Abstract

本發明提供一種工具刀庫之換刀裝置,係基座設有驅動件、壓缸、連動件以及取刀件,驅動件相對有連結部和撥動部,壓缸有一活塞桿樞接於連結部,可驅動驅動件旋轉,連動件樞接在基座且緊鄰驅動件,連動件有一套接部讓撥動部可活動地套設,取刀件設在連動件,撥動部隨驅動件旋轉而以一弧形路徑撥動連動件,使連動件轉動一角度,取刀件可隨連動件轉動而在垂直位置和水平位置間擺動,藉以達到換刀裝置可省力驅動以及取刀件擺動穩定的功效。

Description

工具刀庫之換刀裝置
本發明係關於一種工具刀庫之換刀裝置,尤指一種應用於工具機之工具刀庫而可供刀具置換之換刀裝置。
習知工具機,係由主軸安裝加工所用之刀具以進行工件之加工。傳統主軸所安裝之刀具係以人工拆換,而有安裝緩慢而影響加工效率的問題。進而,業界發展出自動換刀技術,係於工具機旁設置工具刀庫,且在工具機和工具刀庫之間裝設換刀裝置,可將多種加工用之刀具放置於前述工具刀庫,而可由換刀裝置自動取出刀具後安裝在工具機之主軸,亦可由主軸取出刀具而放回工具刀庫。
如台灣專利公告第M543136號專利案,所揭露之刀庫結構有複數刀套,所述刀套設有滾輪,此滾輪係設置在一活塞缸所帶動之一控制部,藉由活塞缸驅動控制部呈直線位移,刀套即可在一垂直位置和一水平位置之間往復擺動,而以刀套帶動所述刀具進行倒刀動作。
然而,所述專利案所設之控制部係直接套設在刀套所設之滾輪,意即所述活塞缸和刀套所設之滾輪間並無任何的省力裝置,而因滾輪和刀套之間所形成之力臂短,所述活塞缸必須提供足以直接驅動刀套擺動的力量,可見 其活塞缸必須具有較大出力的規格,不免導致活塞缸之成本較高且體積較大的問題。此外,活塞缸驅動控制部以直線位移的方式帶動刀套擺動,雖可令刀套達到快速擺動之效果,惟也導致刀套在擺動過程會產生晃動和速度前後不一致的問題。
因此,如何解決上述習知工具刀庫之換刀裝置的問題者,即為本發明之重點所在。
為解決上述課題,本發明提供一種工具刀庫之換刀裝置,在於驅動件受壓缸驅動而旋轉時,驅動件之撥動部隨驅動件之旋轉而以一弧形路徑撥動連動件之套接部,藉以令取刀件轉動而在垂直位置和水平位置間擺動,以完成換刀過程之倒刀動作。
本發明之一項實施例提供一種工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其包含:一基座;一驅動件,以一軸件樞接於基座,驅動件相對軸件在相異的兩端分別具有一連結部和一撥動部,連結部和軸件之距離大於撥動部和軸件之距離;一壓缸,設於基座,且有一可伸縮之活塞桿,活塞桿的一端樞接連結部,可驅動前述驅動件以軸件為中心而旋轉;一連動件,樞接在基座且緊鄰驅動件,連動件具有一套接部,撥動部可活動地套設在套接部,撥動部隨驅動件旋轉而以一弧形路徑撥動連動件,且使連動件轉動一角度;以及 一取刀件,設在連動件,可隨連動件轉動角度而在一垂直位置和一水平位置間擺動。
藉此,活塞桿之一端和連動件之間係以可旋轉之驅動件而相連接,藉由驅動件之設置而延長活塞桿之一端和連動件之間的力臂長度,進而形成當活塞桿伸縮而帶動連動件擺動時之省力機構,壓缸便可降低出力而選用較小出力的規格,藉以達到壓缸成本可相對降低且壓缸體積可相對縮小之功效。
此外,驅動件之撥動部撥動連動件之套接部,是以一弧形路徑位移,藉以令取刀件轉動而在垂直位置和水平位置間擺動,撥動部對連動件之施力位置能順著連動件的擺動角度而呈弧線位移,藉此讓刀套在擺動過程不會產生晃動和速度前後不一致的問題,進而可讓刀套之擺動穩定且順暢。

為便於說明本發明於上述發明內容一欄中所表示的中心思想,茲以具體實施例表達。實施例中各種不同物件係按適於說明之比例、尺寸、變形量或位移量而描繪,而非按實際元件的比例予以繪製,合先敘明。
請參閱圖1至圖11所示,本發明之一實施例提供一種工具刀庫之換刀裝置100,其包含一基座10、一驅動件20、一壓缸30、一連動件40以及一取刀件50,所述工具刀庫於本實施例中為矩陣式刀庫60,包含一置刀架61、一橫向滑座62和一縱向滑座63,基座10固定於縱向滑座63,而縱向滑座63可滑動地設在橫向滑座62。
驅動件20以一軸件21樞接於基座10,驅動件20具有一連結部22和一撥動部23,連結部22和撥動部23相對軸件21是在相異的兩端,連結部22和軸件21之距離大於撥動部23和軸件21之距離。於本實施例中,連結部22有一轉軸221,而撥動部23有一撥桿231,在連結部22和撥動部23之間具有一軸孔24,軸孔24供軸件21穿設,俾供驅動件20樞接在基座10。
壓缸30是設在基座10,壓缸30有一活塞桿31,此活塞桿31為可相對壓缸30而伸縮,活塞桿31的一端樞接連結部22,可由活塞桿31之伸縮而驅動前述驅動件20以軸件21為中心而旋轉,並隨著驅動件20之旋轉,連結部22和撥動部23是呈反向轉動。於本實施例中,壓缸30是以異於活塞桿31的一端可擺動地樞接 在基座10,且壓缸30之活塞桿31的一端是連接於轉軸221,活塞桿31伸縮而驅動前述驅動件20旋轉時,壓缸30可於基座10上順勢擺動。
連動件40樞接在基座10,且連動件40在基座10上的位置是緊鄰驅動件20,連動件40具有一套接部,撥動部23可活動地套設在套接部,撥動部23隨驅動件20旋轉而以一弧形路徑撥動連動件40(如圖6至圖8所示),且使連動件40轉動一角度。於本實施例中,連動件40轉動之角度為90度。於本實施例中,套接部係連動件40上對應撥桿231而設之長形槽41,長形槽41有一開口411,此開口411可供撥桿231可活動地套設在長形槽41中,而得以撥桿231撥動連動件40。
承上,連動件40在長形槽41的兩側分別具有一翼部42,各翼部42分別具有一卡槽43,各卡槽43和開口411為同向開設,各卡槽43自開口411往外側漸深且形成一抵接部431,各抵接部431的內輪廓對應轉軸221之外輪廓,兩抵接部431分別在垂直位置P1和水平位置P2時交替阻擋於轉軸221而限位。
本實施例之撥桿231,其一桿徑d1和長形槽41之寬度約略相等,且長形槽41之寬度在開口411處略為漸縮而形成一阻擋部412,此阻擋部412僅佔開口411約略一半,撥桿231位在長形槽41內時,以阻擋部412在開口411處阻擋撥桿231,令撥桿231不致於掉出長形槽41。於本實施例中,由圖3所示,長形槽41有一間距D1,長形槽41因開口411處略為漸縮而在阻擋部412之間有一間距D2,撥桿231的一側具有一凹部231a,此凹部231a係於撥桿231之徑向凹入,撥桿231在異於凹部231a位置有桿徑d1,撥桿231在凹部231a位置有一桿徑d2,間距D2是小於桿徑d1但大於桿徑d2,且間距D1大於桿徑d1,故而撥桿231能夠以凹部231a對應阻擋部412而由開口411置入長形槽41內(如圖4所示),且轉動撥桿231使凹部231a異於阻擋部412的方向,使撥桿231可被阻擋部412阻擋在長形 槽41內(如圖5所示)。
取刀件50設在連動件40,取刀件50可隨連動件40轉動90度而在一垂直位置P1和一水平位置P2間擺動。本實施例之取刀件50有一缸體51,且取刀件50有一刀套52,刀套52係可伸縮地設置在缸體51中,缸體51具有一結合部511,以此結合部511固定於連動件40,讓缸體51可隨連動件40轉動90度。本實施例之刀套52,其一端具有一取刀部521(如圖9至圖10所示),刀套52以此取刀部521接合刀庫60之刀具A,且刀套52可被控制而使取刀部521伸出缸體51,或使取刀部521縮入缸體51,當取刀部521伸出缸體51時進行取刀動作,且當取刀動作完成後,取刀部521縮入缸體51。於本實施例中,缸體51係以氣壓控制刀套52之伸縮動作。
承上,缸體51於一側設有一導槽512,刀套52於遠離取刀部521的一端連接一導軌53,導軌53可活動地伸設於導槽512,俾供刀套52在缸體51中伸縮時,以導軌53沿導槽512滑動而提供導正的效果。於本實施例中,導軌53呈L形而有一水平段531和一垂直段532,導軌53以水平段531和刀套52連接,且以垂直段532伸設於導槽512且可沿導槽512滑動。
如圖6所示,假設取刀件50位在垂直位置P1,且刀套52之取刀部521係縮入缸體51內時,為一初始狀態。配合圖11所示,欲以取刀件50在置刀架61上取的刀具A時,可藉由橫向滑座62和縱向滑座63作動,意即橫向滑座62帶動基座10橫向位移,而縱向滑座63帶動基座10縱向位移,以帶動基座10至一選定之刀具A的位置,此時便可將取刀件50位移至水平位置P2進行取刀動作。
承上,要將取刀件50位移至水平位置P2,係如圖7至圖8所示,壓缸30之活塞桿31伸出,且令活塞桿31一端所連結之驅動件20呈逆時鐘方向轉動, 此時的連結部22為往下移,而撥動部23呈反方向而上移,致使撥桿231以弧形路徑(即撥桿231自圖6移動至圖8所經過的路徑)在長形槽41中位移而撥動連動件40,隨著連動件40擺動至其抵接部431(即位在圖8中連動件40左側之抵接部431)阻擋於轉軸221而限位時,即已帶動取刀件50位移至水平位置P2。接著,取刀件50以前述氣壓控制刀套52之取刀部521伸出缸體51,此時刀具A隨取刀部521伸出缸體51而被其套住(如圖9所示),即可再由橫向滑座62帶動縱向滑座63以一略為橫移之作動而將刀具A從置刀架61上取出,並帶著刀具A移往工具機之換刀位置。
當刀具A在換刀位置進行換刀時,取刀件50必須位移至垂直位置P1(如圖10所示),而讓換刀臂(圖中未示)得以旋轉而取刀。壓缸30之活塞桿31縮回,而令活塞桿31一端所連結之驅動件20呈順時鐘方向轉動,此時的連結部22為往上移,而撥動部23呈反方向而下移,致使撥桿231以弧形路徑在長形槽41中位移而撥動連動件40,隨著連動件40擺動至其另一抵接部431(即位在圖10中連動件40上側之抵接部431)阻擋於轉軸221而限位時,以帶動取刀件50位移而回歸至垂直位置P1,即可讓前述換刀臂旋轉取刀。接著,取刀件50以前述氣壓再控制刀套52之取刀部521縮回缸體51,此時取刀件50即回復到圖6所示之初始狀態。
由上述之說明不難發現本發明之優點,在於:
1、本發明之換刀裝置,其活塞桿31係一端和連動件40之間有驅動件20而相互連接,藉由驅動件20之設置,而能延長活塞桿31之一端和連動件40之間長度,相對於習知換刀裝置有增長力臂之效果,當活塞桿31伸縮而帶動連動件40擺動時形成省力機構,所以壓缸30能降低出力,意即壓缸30 可選用較小出力的規格,藉以達到壓缸30成本可相對降低,而且壓缸30體積可相對縮小之功效。
2、承1,驅動件20之撥動部23撥動連動件40,即上述實施例之撥桿231於長形槽41內撥動連動件40,撥動部23是以一弧形路徑位移,藉以令取刀件50轉動而在垂直位置P1和水平位置P2間擺動,撥動部23對連動件40之施力位置能順著連動件40的擺動角度呈弧線位移,讓刀套52在擺動過程不會產生晃動和速度前後不一致的問題,進而可讓刀套52之擺動穩定且順暢。
3、藉由連動件40之翼部42在卡槽43中有抵接部431之設置,令取刀件50位在垂直位置P1和水平位置P2時,可由兩抵接部431交替地阻擋於轉軸221,以提供連動件40確實定位的效果。
4、藉由連動件40在長形槽41之開口411處有阻擋部412,且撥桿231的一側對應地具有凹部231a,讓撥桿231可由開口411置入長形槽41後,藉由撥桿231轉動而讓凹部231a異於阻擋部412的方向,而當撥桿231在長形槽41中移向開口411時,撥桿231的桿徑d1大於阻擋部412之間距D2,而可阻擋撥桿231不致掉出長形槽41外,以確實定位撥桿231在長形槽41中。
以上所舉實施例僅用以說明本發明而已,非用以限制本發明之範圍。舉凡不違本發明精神所從事的種種修改或變化,俱屬本發明意欲保護之範疇。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其包含: 一基座; 一驅動件,以一軸件樞接於該基座,該驅動件相對該軸件在相異的兩端分別具有一連結部和一撥動部,該連結部和該軸件之距離大於該撥動部和該軸件之距離; 一壓缸,設於該基座,且有一可伸縮之活塞桿,該活塞桿的一端樞接該連結部,可驅動該驅動件以該軸件為中心而旋轉; 一連動件,樞接在該基座且緊鄰該驅動件,該連動件具有一套接部,該撥動部可活動地套設在該套接部,該撥動部隨該驅動件旋轉而以一弧形路徑撥動該套接部,且使該連動件轉動一角度;以及 一取刀件,設在該連動件,可隨該連動件轉動該角度而在一垂直位置和一水平位置間擺動。
  2. 如請求項1所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,該連結部有一轉軸,而該撥動部有一撥桿,在該連結部和該撥動部之間具有一軸孔,該軸孔供該軸件穿設而樞接,該壓缸以異於該活塞桿的一端可擺動地樞接在該基座,該壓缸之活塞桿的一端連接該轉軸;該套接部係該連動件上對應該撥桿而設之長形槽,該長形槽有一開口供該撥桿可活動地套設在該長形槽中,以該撥桿撥動該套接部。
  3. 如請求項2所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,該連動件在該長形槽的兩側分別具有一翼部,各翼部分別具有一卡槽,各卡槽和該開口為同向開設,各卡槽自該開口往外側漸深且形成一抵接部,各抵接部的內輪廓對應該轉軸之外輪廓,該兩抵接部分別在該垂直位置和該水平位置時交替阻擋於該轉軸而限位。
  4. 如請求項2或3所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,該撥桿之桿徑和該長形槽之寬度約略相等,且該長形槽之寬度在該開口處縮小而形成一阻擋部,該撥桿位在該長形槽內時,以該阻擋部在該開口處阻擋該撥桿不掉出該長形槽。
  5. 如請求項4所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,該撥桿的一側具有一於徑向凹入之凹部,該撥桿在該凹部位置之桿徑小於該阻擋部之間距,該撥桿以該凹部對應該阻擋部而由該開口置入該長形槽內,且轉動該撥桿使該凹部異於該阻擋部的方向,使該撥桿可被該阻擋部阻擋在該長形槽內。
  6. 如請求項1所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,該取刀件有一缸體,且有一刀套可伸縮地設置在該缸體中,該缸體具有一結合部固定於該連動件而可隨該連動件轉動該角度,該刀套的一端具有一取刀部可接合刀庫之刀具,且該刀套可被控制而使該取刀部伸出該缸體以進行取刀動作,且取刀動作完成後使該取刀部縮入該缸體。
  7. 如請求項6所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,該缸體於一側設有一導槽,該刀套於遠離該取刀部的一端連接一導軌,該導軌可活動地伸設於該導槽,俾供該刀套在該缸體中伸縮時,以該導軌沿該導槽滑動而提供導正的效果。
  8. 如請求項7所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,該導軌呈L形有一水平段和一垂直段,該導軌以該水平段和該刀套連接,且以該垂直段伸設於該導槽且可沿該導槽滑動。
  9. 如請求項1所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,該角度為90度。
  10. 如請求項1所述之工具刀庫之換刀裝置,其中,所述工具刀庫為矩陣式刀庫,包含一置刀架、一橫向滑座和一縱向滑座,該基座固定於該縱向滑座,該縱向滑座可滑動地設在該橫向滑座,該橫向滑座帶動該基座橫向位移,而該縱向滑座帶動該基座縱向位移。
