將包含浸漬成形用乳膠與交聯劑所成之浸漬成形用乳膠組成物予以浸漬成形而成,撕裂強度為50N/mm以上,拉伸強度為25MPa以上,且油膨潤率為5%以下,該浸漬成形用乳膠包含共聚物,該共聚物係含有40~80重量%的包含異戊二烯單元之共軛二烯單體單元(A)、20~45重量%的乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及2~15重量%的乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所成,前述異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元之含有比例以重量比計為異戊二烯單元:丁二烯單元=60:40~100:0。
Description
本發明關於浸漬成形品。更詳細地,關於耐油性優異、具有高的拉伸強度及高的撕裂強度之浸漬成形品。
橡膠手套係在家事、食品相關產業、精密工業、醫療等廣泛的用途中使用。以往,作為拉伸強度高、耐油性優異之橡膠手套,多使用藉由將羧基改性丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物乳膠予以浸漬成形而得之浸漬成形品。
例如,專利文獻1~7中揭示羧基改性丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物乳膠。藉由將此等文獻中記載的乳膠予以浸漬成形,所得之橡膠手套因為耐油性比由天然橡膠乳膠所得之橡膠手套優異,而被廣泛使用。再者近年來,起因於天然橡膠中所含有的蛋白所造成的蛋白過敏之問題,而對於合成橡膠的羧基改性丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物乳膠之需求係進一步升高。
於橡膠手套,例如要求即使長時間戴用手也不疲勞,可追隨手指的動作而伸縮之手感良好,戴用時不破裂,即使進行接觸油脂的作業亦不會在作業中破裂等各式各樣的特性。
然而,以如專利文獻1~7的羧基改性丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物為基礎者,雖然耐油性優異,但有以下的問題。即,如此的共聚物,依據進行聚合的單體組成,具有機械強度(拉伸強度及撕裂強度等)、伸長度、柔軟性等之各物性的平衡大幅變化之特性。因此,將所得之浸漬成形品用於橡膠手套時,有在戴用時破裂,或在進行接觸油脂的作業中破裂之虞。

本發明者係鑒於如此的實際狀況,而將目的設為提供一種浸漬成形品,其戴用時的耐性優異,更且在進行接觸油脂的作業中之耐性(機械保養作業耐性)優異。
本發明者為了達成上述目的,進行專心致力的檢討,結果發現藉由使用一種撕裂強度、拉伸強度及油膨潤率為特定範圍之浸漬成形品,可達成上述目的,而終於完成本發明,該浸漬成形品係將包含乳膠與交聯劑所成之乳膠組成物予以浸漬成形而得,該乳膠係含有共聚物所成,該共聚物係含有共軛二烯單體單元(A)、乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所成,共軛二烯單體單元(A)係以特定之比例包含異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元。
即,依照本發明,可提供:
(1)一種浸漬成形品,其係將包含浸漬成形用乳膠與交聯劑所成之浸漬成形用乳膠組成物予以浸漬成形而成,撕裂強度為50N/mm以上,拉伸強度為25MPa以上,且油膨潤率為5%以下,該浸漬成形用乳膠包含共聚物,該共聚物係含有40~80重量%的包含異戊二烯單元之共軛二烯單體單元(A)、20~45重量%的乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及2~15重量%的乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所成,前述異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元之含有比例以重量比計為異戊二烯單元:丁二烯單元=60:40~100:0。
(2)如(1)記載之浸漬成形品,其中前述乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)為丙烯腈單元。
(3)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其中前述乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)為乙烯性不飽和單羧酸單體單元。
(4)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其中前述乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)係甲基丙烯酸單元。
(5)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其中前述共聚物包含前述共軛二烯單體單元(A)、前述乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及前述乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)以外之其他單體單元(D),相對於100重量%的全部單體單元,該其他單體單元(D)之含量為10重量%以下。
(6)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其中前述共聚物包含前述共軛二烯單體單元(A)、前述乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及前述乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)以外之其他單體單元(D),相對於100重量%的全部單體單元,該其他該單體單元(D)之含量為5重量%以下。
(7)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其中前述共聚物係僅由前述共軛二烯單體單元(A)、前述乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及前述乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所構成者。
(8)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其中相對於100重量份的前述浸漬成形用乳膠中之固體成分,前述浸漬成形用乳膠組成物中的前述交聯劑之添加量為0.01~5重量份。
(9)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其中前述浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之固體成分濃度為5~40重量%。
(10)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其厚度為0.05~3mm。
(11)如(1)或(2)記載之浸漬成形品,其係藉由陽極凝集浸漬法(anode coagulant dipping method)而得。
依照本發明,可提供戴用時的耐性及機械保養作業耐性優異之浸漬成形品。
以下,說明本發明之浸漬成形品。本發明之浸漬成形品係將包含浸漬成形用乳膠與交聯劑所成之浸漬成形用乳膠組成物予以浸漬成形而成,其撕裂強度為50N/mm以上,拉伸強度為25MPa以上,且油膨潤率為5%以下,其中該浸漬成形用乳膠包含共聚物,該共聚物係含有40~80重量%的包含異戊二烯單元之共軛二烯單體單元(A)、20~45重量%的乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及2~15重量%的乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所成,前述異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元之含有比例以重量比計為異戊二烯單元:丁二烯單元=60:40~100:0。
用於本發明的浸漬成形用乳膠係包含共聚物所成,該共聚物係含有40~80重量%的包含異戊二烯單元之共軛二烯單體單元(A)、20~45重量%的乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及2~15重量%的乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所成,異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元之含有比例以重量比計為異戊二烯單元:丁二烯單元=60:40~100:0。
構成乳膠的共聚物中之共軛二烯單體單元(A)的含量,相對於該共聚物的全部單體單元,為40~80重量%,較佳為50~75重量%,更佳為55~70重量%。此比例若少則手感差,相反地若多則拉伸強度降低。
共軛二烯單體單元(A)至少含有異戊二烯單元,亦可更含有丁二烯單元。相對於共軛二烯單體單元(A)全體,異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元之合計量較佳為90重量%以上。再者,共軛二烯單體單元(A)特佳為實質上僅由異戊二烯單元所構成,或僅由異戊二烯單元及丁二烯單元所構成。
再者,相對於共軛二烯單體單元(A)全體,異戊二烯單元之量較佳為40~100重量%,丁二烯單元之量較佳為0~30重量%。又,作為形成丁二烯單元之單體,較佳為1,3-丁二烯。
共軛二烯單體單元(A)中的異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元之含有比例,以重量比計為異戊二烯單元:丁二烯單元=60:40~100:0,較佳為70:30~100:0。丁二烯單元之比例若過多,則撕裂強度變得不充分,同時在進行接觸油脂的作業中變得容易破裂。
共軛二烯單體單元(A)係除了異戊二烯單元及丁二烯單元,還可包含其他的共軛二烯單體單元。作為形成如此其他的共軛二烯單體單元之共軛二烯單體(a),並沒有特別的限定,但可舉出2,3-二甲基-1,3-丁二烯、2-乙基-1,3-丁二烯、1,3-戊二烯及氯丁二烯等之丁二烯及異戊二烯以外的碳數4~12之共軛二烯單體。惟,相
對於共軛二烯單體單元(A)全體,異戊二烯單元及丁二烯單元以外之其他的共軛二烯單體單元之含量較佳為10重量%以下。
作為形成乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)之乙烯性不飽和腈單體(b),可使用具有腈基的碳數3~18之乙烯性不飽和化合物。作為如此的化合物,例如可舉出丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈、鹵素取代丙烯腈等。此等係可單獨1種或組合2種以上使用。於上述之中,可較佳使用丙烯腈。
構成乳膠的共聚物中之乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)的含量,相對於該共聚物的全部單體單元,為20~45重量%,較佳為20~40重量%,更佳為20~30重量%。乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)的含量若過少,則拉伸強度及耐油性差,相反地若多則手感差。
作為形成乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)之乙烯性不飽和酸單體(c),並沒有特別的限定,但例如可舉出含羧基的乙烯性不飽和單體、含磺酸基的乙烯性不飽和單體、含磷酸基的乙烯性不飽和單體等。
作為含羧基的乙烯性不飽和單體,例如可舉出丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、巴豆酸等之乙烯性不飽和單羧酸;富馬酸、馬來酸、伊康酸、馬來酸酐、伊康酸酐等之乙烯性不飽和多元羧酸及其酐;馬來酸甲酯、伊康酸甲酯等之乙烯性不飽和多元羧酸的部分酯化物等。
作為含磺酸基的乙烯性不飽和單體,例如可舉出乙烯基磺酸、甲基乙烯基磺酸、苯乙烯磺酸、(甲
基)烯丙基磺酸、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-磺酸乙酯、2-丙烯醯胺-2-羥基丙烷磺酸等。
作為含磷酸基的乙烯性不飽和單體,例如可舉出(甲基)丙烯酸-3-氯-2-磷酸丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-磷酸乙酯、3-烯丙氧基-2-羥基丙烷磷酸等。
此等之乙烯性不飽和酸單體(c)亦可作為鹼金屬鹽或銨鹽使用,而且也可單獨或組合2種以上使用。於上述的乙烯性不飽和酸單體(c)之中,較佳為含羧基的乙烯性不飽和單體,更佳為乙烯性不飽和單羧酸,特佳可使用甲基丙烯酸。
構成乳膠的共聚物中之乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)的含量,相對於該共聚物的全部單體單元,為2~15重量%,較佳為3~12重量%,更佳為4~10重量%。乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)的含量若過少則拉伸強度差,相反地若過多則手感差。
構成乳膠的共聚物亦可含有其他單體單元(D),其係前述共軛二烯單體單元(A)、前述乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及前述乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)以外之單體單元。
作為形成前述其他單體單元(D)的其他單體(d),只要是能與共軛二烯單體(a)、乙烯性不飽和腈單體(b)及乙烯性不飽和酸單體(c)共聚合的單體,則沒有特別的限定,例如可舉出以下之單體。

甲基苯乙烯、三甲基苯乙烯、羥基甲基苯乙烯等之芳香族乙烯基單體;丙烯醯胺、甲基丙烯醯胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺、N-羥甲基丙烯醯胺等之乙烯性不飽和羧酸醯胺單體;(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯等之乙烯性不飽和羧酸烷酯單體;醋酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯、新癸酸乙烯酯等之羧酸乙烯酯單體;氯乙烯、偏二氯乙烯、氟乙烯、偏二氟乙烯等之鹵乙烯單體;乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、異丁烯等之烯烴單體;甲基乙烯基醚、正丙基乙烯基醚、異丁基乙烯基醚、十二基乙烯基醚等之乙烯基醚單體;醋酸烯丙酯、醋酸甲基烯丙酯、烯丙氯、甲基烯丙氯等之(甲基)烯丙基化合物;乙烯基三甲氧基矽烷等之乙烯基矽烷基化合物;乙烯基吡啶、N-乙烯基吡咯啶酮等。此等係可單獨或組合2種以上使用。
於此等之中,於能進一步提高浸漬成形品的拉伸強度之點上,較佳為芳香族乙烯基單體。構成乳膠的共聚物中之其他單體單元(D)的含量,從能良好地維持拉伸強度、耐油性及手感之觀點而言,相對於該共聚物的全部單體單元,較佳為10重量%以下,更佳為7重量%以下,再佳為5重量%以下。
再者,於本發明中,特佳為實質上不含有其他單體單元(D)。即,構成乳膠的共聚物特佳為僅由共軛二烯單體單元(A)、乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所構成。
用於本發明的浸漬成形用乳膠未被特別的限定,但可藉由將前述的各單體之混合物予以乳化聚合而簡便地製造。藉由調節用於乳化聚合的單體混合物之組成,可輕易地調節所得之共聚物的組成。作為乳化聚合法,只要採用習知的乳化聚合法即可。又,於乳化聚合時,可使用乳化劑、聚合起始劑、分子量調整劑等之通常使用聚合副材料。
作為乳化劑,並沒有特別的限定,但例如可舉出陰離子性界面活性劑、非離子性界面活性劑、陽離子性界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑。於此等之中,可較佳使用烷基苯磺酸鹽、脂肪族磺酸鹽、高級醇的硫酸酯鹽、α-烯烴磺酸鹽、烷基醚硫酸酯鹽等之陰離子性界面活性劑。相對於100重量份的全部單體,乳化劑之使用量較佳為0.5~10重量份,更佳為1~8重量份。
作為聚合起始劑,並沒有特別的限定,但可較佳使用自由基起始劑。作為如此的自由基起始劑,例如可舉出過硫酸鈉、過硫酸鉀、過硫酸銨、過磷酸鉀、過氧化氫等之無機過氧化物;過氧化三級丁基、氫過氧化異丙苯、氫過氧化對烷(p-menthane hydroperoxide)、過氧化二(三級丁基)、過氧化三級丁基異丙苯、過氧化乙醯基、過氧化異丁醯基、過氧化辛醯基、過氧化二苯甲醯、過氧化3,5,5-三甲基己醯基、過氧化三級丁基異丁酸酯(t-butyl peroxyisobutyrate)等之有機過氧化物;偶氮雙異丁腈、偶氮雙-2,4-二甲基戊腈、
偶氮雙環己烷甲腈、偶氮雙異丁酸甲酯等之偶氮化合物等。此等之聚合起始劑係可單獨或組合2種類以上使用。於此等自由基起始劑之中,較佳為無機或有機的過氧化物,更佳為無機過氧化物,特佳可使用過硫酸鹽。相對於100重量份的全部單體,聚合起始劑之使用量較佳為0.01~2重量份,更佳為0.05~1.5重量份。
作為分子量調整劑,並沒有特別的限定,但例如可舉出α-甲基苯乙烯二聚物;三級十二基硫醇、正十二基硫醇、辛基硫醇等之硫醇類;四氯化碳、二氯甲烷、二溴甲烷等之鹵化烴;四乙基秋蘭姆二硫化物(tetraethyl thiuram disulfide)、二伸戊基秋蘭姆二硫化物、二異丙基黃原酸二硫化物等之含硫化合物等。此等係可單獨或組合2種類以上使用。其中,較佳為硫醇類,更佳可使用三級十二基硫醇。分子量調整劑之使用量係隨著其種類而不同,但相對於100重量份的全部單體,較佳為0.1~0.8重量份,更佳為0.2~0.7重量份。
乳化聚合通常在水中進行。相對於100重量份的全部單體,水之使用量較佳為80~500重量份,更佳為100~200重量份。
於乳化聚合時,按照需要亦可更使用上述以外之聚合副材料。作為如此的聚合副材料,可舉出螯合劑、分散劑、pH調整劑、脫氧劑、粒徑調整劑等,此等之種類、使用量亦沒有特別的限定。
聚合溫度係沒有特別的限定,但通常為0~95℃,較佳為5~70℃。添加聚合抑制劑而停止聚合反應後,
依照所欲,去除未反應的單體,藉由調整固體成分濃度、pH,可得到用於本發明的浸漬成形用乳膠。停止聚合反應時的聚合轉化率通常為80重量%以上,較佳為90重量%。
構成用於本發明的浸漬成形用乳膠之共聚物粒子的重量平均粒徑,通常為30~1000nm,較佳為50~500nm,更佳為70~200nm。此粒徑若過小,則乳膠黏度變得過高而難以操作,相反地若過大則浸漬成形時的成膜性降低,難以得到具有均質的膜厚之浸漬成形品。
用於本發明的浸漬成形用乳膠之全部固體成分濃度,通常為20~65重量%,較佳為30~60重量%,更佳為35~55重量%。此濃度若過低,則乳膠的輸送效率降低,相反地若過高,則其製造變困難,同時乳膠黏度變過高而難以操作。
用於本發明的浸漬成形用乳膠之pH,通常為5~13,較佳為7~10,更佳為7.5~9。乳膠之pH若過低,則機械安定性降低,於乳膠之運送時有容易發生粗大凝聚物之不良狀況,相反地若過高,則乳膠黏度變過高而難以操作。
在用於本發明的浸漬成形用乳膠中,依照所欲,亦可以指定量添加乳膠中通常添加之抗老化劑、抗氧化劑、防腐劑、抗菌劑、增黏劑、分散劑、顏料、染料等之各種添加劑。
用於本發明的浸漬成形用乳膠組成物,係包含上述浸漬成形用乳膠與交聯劑所成,較佳為在上述浸漬成形用乳膠中添加交聯劑而成。藉由含有交聯劑,可得到能浸漬成形的組成物。
作為交聯劑,可使用浸漬成形中所通常使用者,並沒有特別的限定,但例如可舉出有機過氧化物或硫系交聯劑等。
作為有機過氧化物,例如可舉出過氧化二苯甲醯、過氧化苯甲醯(3-甲基苯甲醯)(benzonyl(3-methylbenzoyl)peroxide)、過氧化二(4-甲基苯甲醯)(di-(4-methylbenzoyl)peroxide)、過氧化二月桂醯基、過氧化物二硬脂醯基、二-α-過氧異丙苯(di-α-cumyl peroxide)、1,1-雙(三級丁基過氧)環十二烷、過氧化雙琥珀醯酸、貳(4-三級丁基環己基)過氧二碳酸酯、過氧化馬來酸三級丁酯(t-butyl peroxy maleic acid)等。此等係可單獨或組合2種以上使用。於此等的有機過氧化物之中,從能得到物性的平衡優異之浸漬成形品之點而言,較佳為過氧化二苯甲醯基及過氧化二月桂醯基,更佳可使用過氧化二苯甲醯基。
作為硫系交聯劑,可舉出粉末硫、硫華、沈降性硫、膠態硫、表面處理硫、不溶性硫等之硫;氯化硫、二氯化硫、啉二硫化物、烷基苯酚二硫化物、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N,N’-二硫代-雙(六氫-2H-azenopin-2)、含磷多硫化物、高分子多硫化物等之含硫化合物;硫蘭、二甲基二硫胺甲酸硒、2-(4’-啉基
二硫代)苯并噻唑等之供硫化合物等。此等係可單獨使用一種,也可併用複數種。
交聯劑之添加量,相對於100重量份的浸漬成形用乳膠中之全部固體成分,較佳為0.01~5重量份,更佳為0.05~3重量份,特佳為0.1~2重量份。交聯劑之添加量若過少,則有拉伸強度差之傾向。又,交聯劑之添加量若過多,則有手感及拉伸強度差之傾向。
使用硫系交聯劑作為交聯劑時,較佳為將硫系交聯劑分散於水中作為水分散液添加。藉由作為水分散液添加,針孔或凝聚物的附著等之缺陷少,而且得到具有高拉伸強度及高撕裂強度之手套等的浸漬成形品。另一方面,不將硫系交聯劑作為水分散液添加時,不僅拉伸強度或撕裂強度降低,而且由於發生凝聚物,有無法得到良好手套作為保護器之虞。
作為硫系交聯劑的分散液之調製方法,並沒有特別的限制,但較佳為於硫系交聯劑中添加溶劑,用球磨機或珠磨機等的濕式粉碎機進行粉碎攪拌之方法。
使用硫作為交聯劑時,較佳為摻合交聯促進劑(加硫促進劑)或氧化鋅。
作為交聯促進劑(硫化促進劑),可使用浸漬成形中所通常採用者。例如,可舉出二乙基二硫胺甲酸、二丁基二硫胺甲酸、二-2-乙基己基二硫胺甲酸、二環己基二硫胺甲酸、二苯基二硫胺甲酸、二苄基二硫胺甲酸等之二硫胺甲酸類及彼等之鋅鹽;2-巰基苯并噻唑、
2-巰基苯并噻唑鋅、2-巰基噻唑啉、二苯并噻唑基‧二硫化物、2-(2,4-二硝基苯基硫代)苯并噻唑、2-(N,N-二乙基硫代‧胺甲醯基硫代)苯并噻唑、2-(2,6-二甲基-4-啉基硫代)苯并噻唑、2-(4'-啉基‧二硫代)苯并噻唑、4-啉基-2-苯并噻唑基‧二硫化物、1,3-雙(2-苯并噻唑基‧巰基甲基)脲等,但較佳為二乙基二硫胺甲酸鋅、二丁基二硫胺甲酸鋅、2-巰基苯并噻唑、2-巰基苯并噻唑鋅。此等之交聯促進劑係可單獨使用1種,也可併用2種以上。相對於100重量份的浸漬成形用乳膠中之全部固體成分,交聯促進劑之使用量為0.1~10重量份,較佳為0.5~5重量份。
又,相對於100重量份的浸漬成形用乳膠中之全部固體成分,氧化鋅之使用量為5重量份以下,較佳為0.1~3重量份,更佳為0.5~2重量份。
於本發明所用的浸漬成形用乳膠組成物中,按照需要亦可添加指定量的抗老化劑、抗氧化劑、防腐劑、抗菌劑、濕潤劑、增黏劑、分散劑、顏料、染料、填充材、補強材、pH調整劑等之各種添加劑。
浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之固體成分濃度較佳為5~40重量%,更佳為10~25重量%。浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之pH較佳為8.5~12,更佳為9~11之範圍。
於將本發明之浸漬成形用乳膠組成物供浸漬成形之前,亦可使熟成(亦稱為前硫化)。
使用有機過氧化物作為交聯劑時,使熟成時的溫度條件及熟成時間係沒有特別的限定,但較佳為在20~30℃進行數小時~10小時。
使用硫系交聯劑作為交聯劑時,作為使熟成時的溫度條件,較佳為20~30℃。又,使熟成時的時間,從可得到具有高拉伸強度及高撕裂強度的手套等之浸漬成形品的觀點而言,較佳為12小時以上,更佳為24小時以上。此時間若過短,則所得之浸漬成形品的拉伸強度或撕裂強度降低。
而且,於前硫化之後到供浸漬成形之前,較佳為在10℃~30℃之溫度下儲存。若維持著原來的高溫進行儲存,則所得之浸漬成形品的拉伸強度有降低之傾向。
本發明之浸漬成形品係將上述的浸漬成形用乳膠組成物予以浸漬成形而得。作為浸漬成形法,可以採用習知的方法,例如可舉出直接浸漬法、陽極凝集浸漬法、浸漬凝集浸漬法等。其中,於容易地得到具有均勻厚度的浸漬成形品之點,較佳為陽極凝集浸漬法。以下,說明作為一實施形態的藉由陽極凝集浸漬法之浸漬成形法。
首先,將浸漬成形模具浸漬於凝固劑溶液中,而使凝固劑附著於浸漬成形模具之表面。
作為浸漬成形模具,材質係可使用瓷器製、玻璃製、金屬製、塑膠製等各種者。模具的形狀只要是
符合最終製品的浸漬成形品之形狀即可。例如,當浸漬成形品為手套時,浸漬成形模具的形狀係可使用自手腕至指尖為止的形狀、自手肘至指尖為止的形狀等各種形狀。又,浸漬成形模具係可在其表面的全體或一部分,施予光澤加工、半光澤加工、非光澤加工、編織花樣加工等之表面加工。
凝固劑溶液係使能凝固乳膠粒子的凝固劑溶解於水或醇或彼等之混合物中而成之溶液。作為凝固劑,可舉出鹵化金屬鹽、硝酸鹽、硫酸鹽等。
其次,將附著有凝固劑的浸漬成形模具浸漬於上述的浸漬成形用乳膠組成物中,然後提起浸漬成形模具,而在浸漬成形模具表面上形成浸漬成形層。
接著,將浸漬成形模具上所形成的浸漬成形層予以加熱,進行構成浸漬成形層的共聚物之交聯。
交聯用的加熱溫度較佳為60~160℃,更佳為80~150℃。加熱溫度若過低,則由於交聯反應需要長時間,而有生產性降低之虞。又,加熱溫度若過高,則促進共聚物的氧化降解,成形品的物性有降低之虞。加熱處理的時間只要是按照加熱處理溫度來適宜選擇即可,通常為5~120分鐘。
於本發明中,在對浸漬成形層施予加熱處理之前,較佳為將浸漬成形層在20~80℃的溫水中浸漬0.5~60分鐘左右,預先去除水溶性雜質(乳化劑、水溶性高分子、凝固劑等)。
接著,將經加熱處理所交聯的浸漬成形層,自浸漬成形模具進行脫模,而得到浸漬成形品。脫模方法係可採用以手自成形模具進行剝離之方法,或藉由水壓或壓縮空氣之壓力進行剝離之方法等。
於脫模後,可更在60~120℃之溫度,進行10~120分鐘的加熱處理(後交聯步驟)。再者,於浸漬成形品的內側及/或外側之表面上,亦可形成氯化處理或塗布處理等所造成的表面處理層。
又,作為本發明之浸漬成形品,代替上述的浸漬成形模具,亦可使用(被浸漬成形之)被覆對象物,而成為亦包含被覆對象物者。再者,在此情況下,不需要上述的脫模步驟。
本發明之浸漬成形品的撕裂強度為50N/mm以上,較佳為60N/mm以上。此處,浸漬成形品的撕裂強度係可根據ASTM D624-00進行測定。浸漬成形品的撕裂強度若過小,則在進行接觸油脂的作業中有破裂之虞。
又,本發明之浸漬成形品的拉伸強度為25MPa以上,較佳為30MPa以上。此處,浸漬成形品的拉伸強度係可根據ASTM D624-00進行測定。浸漬成形品的拉伸強度若過小,則在戴用時破裂,或在進行接觸油脂的作業中有破裂之虞。
另外,本發明之浸漬成形品的油膨潤率為5%以下,較佳為3.5%以下,更佳為2%以下。此處,本發明中,油膨潤率係可使用在指定的試驗油中將浸漬成
形品的試驗片予以浸漬前的試驗片之面積與予以浸漬後之面積而求得。具體地,將試驗油浸漬前與浸漬後的面積之變化除以浸漬前的面積,以所得之值(面積膨潤率)表示。又,於本發明中,浸漬成形品的油膨潤率係使用IRM903作為試驗油之值。浸漬成形品的油膨潤率若過大,則在戴用時破裂,或在進行接觸油脂的作業中有破裂之虞。
本發明之浸漬成形品的厚度通常為0.05~3mm。本發明之浸漬成形品係耐油性優異、手感良好、且具有高拉伸強度及高撕裂強度。因此,本發明之浸漬成形品係可適用於哺乳瓶用奶嘴、吸管、導管、水枕等之醫療用品;氣球、玩偶、球等之玩具或體育用品;加壓成形用袋、氣體儲存用袋等之工業用品;手術用、家庭用、農業用、漁業用及工業用之手套;指套等。再者,當成形品為手套時,可為支撐型,也可為未支撐型。
以下舉出實施例、比較例,具體地說明本發明。此等之例中的「份」及「%」,只要沒有特別預先指明,則為重量基準。惟,本發明不受此等實施例所限定。
實施例及比較例中的測定及評價係如以下地進行。
自實施例及比較例所得之橡膠手套,依據ASTM D-412,使用啞鈴(SDMK-100C:DUMBBELL公司製),製作啞鈴形狀的試驗片。接著,以500mm/分鐘的
拉伸速度拉伸此試驗片,測定破裂時的拉伸強度(MPa)。又,拉伸強度愈高愈佳。
撕裂強度係根據ASTM D624-00測定。具體地,將實施例及比較例所得之橡膠手套,以啞鈴(SDMK-1000C:DUMBBELL公司製)衝壓(punching),製作試驗片。然後,用Tensilon萬能試驗機(商品名「RTC-1225A」,(股)ORIENTEC製),以500mm/min的拉伸速度拉伸該試驗片,測定撕裂強度(單位:N/mm)。
將實施例及比較例所得之浸漬成形品的橡膠手套衝裁成直徑20mm的圓形,作為試驗片。將此試驗片浸漬於指定的試驗油(IRM903)中24小時後,測定試驗片的面積。然後,求得將試驗油浸漬前與浸漬後的面積之變化除以浸漬前的面積而得之值(面積膨潤率),作為耐油性的指標。
實際戴用實施例及比較例所得之浸漬成形品的橡膠手套,評價耐性。對戴用皆相同之人、並於相同之日實施,戴用時以未穿戴之手拿著手套的手插入部之端,將該部分拉伸到手肘為止而戴上。同一樣品各穿戴10只,用下述之基準來評價。
A:1只也沒有破裂
B:1~2只破裂
C:3~5只破裂
D:6只以上破裂
實際戴用實施例及比較例所得之浸漬成形品的橡膠手套,實施4小時的機械保養作業,用下述之基準來評價耐性。再者,所謂的機械保養作業,具體地係使用工具的機械之拆卸、洗淨、灌油、組裝作業。對同一樣品,以5只實施試驗,破裂的時間係以5只的平均時間來算出。
A:3小時以上未破裂
B:在2小時以上且少於3小時中破裂
C:在1小時以上~少於2小時中破裂
D:在少於1小時破裂
於聚合反應器中,加入45.5份的異戊二烯、19.5份的1,3-丁二烯、29.0份的丙烯腈、6.0份的甲基丙烯酸、0.4份的三級十二基硫醇、132份的離子交換水、3份的十二基苯磺酸鈉、0.5份的β-萘磺酸福馬林縮合物鈉鹽、0.3份的過硫酸鉀及0.05份的乙二胺四乙酸鈉鹽,將聚合溫度保持在30~40℃,進行聚合,反應直到聚合轉化率達到94%為止。
自所得之共聚物乳膠去除未反應單體後,調整共聚物乳膠的pH及固體成分濃度,得到固體成分濃度40%、pH8之實施例1的浸漬成形用乳膠。
將1.0份的膠態硫(細井化學(股))、0.5份的分散劑(花王(股)製Demol N)、0.0015份的5%氫氧化鉀(和光純藥(股))、1.0份的水在球磨機中粉碎攪拌48小時,得到固體成分濃度50重量%的硫分散液。
於上述的浸漬成形用乳膠中,添加5%氫氧化鉀水溶液,而將pH調整至10.0,同時相對於100份的浸漬成形用乳膠中之共聚物,以各自固體成分換算,成為1.0份的膠態硫(作為上述硫分散液添加)、0.5份的二丁基二硫胺甲酸鋅、1.5份的氧化鋅之方式,添加各配合劑的水分散液。再者,於添加時,在已攪拌乳膠的狀態下,徐徐添加指定量的各配合劑之水分散液。
接著,更添加離子交換水而將固體成分濃度調整至20%後,藉由在溫度30℃、24小時之條件下,進行液面緩慢流動的程度之攪拌而使熟成,調製浸漬成形用乳膠組成物。
使用上述的浸漬成形用乳膠組成物,藉由以下之方法製造浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)。
首先,藉由混合18份的硝酸鈣、0.05份的為非離子性乳化劑之聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚及82份的水,而準備凝固劑水溶液。其次,於此凝固劑水溶液中浸漬手套模具5秒鐘,提起後,在溫度50℃、10分鐘之條件下進行乾燥,而使凝固劑附著於手套模具。然後,將附著有凝固劑的手套模具浸漬於上述的浸漬成形用乳
膠組成物中6秒鐘,提起後,在溫度50℃、10分鐘之條件下進行乾燥,而在手套模具表面形成浸漬成形層。
然後,將該手套模具在50℃的溫水中浸漬2分鐘,而使水溶性雜質溶出,在溫度70℃、10分鐘之條件下進行乾燥。接著,在溫度120℃、20分鐘之條件下進行加熱處理,而使浸漬成形層交聯。
接著,自手套模具剝離已交聯的浸漬成形層,得到厚度為0.07mm的橡膠手套。對於所得之橡膠手套,藉由上述方法,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了於浸漬成形用乳膠之製造中,將異戊二烯之量變更為52.0份,更且將1,3-丁二烯之量變更為13.0份以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠之製造。除了使用如此所得之浸漬成形用乳膠以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了於浸漬成形用乳膠之製造中,將異戊二烯之量變更為61.75份,更且將1,3-丁二烯之量變更為3.25份以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠
之製造。除了使用如此所得之浸漬成形用乳膠以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了於浸漬成形用乳膠之製造中,將異戊二烯之量變更為65.0份,更且不使用1,3-丁二烯以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠之製造。除了使用如此所得之浸漬成形用乳膠以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了於浸漬成形用乳膠之製造中,分別將異戊二烯之量變更為55.2份、將1,3-丁二烯之量變更為13.8份,更且將丙烯腈之量變更為25.0份以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠之製造。除了使用如此所得之浸漬成形用乳膠以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了於浸漬成形用乳膠之製造中,分別將異戊二烯之量變更為52.8份、將1,3-丁二烯之量變更為13.2份,更且將甲基丙烯酸之量變更為5.0份以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠之製造。除了使用如此所得之浸漬成形用乳膠以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了於浸漬成形用乳膠之製造中,將異戊二烯之量變更為32.5份,更且將1,3-丁二烯之量變更為32.5份以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠之製造。除了使用如此所得之浸漬成形用乳膠以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了於浸漬成形用乳膠之製造中,將1,3-丁二烯之量變更為65.0份,不使用異戊二烯以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠之製造。除了使用如此所得之浸漬成形用乳膠以外,與實施例1同樣地進行
浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了於浸漬成形用乳膠之製造中,分別將異戊二烯之量變更為67.2份、將1,3-丁二烯之量變更為16.8份,更且將丙烯腈之量變更為10.0份以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠之製造。除了使用如此所得之浸漬成形用乳膠以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
除了作為浸漬成形用乳膠,使用實施例4所製造的浸漬成形用乳膠與比較例2所製造的浸漬成形用乳膠以重量比80:20所混合者以外,與實施例1同樣地進行浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之調製及浸漬成形品(橡膠手套)之製造,對於所得之橡膠手套,進行拉伸強度及撕裂強度之測定、耐油浸漬試驗,更且進行戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性之評價。表1中顯示結果。
如表1中所示,將包含浸漬成形用乳膠與交聯劑所成之浸漬成形用乳膠組成物予以浸漬成形,其中該浸漬成形用乳膠包含共聚物,該共聚物係含有40~80重量%的包含異戊二烯單元之共軛二烯單體單元(A)、20~45重量%的乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及2~15重量%的乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所成,前述異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元之含有比例以重量比計為異戊二烯單元:丁二烯單元=60:40~100:0,藉此所成之撕裂強度為50N/mm以上、拉伸強度為25MPa以上、且油膨潤率為5%以下之浸漬成形品,其戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性優異(實施例1~6)。
另一方面,若異戊二烯單元之含有比例小、撕裂強度低,則機械保養作業耐性差(比較例1及2)。
又,若乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)之含有比例小、拉伸強度低、IRM903油膨潤率高,則戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性差(比較例3)。
另外,若浸漬成形用乳膠組成物的撕裂強度及拉伸強度低、更且IRM903油膨潤率高,則戴用時耐性及機械保養作業耐性顯著地差(比較例4)。
Claims (11)
- 一種浸漬成形品,其係將包含浸漬成形用乳膠與交聯劑所成之浸漬成形用乳膠組成物予以浸漬成形而成,其撕裂強度為50N/mm以上,拉伸強度為25MPa以上,且油膨潤率為5%以下,該浸漬成形用乳膠包含共聚物,該共聚物係含有40~80重量%的包含異戊二烯單元之共軛二烯單體單元(A)、20~45重量%的乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及2~15重量%的乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所成,該異戊二烯單元與丁二烯單元之含有比例以重量比計為異戊二烯單元:丁二烯單元=60:40~100:0。
- 如請求項1之浸漬成形品,其中該乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)為丙烯腈單元。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其中該乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)為乙烯性不飽和單羧酸單體單元。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其中該乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)為甲基丙烯酸單元。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其中該共聚物包含該共軛二烯單體單元(A)、該乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及該乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)以外之其他單體單元(D),相對於100重量%的全部單體單元,該其他單體單元(D)之含量為10重量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其中該共聚物包含該共軛二烯單體單元(A)、該乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及該乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)以外之其他單體單元 (D),相對於100重量%的全部單體單元,該其他該單體單元(D)之含量為5重量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其中該共聚物係僅由該共軛二烯單體單元(A)、該乙烯性不飽和腈單體單元(B)及該乙烯性不飽和酸單體單元(C)所構成者。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其中相對於100重量份的該浸漬成形用乳膠中之固體成分,該浸漬成形用乳膠組成物中的該交聯劑之添加量為0.01~5重量份。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其中該浸漬成形用乳膠組成物之固體成分濃度為5~40重量%。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其厚度為0.05~3mm。
- 如請求項1或2之浸漬成形品,其係藉由陽極凝集浸漬法(anode coagulant dipping method)而得。
