氫鍵所致之對與二氧化矽之親和性有利的於水解性矽烷基部分使胺基醇化合物進行酯交換之形態的含硫有機矽化合物之應用(參照專利文獻6~10)。
進一步地,專利文獻11、12,雖揭示矽烷改質丁二烯聚合物,但該矽烷改質丁二烯聚合物並不具有聚苯乙烯骨架。
又,專利文獻13中雖揭示含有矽烷改質丁二烯聚合物之橡膠組成物,但其係兩末端胺基甲酸酯改質丁二烯聚合物,分子內具有極性基,尚未得到實現所期望之低油耗性的輪胎用橡膠組成物。

本發明係有鑑於上述實情而為者,其目的為提供添加於橡膠組成物時可大幅降低其硬化物之磁滯損耗,而且賦予可實現具有所期望之濕抓地力特性的低油耗輪胎之橡膠組成物的有機矽化合物。
又,其他目的為提供含有該有機矽化合物之橡膠用摻合劑、摻合該橡膠用摻合劑而成之橡膠組成物、及由該橡膠組成物所形成之輪胎。
本發明者為了解決上述課題而努力探討的結果,發現具有聚丁二烯骨架及聚苯乙烯骨架之特定有機矽化合物,添加於橡膠組成物時可大幅降低該硬化物之磁滯損耗,故適合作為橡膠用摻合劑,並且發現由含有該橡膠用摻合劑之橡膠組成物所得到之輪胎,可實現所期望之濕抓地力特性及低油耗性,完成了本發明。
亦即,本發明提供
1.一種有機矽化合物,其特徵為以式(1)表示,
(式中,R1係互相獨立地表示碳數1~10之烷基或碳數6~10之芳基,R2係互相獨立地表示碳數1~10之烷基或碳數6~10之芳基,f表示0以上之數,e、g及h係互相獨立地表示大於0之數,m表示1~3之整數;惟,各重複單位之順序為任意)。
表示之有機矽化合物,於含有鉑化合物之觸媒及依需要使用之助觸媒的存在下矽氫化;
3.如2之有機矽化合物之製造方法,其中前述助觸媒為無機酸之銨鹽、酸醯胺化合物或羧酸;
4.如3之有機矽化合物之製造方法,其中前述無機酸之銨鹽,為由碳酸銨及碳酸氫銨中選出之1種以上;
5.如3之有機矽化合物之製造方法,其中前述酸醯胺化合物,為由甲醯胺、乙醯胺、N-甲基乙醯胺、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺、丙醯胺、丙烯醯胺、丙二醯胺、琥珀醯胺、馬來醯胺、富馬醯胺、苯甲醯胺、鄰苯二甲醯胺、棕櫚酸醯胺及硬脂酸醯胺中選出之1種以上;
6.如3之有機矽化合物之製造方法,其中前述羧酸
為乙酸;
7.一種橡膠用摻合劑,其係含有如1之有機矽化合物而成;
8.如7之橡膠用摻合劑,其進一步含有含硫醚基之有機矽化合物;
9.如8之橡膠用摻合劑,其進一步含有至少1種粉體而成,且相對於該粉體之含量(B)而言,前述有機矽化合物與前述含硫醚基之有機矽化合物的合計量(A)之質量比,滿足(A)/(B)=70/30~5/95;
10.一種橡膠組成物,其含有如7~9中任一項之橡膠用摻合劑;
11.一種輪胎,其係使如10之橡膠組成物成形而成。
本發明之有機矽化合物,具有聚丁二烯骨架、聚苯乙烯骨架、與水解性矽烷基,本發明之利用橡膠組成物所形成的輪胎,可滿足所期望之濕抓地力特性及低油耗輪胎特性,且該橡膠組成物使用了含有該有機矽化合物之橡膠用摻合劑。
以下具體說明本發明。
本發明之有機矽化合物,係以式(1)表示。再者,式(1)
中,各重複單位之順序為任意。
此處,R1係互相獨立地表示碳數1~10之烷基或碳數6~10之芳基,R2係互相獨立地表示碳數1~10之烷基或碳數6~10之芳基,f表示0以上之數,e、g及h係互相獨立地表示大於0之數,m表示1~3之整數。
碳數1~10之烷基,係直鏈狀、環狀、分支狀均可,其具體例子可列舉甲基、乙基、n-丙基、i-丙基、n-丁基、s-丁基、t-丁基、n-戊基、n-己基、n-庚基、n-辛基、n-壬基、n-癸基、環丙基、環丁基、環戊基、環己基、環庚基、環辛基等。
碳數6~10之芳基的具體例子可列舉苯基、α-萘基、β-萘基等。
此等之中,R1尤以直鏈之烷基較佳;更佳為甲基、乙基。
又,R2較佳為直鏈之烷基;更佳為甲基、乙基。
式(1)表示之有機矽化合物,如下述流程所示般,可藉由將式(2)表示之丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物與式(3)表
示之有機矽化合物,於含有鉑化合物之觸媒的存在下,較佳為於含有鉑化合物之觸媒及助觸媒的存在下進行矽氫化而得到。
式(2)表示之丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,能夠以丁二烯與苯乙烯為原料單體,以乳化聚合或溶液聚合等公知之方法合成,但亦可作為市售品獲得,例如,Ricon100、Ricon181、Ricon184(以上,CRAY VALLEY公司製)係有市售。
另一方面,式(3)表示之有機矽化合物,可列舉三甲氧基矽烷、甲基二甲氧基矽烷、二甲基甲氧基矽
烷、三乙氧基矽烷、甲基二乙氧基矽烷、二甲基乙氧基矽烷等。
上述矽氫化反應所用的含有鉑化合物之觸媒,並無特殊限定,其具體例子可列舉氯化鉑酸、氯化鉑酸之醇溶液、鉑-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二矽氧烷錯合物之甲苯或二甲苯溶液、肆三苯基膦鉑、二氯雙三苯基膦鉑、二氯雙乙腈鉑、二氯雙苄腈鉑、二氯環辛二烯鉑等,或鉑-碳、鉑-氧化鋁、鉑-二氧化矽等之載持觸媒等。
由矽氫化時之選擇性方面而言,較佳為0價之鉑錯合物、更佳為鉑-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二矽氧烷錯合物之甲苯或二甲苯溶液。
含有鉑化合物之觸媒的使用量並無特殊限定,但就反應性或生產性等之觀點而言,相對於式(3)表示之有機矽化合物1mol而言,所含有之鉑原子較佳為1×10-7~1×10-2mol之量、更佳為1×10-7~1×10-3mol之量。
上述反應中之助觸媒,較佳為使用由無機酸之銨鹽、酸醯胺化合物及羧酸中選出的1種以上。
無機酸之銨鹽的具體例子,可列舉氯化銨、硫酸銨、醯胺硫酸銨、硝酸銨、磷酸二氫一銨、磷酸氫二銨、磷酸三銨、二亞磷酸銨、碳酸銨、碳酸氫銨、硫化銨、硼酸銨、硼氟化銨等,其中尤以pKa為2以上的無機酸之銨鹽為佳;更佳為碳酸銨、碳酸氫銨。
酸醯胺化合物的具體例子,可列舉甲醯胺、乙醯胺、N-甲基乙醯胺、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺、丙醯胺、丙
烯醯胺、丙二醯胺、琥珀醯胺、馬來醯胺、富馬醯胺、苯甲醯胺、鄰苯二甲醯胺、棕櫚酸醯胺、硬脂酸醯胺等。
羧酸的具體例子,可列舉甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、甲氧基乙酸、戊酸、己酸、庚酸、辛酸、乳酸、甘醇酸等,此等之中尤以甲酸、乙酸、乳酸為佳;更佳為乙酸。
助觸媒的使用量並無特殊限定,但就反應性、選擇性、成本等之觀點而言,相對於式(3)表示之有機矽化合物1mol而言,較佳為1×10-5~1×10-1mol、更佳為1×10-4~5×10-1mol。
再者,上述反應於無溶劑亦會進行,但亦可使用溶劑。
可使用之溶劑的具體例子,可列舉戊烷、己烷、環己烷、庚烷、異辛烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等之烴系溶劑;二乙基醚、四氫呋喃、二噁烷等之醚系溶劑;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等之酯系溶劑;N,N-二甲基甲醯胺等之非質子性極性溶劑;二氯甲烷、氯仿等之氯化烴系溶劑等,此等溶劑可1種單獨使用、亦可混合2種以上使用。
上述矽氫化反應中之反應溫度並無特殊限定,可於0℃至加熱下進行,較佳為0~200℃。
為了得到適度之反應速度,較佳為於加熱下反應,由如此之觀點,反應溫度更佳為40~110℃、又更佳為40~90℃。
又,反應時間亦無特殊限定,通常為1~60小時左
右,較佳為1~30小時、更佳為1~20小時。
本發明之橡膠用摻合劑,為含有上述式(1)表示之有機矽化合物者。
此時,考慮到黏度或操作性等時,使用於橡膠用摻合劑的上述有機矽化合物之數平均分子量較佳為40,000以下。
再者,數平均分子量係以凝膠滲透層析所得到之聚苯乙烯換算值。
本發明中,使用於橡膠用摻合劑的有機矽化合物,當考慮到提高所得到之橡膠組成物的特性等時,具有水解性矽烷基之單位相對於全部單位而言較佳含有2%以上,因而式(1)中,較佳為滿足0.02≦g/(e+f+g+h)<1.0。
特別地,具有水解性矽烷基之單位,相對於全部單位而言,較佳含有3%以上。
進一步地,本發明之橡膠用摻合劑,較佳含有含硫醚基之有機矽化合物。
含硫醚基之有機矽化合物,並無特殊限定,其具體例子,可列舉雙(三甲氧基矽烷基丙基)四硫醚、雙(三乙氧基矽烷基丙基)四硫醚、雙(三甲氧基矽烷基丙基)二硫醚、雙(三乙氧基矽烷基丙基)二硫醚等。
橡膠用摻合劑中,上述有機矽化合物與含硫醚基之有機矽化合物的摻合比,以質量比計,較佳為有機矽化合物:硫醚矽烷=5:95~80:20、更佳為10:90~50:50。
又,可使用將本發明之有機矽化合物及含硫醚基之有機矽化合物與至少1種粉體混合者,作為橡膠用摻合劑。
粉體的具體例子,可列舉碳黑、滑石、碳酸鈣、硬脂酸、二氧化矽、氫氧化鋁、氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂等。
此等之中,就補強性之觀點而言,尤以二氧化矽及氫氧化鋁為佳、更佳為二氧化矽。
粉體之摻合量,當考慮到橡膠用摻合劑之操作性、或輸送費等時,以粉體合計量(B)、與有機矽化合物及含硫醚基之有機矽化合物的合計量(A)之質量比((A)/(B))計,較佳為70/30~5/95、更佳為60/40~10/90。
再者,本發明之橡膠用摻合劑,可為與脂肪酸、脂肪酸鹽、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氧化烯、聚酯、聚胺基甲酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丁二烯、聚異戊二烯、天然橡膠、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物等之有機聚合物或橡膠混合者,亦可為摻合有硫化劑、交聯劑、硫化促進劑、交聯促進劑、各種油、老化防止劑、填充劑、可塑劑等之於輪胎用、其他一般橡膠用時一般所摻合的各種添加劑者。
又,其形態可為液體狀亦可為固體狀,進一步地,可為稀釋於有機溶劑者、亦可為經乳化者。
本發明之橡膠用摻合劑,適合使用作為含有填料之橡膠組成物的摻合劑。
填料可列舉二氧化矽、滑石、黏土、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂、碳酸鈣、氧化鈦等。此等之中,本發明之橡膠用摻
合劑,尤更佳為使用作為含有二氧化矽之橡膠組成物的摻合劑。
此時,橡膠用摻合劑之添加量,當考慮到所得之橡膠的物性、或所發揮之效果的程度與經濟性之平衡等時,相對於橡膠組成物中所含有的填料100質量份而言,以上述有機矽化合物與硫醚矽烷之總量計較佳為0.2~30質量份、更佳為1~20質量份。
再者,橡膠組成物中的填料之含量,只要不違反本發明之目的,可為以往之一般的摻合量。
又,本發明中,添加上述橡膠用摻合劑之橡膠組成物的主成分之橡膠,可使用以往於各種橡膠組成物一般所使用的任意橡膠,其具體例子,可列舉天然橡膠(NR);異戊二烯橡膠(IR)、各種苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物橡膠(SBR)、各種聚丁二烯橡膠(BR)、丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物橡膠(NBR)等之二烯系橡膠;丁基橡膠(IIR)、乙烯-丙烯共聚物橡膠(EPR,EPDM)等之非二烯系橡膠等,此等可單獨使用、亦可混合2種以上使用。
再者,橡膠組成物中的橡膠之摻合量,並無特殊限定,可為以往一般的範圍之20~80質量%。
本發明之橡膠組成物中,於前述各成分以外,可摻合碳黑、硫化劑、交聯劑、硫化促進劑、交聯促進劑、各種油、老化防止劑、可塑劑等之於輪胎用、其他一般橡膠用時一般所摻合的各種添加劑。此等添加劑之摻合量,亦只要不違反本發明之目的,可為以往之一般的摻
合量。
摻合本發明之橡膠用摻合劑而成的橡膠組成物,係以一般的方法混練而成為組成物,可將其使用於硫化或交聯之橡膠製品,例如輪胎等之橡膠製品的製造。特別是製造輪胎時,較佳為將本發明之橡膠組成物使用於輪面(tread)。
使用本發明之橡膠組成物而得到的輪胎,除了滾動阻力大幅減低以外,濕抓地力特性及耐磨耗性亦大幅提高,因而可實現所期望之低油耗性。
再者,輪胎之構造可為以往公知之構造,其製法亦只要採用以往公知之製法即可。又,填入氣體之輪胎的情況,作為填充於輪胎內之氣體,通常可使用空氣、或調整過氧分壓之空氣,此外可使用氮、氬、氦等之惰性氣體。
以下,列舉實施例及比較例,以更具體說明本發明,但本發明不限定於此等實施例。
再者,於下述之「份」意指質量份。分子量係藉由GPC(凝膠滲透層析)測定所求得的聚苯乙烯換算之數平均分子量。黏度係使用旋轉黏度計所測定之於25℃的值。
[1]有機矽烷化合物之製造
[實施例1-1]
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之
1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納Ricon181(Cray Vally公司製、數平均分子量7,100、上述式(2)中之e=52、(f+g)=22、h=29)100g、甲苯200g、鉑-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二矽氧烷錯合物之甲苯溶液(以鉑原子計為3.1×10-3莫耳)、及碳酸氫銨0.2g(3.1×10-3莫耳)。於內溫75~85℃,花費2小時於其中滴下三乙氧基矽烷51g(0.31莫耳)後,於80℃攪拌1小時。以氣相層析所分析之三乙氧基矽烷的反應率之結果示於表1。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度8,000mPa.s、數平均分子量10,500之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=52、f=0、g=22、h=29表示之有機矽化合物。
[實施例1-2]
除了將碳酸氫銨變更為乙酸0.2g(1.5×10-3莫耳)以外,係與實施例1-1同樣地進行反應及後處理,得到黏度8,000mPa.s、數平均分子量10,500之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=52、f=0、g=22、h=29表示之有機矽化合物。
再者,以氣相層析所分析之三乙氧基矽烷的反應率之結果示於表1。
[實施例1-3]
除了將碳酸氫銨變更為乙醯胺0.2g(1.5×10-3莫耳)以外,係與實施例1-1同樣地進行反應及後處理,得到黏度8,000mPa.s、數平均分子量10,500之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=52、f=0、g=22、h=29表示之有機矽化合物。
再者,以氣相層析所分析之三乙氧基矽烷的反應率之結果示於表1。
[實施例1-4]
除了去除碳酸氫銨以外,係與實施例1-1同樣地進行反應及後處理,得到黏度14,000mPa.s、數平均分子量7,100之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=52、f=21.8、g=0.2、h=29表示之有機矽化合物。
再者,以氣相層析所分析之三乙氧基矽烷的反應率之結果示於表1。
如表1所示,可知藉由使用無機酸之銨鹽、
羧酸、酸醯胺化合物作為助觸媒,反應更有效率地進行。
[實施例1-5]
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納Ricon181(Cray Vally公司製、數平均分子量7100、上述式(2)中之e=52、(f+g)=22、h=29)100g、甲苯200g、鉑-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二矽氧烷錯合物之甲苯溶液(以鉑原子計為1.5×10-3莫耳)、及乙酸0.1g(1.5×10-3莫耳)。於內溫75~85℃,花費2小時於其中滴下三乙氧基矽烷25g(0.15莫耳)後,於80℃攪拌1小時。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度10,500mPa.s、數平均分子量8,800之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=52、f=11、g=11、h=29表示之有機矽化合物。
[實施例1-6]
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納Ricon181(Cray Vally公司製、數平均分子量7100、上述式(2)中之e=52、(f+g)=22、h=29)100g、甲苯200g、鉑-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二矽氧烷錯合物之甲苯溶液(以鉑原子計為1.0×10-3莫耳)、及乙酸0.07g(1.0×10-3莫耳)。於內溫75~85℃,花費
2小時於其中滴下三乙氧基矽烷17g(0.10莫耳)後,於80℃攪拌1小時。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度11,500mPa.s、數平均分子量8,200之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=52、f=15、g=7、h=29表示之有機矽化合物。
[實施例1-7]
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納Ricon181(Cray Vally公司製、數平均分子量7,100、上述式(2)中之e=52、(f+g)=22、h=29)100g、甲苯200g、鉑-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二矽氧烷錯合物之甲苯溶液(以鉑原子計為0.5×10-3莫耳)、及乙酸0.04g(0.5×10-3莫耳)。於內溫75~85℃,花費2小時於其中滴下三乙氧基矽烷8g(0.05莫耳)後,於80℃攪拌1小時。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度12,500mPa.s、數平均分子量7,500之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=52、f=19、g=3、h=29表示之有機矽化合物。
[實施例1-8]
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納Ricon184(Cray Vally公司製、數平均分子量17,000、上述式(2)中之e=126、(f+g)=54、h=70)100g、甲苯200g、鉑-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二矽氧烷錯合物之甲苯溶液(以鉑原子計為3.1×10-3莫耳)、及乙酸0.2g(3.1×10-3莫耳)。於內溫75~85℃,花費2小時於其中滴下三乙氧基矽烷51g(0.31莫耳)後,於80℃攪拌1小時。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度38,000nPa.s、數平均分子量25,000之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=126、f=0、g=54、h=70表示之有機矽化合物。
[實施例1-9]
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納Ricon184(Cray Vally公司製、數平均分子量17,000、上述式(2)中之e=126、(f+g)=54、h=70)100g、甲苯200g、鉑-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二矽氧烷錯合物之甲苯溶液(以鉑原子計為1.5×10-3莫耳)、及乙酸0.1g(1.5×10-3莫耳)。於內溫75~85℃,花費2小時於其中滴下三乙氧基矽烷25g(0.15莫耳)後,於80℃攪拌1小時。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度
45,000mPa.s、數平均分子量21,000之褐色透明液體。由生成物之分子量及1H-NMR光譜所求得的平均構造,係於上述式(1)中,e=126、f=27、g=27、h=70表示之有機矽化合物。
[比較例1-1]
參考日本特開2005-250603號公報,藉由以下方法合成有機矽化合物。
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納R-45H(出光興產(股)製、數平均分子量2,800)100g、KBE-9007(信越化學工業(股)製、3-異氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基矽烷)18g、及二辛基氧化錫觸媒(東京化成工業製)0.5g,於內溫60℃攪拌2小時。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度8,000mPa.s、數平均分子量3,300之褐色透明液體。
[比較例1-2]
參考日本特開昭62-265301號公報,藉由以下方法合成有機矽化合物。
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納B-1000(日本曹達(股)製)100g、甲苯200g及3-巰基丙基三乙氧基矽烷129g(0.8莫耳),於內溫100℃攪拌4小時。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度
5,000mPa.s、數平均分子量2,000之褐色透明液體。
[比較例1-3]
參考日本特開昭62-265301號公報,藉由以下方法合成有機矽化合物。
於具備攪拌機、回流冷卻器、滴液漏斗及溫度計之1L可分離式燒瓶中,容納B-1000(日本曹達(股)製)100g、甲苯200g及3-巰基丙基三乙氧基矽烷23g(0.1莫耳),於內溫100℃攪拌4小時。
攪拌結束後,進行減壓濃縮及過濾,得到黏度900mPa.s、數平均分子量1,600之褐色透明液體。
[2]橡膠組成物之配製
[實施例2-1~2-3]
如表2所示,摻合油延展乳化液聚合SBR(JSR(股)製#1712)110份、NR(RSS#3級)20份、碳黑(N234級)20份、二氧化矽(日本二氧化矽工業(股)製Nipsil AQ)50份、實施例1-2中得到之有機矽化合物6.5份、或該有機矽化合物與KBE-846(信越化學工業(股)製、雙(三乙氧基矽烷基丙基)四硫醚)之合計6.5份、硬脂酸1份、以及老化防止劑6C(大內新興化學工業(股)製NOCRAC 6C)1份,配製母料。
於其中添加鋅華3份、硫化促進劑DM(二苯并噻唑基二硫醚)0.5份、硫化促進劑NS(N-t-丁基-2-苯并噻唑基次
磺醯胺)1份及硫1.5份並混練,得到橡膠組成物。
[實施例2-4~2-8]
如表2所示,除了將實施例1-2中得到之有機矽化合物,分別變更為實施例1-5~1-9中得到之有機矽化合物以外,係與實施例2-3同樣地得到橡膠組成物。
[比較例2-1~2-3]
如表3所示,除了將實施例1-2中得到之有機矽化合物,分別變更為比較例1-1~1-3中得到之有機矽化合物以外,係與實施例2-3同樣地得到橡膠組成物。
[比較例2-4]
如表3所示,除了將實施例1-2中得到之有機矽化合物,變更為KBE-846以外,係與實施例2-1同樣地得到橡膠組成物。
對於上述實施例2-1~2-8及比較例2-1~2-4中得到之橡膠組成物,以下述方法測定未硫化及硫化物性。結果一併示於表2、3。
(1)慕尼黏度
根據JIS K 6300,以溫度130℃、餘熱1分、測定4分來進行測定,以比較例2-4為100,以指數表示。指數
之值越小,慕尼黏度越低,加工性優良。
(2)動態黏彈性
使用黏彈性測定裝置(Rheometrics公司製),以拉伸之動態應變5%、頻率15Hz、0℃、60℃之條件測定。再者,試驗片係使用厚度0.2cm、寬0.5cm之薄片,使用夾片間距離為2cm,初期荷重為160g。tanδ之值係以比較例2-4為100,以指數表示。0℃之指數值越大,越可評估為濕抓地力性能優良者,60℃之指數值越小,磁滯損耗越小,為低發熱性。
(3)耐磨耗性
根據JIS K 6264-2:2005,使用Lambourn型磨耗試驗機,以室溫、滑移比25%之條件進行試驗,以比較例2-4為100,以指數表示。指數值越大,磨耗量越少,顯示耐磨耗性優良。
如表2及3所示,可知實施例2-1~2-8之橡膠組成物,相較於比較例2-2~2-4之橡膠組成物,慕尼黏度低、加工性優良。
又,可知實施例2-1~2-8之橡膠組成物的硫化物,相較於比較例2-1~2-4之橡膠組成物的硫化物,濕抓地力性能優良、且為低發熱性,又,耐磨耗性優良。
[實施例2-9~2-11]
如表4所示,摻合NR(RSS#3級)100份、加工油38份、碳黑(N234級)5份、二氧化矽(日本二氧化矽工業(股)製Nipsil AQ)105份、實施例1-2中得到之有機矽化合物
8.4份、或該有機矽化合物與KBE-846(信越化學工業(股)製、雙(三乙氧基矽烷基丙基)四硫醚)之合計8.4份、硬脂酸2份、老化防止劑6C(大內新興化學工業(股)製NOCRAC 6C)2份,配製母料。
於其中添加氧化鋅2份、硫化促進劑CZ(大內新興化學工業(股)製NOCCELER CZ、N-環己基-2-苯并噻唑基次磺醯胺)3份及硫2份並混練,得到橡膠組成物。
[實施例2-12~2-16]
如表4所示,除了將實施例1-2中得到之有機矽化合物,分別變更為實施例1-5~1-9中得到之有機矽化合物以外,係與實施例2-11同樣地得到橡膠組成物。
[比較例2-5~2-7]
如表5所示,除了將實施例1-2中得到之有機矽化合物,分別變更為比較例1-1~1-3中得到之有機矽化合物以外,係與實施例2-11同樣地得到橡膠組成物。
[比較例2-8]
如表5所示,除了將實施例1-2中得到之有機矽化合物,變更為KBE-846以外,係與實施例2-9同樣地得到橡膠組成物。
接著,以與上述相同的方法測定橡膠組成物之未硫化物性(慕尼黏度)及硫化物性(動態黏彈性、耐磨耗
性)。將以比較例2-8為100,以指數表示的結果,一併示於表4、5。
如表4及表5所示,可知實施例2-9~2-16之橡膠組成物的硫化物,相較於比較例2-5~2-8之橡膠組成物的硫化物,動態黏彈性低,亦即磁滯損耗小,為低發熱性,又,耐磨耗性優良。
Claims (10)
- 如請求項2之有機矽化合物之製造方法,其中前述助觸媒為無機酸之銨鹽、酸醯胺化合物或羧酸。
- 如請求項3之有機矽化合物之製造方法,其中前述無機酸之銨鹽,為由碳酸銨及碳酸氫銨中選出之1種以上。
- 如請求項3之有機矽化合物之製造方法,其中前述酸醯胺化合物,為由甲醯胺、乙醯胺、N-甲基乙醯胺、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺、丙醯胺、丙烯醯胺、丙二醯胺、琥珀醯胺、馬來醯胺、富馬醯胺、苯甲醯胺、鄰苯二甲醯胺、棕櫚酸醯胺及硬脂酸醯胺中選出之1種以上。
- 如請求項3之有機矽化合物之製造方法,其中前述羧酸為乙酸。
- 如請求項1之橡膠用摻合劑,其進一步含有含硫醚基之有機矽化合物。
- 如請求項7之橡膠用摻合劑,其進一步含有至少1種粉體而成,且相對於該粉體之含量(B)而言,前述有機矽化合物與前述含硫醚基之有機矽化合物的合計量(A)之 質量比,滿足(A)/(B)=70/30~5/95。
- 一種橡膠組成物,其含有如請求項1、7及8中任一項之橡膠用摻合劑。
- 一種輪胎,其係使如請求項9之橡膠組成物成形而成。
