Abstract

一種換刀單元及具有該換刀單元之換刀裝置,該換刀單元係具有一座體及二軸設於座體上之刀臂而分別位於座體兩側,各臂體上係具有一復位元件及一夾持元件、致動元件,該復位元件讓刀臂得在一第一位置與一第二位置間向下或向上位移偏轉,該夾持元件得以夾持一主軸刀具或一刀庫刀具,該換刀單元係可與一動力單元結合而構成一換刀裝置,動力單元係可驅使換刀單元旋轉或既昇降又旋轉,藉上述結構,該換刀單元之兩刀臂在主軸下降時,主軸會驅使該致動元件,使位於主軸該側的刀臂會向下偏轉位移而不會干涉主軸的正常下降,使該換刀單元可適用於利用主軸昇降時進行更換刀具或藉由換刀裝置昇降及旋轉而更換刀具,且換刀單元完成一個換刀動作之軌跡,只須旋轉180度即可完成換刀動作,有效縮短換刀之所需時間。

Description

換刀單元及具有該換刀單元之換刀裝置
本發明係與金屬加工機之換刀裝置有關,更詳而言之係指一種可適用於藉由主軸升降而更換刀具或藉由換刀裝置昇降及旋轉而更換刀具之換刀單元。
按,目前自動化之金屬加工機,大部分會設置有刀庫及自動換刀裝置,由刀庫收納多數不同切削效果、造型與尺寸之刀具,再由換刀裝置於刀庫與加工機之主軸間進行刀具之轉換。 請參閱台灣第106202581號『自動換刀系統之刀夾復位機構』新型專利及第一、二圖所示(以下簡稱第一習知案),該第一習知案中所應用之刀庫,業界通稱為夾臂式刀庫12,其係利用主軸11上下昇降時,直接以主軸11與夾臂式刀庫12中已選定之刀具進行更換,請配合參閱第一、二圖所示,該夾臂式刀庫12係組設於主軸11之正前方,以利方便而又節省時間的進行刀具之更換,惟其有以下數個缺點: 第一是不能安排數量太多之刀具,因為在安排數量較多之刀具時,將使其夾臂式刀庫12之整體體積過大而會與須經常啟閉之金屬加工機10前側面13發生相互干涉之問題,由於該夾臂式刀庫12之刀具無法安排較多之數量,致所搭載該夾臂式刀庫12之金屬加工機10所需之多樣化加工之需求無法被滿足。 第二是夾臂式刀庫在進行選刀時,必須等主軸向上離開而不干涉刀庫的轉動,才能進行選刀之作業,致換刀效率不佳。 第三是夾臂式刀庫的刀具數若較高時,其直徑必須加大許多,當要換上相對側之刀具時,該刀具轉動位移的距離會變得很長,致換刀的時間也變長,一樣有換刀效率不佳之問題。 請再參閱台灣第107202369號『加工機之打換刀機構』新型專利及第三至七圖所示(以下簡稱第二習知案),該第二習知案係以一種業界稱為凸輪式換刀裝置20搭配一種圓盤式刀庫24而能以凸輪式換刀裝置20驅動換刀臂23上下昇降及旋轉的方式進行刀具之更換,該凸輪式換刀裝置20係由一驅動馬達21及一凸輪箱22所構成,由該驅動馬達21驅動一滾齒凸輪201及一平面凸輪203旋轉,並進而帶動一轉軸205上之凸齒轉輪202及軸設於平面凸輪203上之搖柄204,而使轉軸205可帶動組設於轉軸205下方之換刀臂23昇降及旋轉,請配合參閱第七圖及第四圖所示,該習知凸輪式換刀裝置20之動作軌跡係令換刀臂23處於一待機位置,待刀庫刀具207及主軸刀具206兩者都位於扣刀位置時,再令換刀臂23逆時針方向旋轉90度而完成扣刀動作,請配合第五圖所示,完成扣刀動作之換刀臂23則會被驅動下降至一定點後再逆時針旋轉180度而進行換刀,使刀庫刀具207與主軸刀具206之位置互換,請再配合第六圖所示,該換刀臂23乃會又被驅動上昇至一定點位置而進行插刀動作,即,使該原先的主軸刀具206插於刀庫24,該刀庫刀具207插於主軸25,該換刀臂23則再順時針旋轉90度而又回復至待機位置,該習知凸輪式換刀裝置20搭配圓盤式刀庫24的作法,由於該圓盤式刀庫24係位於主軸25之旁側而非位於正前方,是以,其乃可安排較多之刀具數量,而不會與須經常啟閉之金屬加工機前側面產生相互干涉之問題,唯,其卻有兩個缺點,一為該凸輪箱22之構造複雜、平面凸輪203及滾齒凸輪201之加工不易及精準度不好控制,相對的使製造成本亦居高不下;二為該換刀臂23須旋轉360度才能完成一個換刀動作,其換刀之效率可謂不佳。
有鑑於此,為改善先前技術之缺點,本發明人乃潛心研究,不斷的設計改良,終有達成以下發明目的之本發明誕生。 本發明之主要目的乃在於提供一種換刀單元及具有換刀單元之換刀裝置, 藉該換刀單元係可同時適用於利用主軸昇降時進行更換刀具或藉由換刀裝置昇降及旋轉而更換刀具,使該換刀單元可不受限於單一型式之換刀方式,而具有廣泛之適用性。 本發明之次要目的乃在於提供一種換刀單元及具有換刀單元之換刀裝置,藉該換刀單元係以旋轉方式換刀,而可搭配圓盤式刀庫、鏈條式刀庫而進行換刀,進而可安排較多數量之刀具於刀庫中,使金屬加工機多樣化加工之需求可被滿足。 本發明之再一目的乃在於提供一種換刀單元及具有換刀單元之換刀裝置,藉該換刀單元之兩刀臂可受驅使而向下位移偏轉之特性,不會干涉主軸之正常向下位移,使該換刀單元完成一個換刀動作僅須旋轉180度,而可有效的縮短換刀所需之時間。 本發明之又一目的乃在於提供一種換刀單元及具有換刀單元之換刀裝置, 藉該換刀單元之兩刀臂係可受驅使而向下、向上位移偏轉之特性,使用來驅動換刀單元旋轉或昇降旋轉之動力單元,有更多不同型式的選擇。 緣此,本發明乃提供一種換刀單元,其至少包含有:一座體、兩軸設於座體上而位於座體之兩側之刀臂,該座體具有一結合部,各刀臂係具有一臂體、一復位元件、一夾持元件、一致動元件; 該臂體之一端係構成軸樞端,另一端係構成一夾持端而設置有夾持元件; 該復位元件係連結於臂體與座體之間,藉復位元件之設置,使臂體可在一第一位置與一第二位置間向下及向上位移偏轉; 該夾持元件,其係具有一開口而用於夾持一刀桿; 該致動元件,其係設於臂體上,其係可受到主軸之驅使而令臂體向下位移偏轉。 上述之換刀單元係可與一驅使換刀單元旋轉180度之動力單元搭配而構成一換刀裝置,該動力單元包括一具有一轉軸之伺服馬達或亦可以一驅動馬達搭配一分割器來取代伺服馬達之型式,上述兩種型式之換刀裝置乃可應用於以主軸昇降進行更換刀具之模式。 該換刀單元亦可與一種可驅使換刀單元做昇降及旋轉動作之動力單元搭配 ,而構成另一種型式之換刀裝置,該動力單元係可包括一種習知之凸輪箱搭配一驅動馬達,或一種以一氣壓缸、轉軸搭配一伺服馬達之型式來達到令換刀單元做昇降、旋轉之動作,此兩種型式之換刀裝置乃不須藉助主軸之昇降來進行更換刀具,而是以動力單元本身具備可驅使換刀單元昇降、旋轉之特性來進行刀具之更換。 由以上說明可知,藉該換刀單元可同時適用於利用主軸昇降時進行更換刀具或藉由換刀裝置之昇降及旋轉而更換刀具,使該換刀單元可不受限於單一型式之換刀方式,而具有廣泛之適用性;且,由於換刀單元之刀臂可隨主軸之昇降而自動向下或向上偏轉位移,換刀單元並不會干涉主軸的正常下降來進行加工作業,藉此,乃使受動力單元驅使而旋轉之換刀單元完成一個換刀動作僅須旋轉180度,而可有效縮短換刀所需之時間。
為使貴審查委員能對本創作之特徵與其特點有更進一步之了解與認同,茲列舉以下之實施例並配合圖式說明如下: 請參閱第八至十一圖所示,本實施例之換刀單元30,其係包含一座體31、兩軸樞於座體31上之刀臂32,其中; 該座體31概呈一ㄇ型體,其具有一頂端面311及自頂端面311兩側向下延伸之側壁312、313,其內部係具有一容置空間314而與外界連通,其頂端面311具有一結合部3111而可與一轉軸結合固定,其兩側壁312、313係具有兩組兩兩相通之貫穿孔315;該兩刀臂32之其中一端係各自軸設於座體31中,另一端則分別位於座體31之兩側,各刀臂32係具有一臂體33、一復位元件34、一夾持元件35、一致動元件361、一擋止元件362; 由於兩刀臂32之結構係相同,以下僅就其中一刀臂32詳細說於後: 該臂體33之一端係構成軸樞端331,並具有一貫穿之軸樞孔332,該軸樞孔332係與座體31上之其中一貫穿孔315對正,再以一軸桿37自其中一側壁312穿過軸樞孔332而抵至另一側壁313,該軸桿37末端環面係形成有一環凹溝371,該環凹溝371並可供一自側壁313底端向上螺入之沉孔螺絲372而自螺孔316穿出時抵入,使軸桿37無法脫離,而將臂體33軸樞於座體中;該臂體33另一端係構成一夾持端333而可供一夾持元件35組設;該軸樞端331與夾持端間333係形成一自上凸起之致動部36;該軸樞端331與臂體33間係曲折一角度。 該復位元件34係連結於臂體33與座體31之間,藉復位元件34之設置,使臂體33可在一第一位置337與一第二位置338間位移偏轉(如第十圖所示);本實施例之復位元件34為一扭轉彈簧341,該扭轉彈簧341之彈簧中心孔342係可供軸桿37穿樞,扭轉彈簧341之第一末端343係以一鎖固件345固定於側壁312上,另一第二末端344係以一鎖固件346固定於臂體33上,該兩鎖固件345、346係可為螺絲。 該夾持元件35,係由兩夾爪351、一壓縮彈簧356、一扣塊334所構成,該扣塊334係可分離方式的組設於臂體33夾持端333之端面,該各夾爪351之接近中間位係設一軸樞孔352,該臂體33之夾持端333兩側相對於各夾爪351之軸樞孔352處亦各設有一軸樞孔335,並以一插梢3351穿過,而將各夾爪351軸設於夾持端33;該壓縮彈簧356係置入於臂體33之一貫穿之容置孔337中,兩夾爪351之夾爪末端353係分別抵接於壓縮彈簧356之兩端,且受到壓縮彈簧356之作用而被向外推移 ;兩夾爪351之夾爪前端354與夾持端333端面間係構成一開口357,該各夾爪前端354係軸設有一滾輪355;該兩夾爪前端354及滾輪355係可扣合於一刀桿100之環凹溝104中,而該扣塊334係會崁入於刀桿100之其中一崁槽103中,使該刀桿100可被夾持元件35穩固的夾持住。 該致動元件361,其係設於臂體33之致動部36上,其係可受到主軸之驅使而令臂體33向下位移偏轉;本實施例之致動元件361係一軸設於致動部36之滾輪; 該擋止元件362,其係可選擇性的設置於座體31上,或臂體33之致動部36上,本實施例之擋止元件362係一螺絲,其係螺設於致動部36上,並可調整高度,於臂體33自下方朝上偏轉位移時,其係可抵靠於座體31之內頂端面3112,藉調整螺絲之高度,可調整臂體33之夾持端333與兩夾爪351之水平度。 請再參閱第十二、十三圖所示,其係本發明第二種實施例之換刀單元40,其與第一種實施例之換刀單元30除復位元件41不同之外,其餘之結構乃相同,其復位元件41係一拉伸彈簧,各拉伸彈簧之一端係固定於座體31之側壁312、313,另一端係連結於穿樞於致動部36之軸梢363上,藉拉伸彈簧之彈力作用提供向下偏轉位移之臂體33得以自動回復至原位。 請再參閱第十四、十五圖所示,其係本發明第三種實施例之換刀單元50,其與第一種實施例之換刀單元30除復位元件51不同之外,其餘之結構乃相同,其復位元件51係一氣壓缸,各氣壓缸之一端係固定於座體31之側壁312、313,另一端係連結於穿樞於致動部36之軸梢363上,藉氣壓缸之推拉動作而可提供臂體33向上或向下偏轉位移至指定之位置。 請再參閱第十六、十七圖所示,其係本發明第四種實施例之換刀單元60,其與第一種實施例之換刀單元30除復位元件51不同之外,其餘之結構乃相同,其復位元件係包括一筒體63、一壓縮彈簧64、一推桿62、一連桿61,該筒體63係固設於座體31一側之底端,壓縮彈簧64係置於筒體63中,該推桿62之一端係與連桿61軸樞於一起,另一端係抵接於壓縮彈簧64,連桿61之另一端係軸設於致動部36上,當致動元件361被主軸(圖未示)驅使而向下偏轉位移時,該連桿61乃帶動推 桿62而抵壓於壓縮彈簧64,該壓縮彈簧64乃同時蓄積一彈性反作用力,當主軸減緩或解除對致動元件361施力時,該壓縮彈簧64乃可反向推抵推桿62、連桿61及臂體33向上偏轉位移而回到原位。 請再參閱第十八圖至二十四圖所示,以上四種實施例之換刀單元30、40、50、60係可搭配一動力單元而構成一換刀裝置70,以下僅以第一種實施例之換刀單元30與各種動力單元71、72、73、74之搭配做說明。 當本發明之換刀單元30是應用於以主軸昇降進行更換刀具之模式時,其係可組裝於如第十八圖所示之動力單元71之轉軸712上,或組裝於第十九圖所示之動力單元72之轉軸723上,而構成一換刀裝置70,其中,該動力單元71係至少包括一伺服馬達711及一受伺服馬達驅動之轉軸712,藉伺服馬達711精準之定位效果,乃可令換刀單元30準確的進行180度的旋轉到定位;而該動力單元72則係以一驅動馬達721搭配一分割器722(該分割器722為一習知之產品,恕不贅述 ),藉該分割器722既有之定位功能,與驅動馬達721搭配運轉時,亦能令換刀單元30準確的進行180度的旋轉到定位。 當本發明之換刀單元30係非以利用主軸昇降來進行更換刀具時,該換刀單元30係可如第二十圖所示,組裝於動力單元74之轉軸743上,而構成一換刀裝置70,或組裝於第二十一所示之動力單元73之轉軸738上,而構成一換刀裝置70,其中,該動力單元74係以一驅動馬達741搭配一凸輪箱742(該凸輪箱係一習知之產品,恕不贅述),藉驅動馬達741驅動凸輪箱742中之平面凸輪、滾齒凸輪(圖未示)等之作動,乃可令換刀單元30做昇降及旋轉180度的動作而進行刀具之更換;另外,該動力單元73則係由一氣壓缸731、一伺服馬達733、一主傳動輪734、一被傳動輪736、一皮帶735、一具內齒部7371之驅動軸737、一具外齒部7381之轉軸738、一保護筒739所構成;其中,該主動輪734係可受伺服馬達733驅動而轉動,皮帶735係套設在主傳動輪734及被傳動輪736上,該被動輪736係與驅動軸737結合固定於一起,該轉軸738係穿過驅動軸737,轉軸738之外齒部7381係與驅動軸737之內齒部7371相互嚙合,因此,伺服馬達733可帶動轉軸738旋轉,該轉軸738之頂端係與氣壓缸731之壓缸桿732結合固定,因此,氣壓缸731可帶動轉軸738上下位移,該驅動軸737及轉軸738係收納於保護筒739中,僅轉軸738之底端露出保護筒739外,藉上述之結構設計及藉伺服馬達733精準之定位效果,乃可帶動換刀單元30做上下昇降及旋轉180度的動作而進行刀具之更換。 請參閱第二十五圖至三十八圖所示,以下就本發明之換刀單元30搭配動力單元71、一圓盤式刀庫90與一金屬加工機之主軸80進行換刀作業,說明以主軸80昇降之模式進行主軸刀具814、刀庫刀具901之更換,其中,該主軸80係具有一壓制部81而可一起同步昇降,該壓制部81之上端係構成一直邊段813,下端係構成一斜邊段811,斜邊段811之最底端係構成一接觸始點812;而該圓盤式刀庫90係包括一刀庫本體91、一轉盤92,數軸設於轉盤92上而成環狀排列之刀套94、一驅動裝置95、一上下推引裝置93,該刀庫本體91之一側係形成有一軸向凸出之凸環911;該轉盤92係具有一通孔923,於靠近通孔923處係環設有數轉動軸承922,於轉動軸承922之外圈係環設有數驅動軸承921,該環設之數轉動軸承922係套設於凸環911上,並可於凸環911上滾動;該驅動裝置95係結合固定於刀庫本體91上,並位於凸環911之另一側,其係具有一驅動部951而可被驅動而轉動,該驅動部951係可與各驅動軸承921抵接,驅動部951轉動時,係可驅動轉盤92正轉或逆轉;該上下推引裝置93係組設於一固定板932上,其係具有一推引部931,推引部931係可被驅動而上下位移,該上下推引裝置93係可為氣壓缸或油壓缸,該固定片932係組設於凸環911上而可同時限制轉盤92自凸環911上掉出;請配合參閱第三十四圖至第三十六圖,該各刀套94係具有縱向之套體943,套體943之頂端係橫向延伸一壓制部942,壓制部942上並軸設有一滾輪9421,套體943頂端兩側各設有一凸出之軸桿941,套體943之底端係形成為透空狀,套體943係呈半罩式,其一側係形成有一開口944而與外界相通,開口944之頂端則形成一縮小徑之隘口945,於隘口945往內側處係形成一定位部946,該隘口係與套體內部相通,該定位部係可於隘口945外周形成一階級緣,定位部946兩側各形成一具缺口9461A、9462A之凹槽9461、9462,各凹槽9461、9462中係各設置有一環彈片9463、9464,各環彈片9463、9464係可自缺口9461A、9462A露出在外側;請配合參閱第三十五圖所示,該刀套94之底端兩側係各形一夾持部949,該兩夾持部949之底端係各開設有一朝軸向延伸而連通至頂端之剖槽947,各剖槽947之外側端係連通於外側,剖槽947之內側端係形成有一擴大槽948,各擴大槽948亦朝軸向延伸而連通於頂端,該兩夾持部949係可因受力而微張,及因解除受力而回復原狀。 請參閱第二十五圖所示,各刀套94軸設於轉盤92上時,其平常係呈朝轉盤92之外側傾斜一角度,該轉盤92轉動時,各刀套94之滾輪9421係會通過上下推引裝置93之推引部931,當選定好其中一刀庫刀具901時,該推引部931乃會受驅動而下降,並推動夾持該刀庫刀具901之刀套94上之滾輪9421,令該刀套94朝轉盤92之內側傾斜一角度,並同時使組裝刀庫刀具901之刀桿100被換刀單元30之夾持元件35所夾持住,處於預備換刀之狀態,另方面當主軸80須更換主軸刀具814時,乃會向上昇起,且換刀單元30之臂體33係隨著壓制部81與致動元件361間之抵接狀態而逐漸回後至原位,並在主軸80繼續上昇時,該組裝主軸刀具814之刀桿100會被夾持元件35夾持住,不會再與主軸80一起上昇,而一旦主軸80上昇至不干涉換刀單元30之旋轉,該動力單元71乃會令換刀單元30旋轉180度 ,而將刀庫刀具901與主軸刀具814之位置互換。 請參閱第二十六至二十八圖所示,主軸80基於加工之需要,乃會又向下位移,並於壓制部81之接觸始點812抵接到致動元件361前,該組裝刀庫刀具901 之刀桿100乃會被主軸80夾持住,且隨著主軸80更往下位移,該斜邊段811乃抵接於致動元件361,並令臂體33逐漸向下位移偏轉而不會干涉到主軸80的繼續向下位移(如第二十七圖所示),隨著該主軸80繼續下降,該壓制部81之直邊段813乃會恆抵壓於致動元件361而使臂體33繼續保持向下偏轉之狀態,且該整個直邊段361之距離,係能符合主軸80進行加工時上下位移所需要之行程,於此同時,當要拿取換位至刀庫90下方之主軸刀具814下來時,該推引部931乃會受驅動而向上拉升,該刀套94乃會朝轉盤92之外側偏轉位移,並與轉盤92間具一傾斜角度(如第二十八圖所示),該刀套94在向轉盤92外側偏轉過程,係會同時將位於換刀單元30上之組裝著主軸刀具814之刀桿100夾持住(如第二十七圖所示)。 請繼續參閱第二十九至三十一圖所示,該轉盤92乃會依程序設定而轉動,並於所選定之刀庫刀具901之刀套94位於推引部931時停止,該推引部931乃會受驅動而下降,並推動夾持該刀庫刀具901之刀套94上之滾輪9421,令該刀套94朝轉盤92之內側傾斜一角度,並同時使組裝刀庫刀具901之刀桿100被換刀單元30之夾持元件35所夾持住,而再次處於預備換刀之狀態(如第三十圖所示),當主軸80須再次更換主軸刀具814時,乃會向上昇起,且換刀單元30之臂體33係隨著壓制部81與致動元件361間之抵接狀態而逐漸回後至原位,並在主軸80繼續上昇時,該組裝主軸刀具814之刀桿100會被夾持元件35夾持住,不會再與主軸80一起上昇,而一旦主軸80上昇至不干涉換刀單元30之旋轉,該動力單元71乃會令換刀單元30旋轉180度,而將刀庫刀具901與主軸刀具814(此處之主軸刀具814係先前更換過來之刀庫刀具901,為了有所區隔,圖號調整為814)之位置互換;由以上說明,只要重複第二十五圖至三十一圖之步驟,便可不斷的以主軸80的昇降來進行更換主軸刀具。 請配合參閱第三十三至三十五圖所示,補充說明該刀桿100與刀套94係如 何結合固定,該刀桿之縮頸頭100係會卡抵於刀套94之定位部946(階級緣)上而無法掉落,並同時受兩環彈片9463、9464之彈性壓抵而不會左右晃動,刀桿100之錐拔身102則受到刀套94下方之兩夾持部949之交相束緊,使刀桿100整體被牢牢的夾持住,該兩夾持部949則受到錐拔身102之壓迫而略為張開,並蓄積一股彈性反作用力,一旦刀桿100離問刀套94時,該兩夾持部949又會縮小而回到原始位置;請配合參閱第三十七圖所示,其係刀套94之定位部946之第二種 實施態樣,當該結合部946係以階級緣之態樣呈現時,於結合部946之兩側係各設有一貫穿上下兩端之弧形剖槽9467,並由外側朝內側延伸,各剖槽9467之內側端並形成一貫穿上下兩端之擴大槽9468,隘口945乃將結合部946區隔為左右兩側,結合部946與與隘口945間乃構成一彈性夾爪之態樣而可夾持一刀桿100,於受力時可微張,解除受力時又可回復原狀,由於本實施態樣之結合部946本身即具有彈性,是以,則不須再有凹槽9461、9462及環彈9463、9464片之設置;請再配合參閱第三十八圖所示,其係刀套94之定位部946之第三種實施例態樣,其係一種没有階級緣之態樣,其係由數埋設於隘口945內環壁面之珠體9465各搭配一彈簧9466而構成,各珠體9465係可彈性張縮,刀桿100之縮頸頭101係可同時卡抵於數鋼珠9465上而無法掉落,且受到各鋼珠9465的彈性壓抵而不會晃動。 請參閱第四十六、四十七圖所示,本發明之各種換刀單元30、40、50、60及搭配各種動力單元71、72、73、74所構成之換刀裝置70,亦可適用於一種鏈條式刀庫200而進行與主軸80間之換刀作業;該鏈條式刀庫200係至少具有一動力輪210、一被動輪211、一套設在動力輪210與被動輪211上之鏈條212、數軸設於鏈條212上之刀套94、一上下推引裝置215,該各刀套94係可供組裝有刀庫刀具214之刀桿100相結合,該動力輪210轉動時,係可帶動鏈條212及被動輪211一起轉動,進而帶動刀套213及結合於刀套213上之刀桿100及刀庫刀具214,而進行選刀作業,該刀套213係與第三十五圖所示之刀套94完全相同,恕不贅述,但該刀套94之定位部946係仍可像第三十七圖或第三十八圖一樣的實施態樣而實 施;該上下推引裝置215係可推引各刀套213偏轉位移;該鏈條式刀庫200搭配本發明之換刀單元30、動力單元711而與主軸80進行換刀作業之方式是與圓盤式刀庫90相同,且能達到相同之功效,其詳細的換刀動作恕不再贅述。 請參閱第三十九圖至第四十五圖所示,以下就本發明之換刀單元30搭配動力單元74應用於金屬加工機之主軸80及另一種圓盤式刀庫90A,說明以動力單元74之驅動馬達741驅動凸輪箱742之構件而令轉軸743可上下位移及旋轉之模式 來進行主軸刀具814、刀庫刀具901A之更換,其中,該該主軸80亦具有一壓制部81而可一起同步昇降,該壓制部81之上端係構成一直邊段813,下端係構成一斜邊段811,斜邊段811之最底端係構成一接觸始點812;該圓盤式刀庫90A之刀套94A係習知之全罩式,該刀套94A於拔刀或插刀時,其係受驅使而呈縱向,並與地面呈垂直,於轉動選刀時,其係受驅使而呈橫向,並與地面呈平行。 請參閱第三十九圖所示,當刀軸80須更換主軸刀具814時,乃會向上昇起,且換刀單元30之臂體33係隨著壓制部81與致動元件361間之抵接狀態而逐漸回復至原位,當該壓制部81上昇至其接觸始點812抵壓於致動元件361處時,該主軸80即不在上昇,該組裝主軸刀具814之刀桿100則會被夾持元件35夾持住,另方面,已選定好之刀庫刀具901A,也被另一端之夾持元件35所夾持住,處於預備換刀之位置,該驅動馬達741乃會驅使凸輪箱742作動而令轉軸743向下位移(如第四十圖所示),而完成拔刀動作,且換刀單元30會被轉軸743驅使而旋轉180度,令該主軸刀具814與刀庫刀具901A交換位置(如第四十一圖所示),且基於凸輪箱742內部機構(此為一習知之構造,恕不贅述)之作動,該轉軸743乃會帶動換刀單元30向上位移,組裝有主軸刀具814、刀庫刀具901A之刀桿100乃會各自插入主軸80、刀套94A中,而完成插刀動作(如第四十二圖所示),主軸80基於加工之需要,乃會又向下位移,該斜邊段811乃抵接於致動元件361,並令臂體33逐漸向下位移偏轉而不會干涉到主軸80的繼續向下位移(如第四十三圖所示),而該刀套94A乃被驅使而從縱向位置轉換為橫向位置,並同時將換刀單元30另一側之夾持元件35所夾持之刀桿100及換位過來的主軸刀具814自夾持元件35上移出(如第四十四圖所示),該主軸80於此同時係繼續下降,並使該壓制部81之直邊段813恆抵壓於致動元件361而使臂體33繼續保持向下偏轉之狀態,且該整個直邊段361之距離,同樣能符合主軸80進行加工時上下位移所需要之行程,而該刀庫90A會再選定出另一刀庫刀具而轉動,該被選定之刀庫刀具901A之刀套94A則會被驅使而自橫向位置轉換為縱向位置,刀庫刀具901A之刀桿100則又受到夾持元件35所夾持住而再次處於預備換刀之位置,該主軸80須換刀時乃會再次上昇,並於壓制部81之接觸始點812抵壓於致動元件361前,該組裝有主軸刀具814(此處之主軸刀具814係先前更換過來之刀庫刀具901A,為了有所區隔,圖號調整為814)之刀桿100已被換刀單元30另一側之夾持元件35夾持住(如第四十五圖所示),此時,只須再依第三十九圖至第四十四圖之步驟,即可不斷的進刀主軸刀具814、刀庫刀具901A之更換。 由以上說明實可知,本發明實具有以下之優點: 1. 本發明各種實施例之換刀單元30、40、50、60可同時適用於利用主軸80昇降時進行更換刀具或藉由換刀裝置70昇降而更換刀具,使本發明之各種實施例之換刀單元30、40、50、60可不受限於單一型式之換刀方式,而具有廣泛之適用性。 2. 本發明各種實施例之換刀單元30、40、50、60,無論是利用主軸80昇降時進行更換刀具或藉由換刀裝置70昇降及旋轉而更換刀具,其換刀所需之旋轉軌跡,皆只需旋轉180度,可有效縮短換刀所需之時間。 3. 本發明各種實施例之換刀單元30、40、50、60之兩刀臂32係可自獨立的位移偏轉,位於主軸80這一側之刀臂32在主軸80在進行加工時,係可獨立的受主軸80之驅使而向下偏轉,位於刀庫這一側之刀臂32則不受影響的仍可進行選刀之作業,有效改善了夾臂式刀庫之缺點。 4. 本發明各種實施例之換刀單元30、40、50、60可適用於各種不同的動力單元71、72、73、74 ,其可靈活的應用於各種不同功能需求的金屬加工機。 以上所揭,僅為本發明所提供之較佳實施例而已,並非用以限制本發明之實施範圍,凡本技術領域內之相關技藝者根據本發明所為之均等變化,皆應屬本發明所涵蓋之範圍。

Claims (19)

  1. 一種換刀單元,其至少包含有:一座體、兩軸設於座體上而位於座體兩側之刀臂,該座體具有一結合部,各刀臂係具有一臂體、一復位元件、一夾持元件、一致動元件; 該臂體之一端係構成軸樞端,另一端係構成一夾持端而設置有夾持元件; 該復位元件係連結於臂體與座體之間,藉復位元件之設置,使臂體可在一第一位置與一第二位置間向下及向上位移偏轉; 該夾持元件,其係具有一開口而用於夾持一刀桿; 該致動元件,其係設於臂體上,其係可受到一主軸之驅使而令臂體向下位移偏轉。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀單元,其係還包括一擋止元件,該擋止元件,其係可選擇的設於座體上或臂體上,於臂體向上偏轉位移時可抵靠於臂體與座體間,進而調整臂體及夾持元件之水平度。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀單元,該臂體之軸樞端與臂體間係曲折一角度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀單元,該臂體係形成一向上凸起之致動部,該致動元件係設於致動部上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀單元,該復位元件係一扭轉彈簧。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀單元,該復位元件係一拉伸彈簧。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀單元,該復位元件係一氣壓缸。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀單元,該復位元件係包括一筒體、一壓縮彈簧、一推桿、一連桿,該筒體係固設於座體一側之底端,壓縮彈簧係置於筒體中,該推桿之一端係與連桿軸樞於一起,另一端係抵接於壓縮彈簧,連桿之另一端係軸設於致動部上。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀單元,該夾持元件係至少包括兩夾爪、一壓縮彈簧、一扣塊所構成,兩夾爪與臂體之夾持端端面間係構成一開口,兩夾爪係可彈性的張縮而與扣塊共同夾持一刀桿。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之換刀單元,該致動元件係一軸設於致動部上之滾輪。
  11. 一種換刀裝置,其係至少包括一換刀單元、一動力單元;該換刀單元至少包含有:一座體、兩軸設於座體上而位於座體兩側之刀臂,該座體具有一結合部,各刀臂係具有一臂體、一復位元件、一夾持元件、一致動元件; 該臂體之一端係構成軸樞端,另一端係構成一夾持端而設置有夾持元件; 該復位元件係連結於臂體與座體之間,藉復位元件之設置,使臂體可在一第一位置與一第二位置間向下及向上位移偏轉; 該夾持元件,其係具有一開口而用於夾持一刀桿; 該致動元件,其係設於臂體上,其係可受到一主軸之驅使而令臂體向下位移偏轉; 該動力單元係至少具有一可被驅動而轉動之轉軸,換刀單元係結合於該轉軸上。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之換刀裝置,該動力單元係包括一伺服馬達,該轉軸係與該伺服馬達連接。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之換刀裝置,該動力單元係包括一驅動馬達及一分割器,該馬達係與分割器連接,該轉軸係連接於分割器。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之換刀裝置,該動力單元係包括一氣壓缸、一伺服馬達、一主傳動輪、一被傳動輪、一皮帶、一具內齒部之驅動軸、一具外齒部之轉軸、一保護筒所構成;其中,該主動輪係受伺服馬達驅動而轉動,皮帶係套設在主傳動輪及被傳動輪上,該被動輪係與驅動軸結合固定於一起,該轉軸係穿過驅動軸,轉軸之外齒部係與驅動軸之內齒部相互嚙合,該轉軸之頂端係與氣壓缸之壓缸桿結合固定,伺服馬達可帶動轉軸旋轉,氣壓缸可帶動轉軸上下位移,該驅動軸及轉軸係收納於保護筒中,轉軸之底端結合該換刀單元。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之換刀裝置,該動力單元係包括一驅動馬達及一凸輪箱,該驅動馬達係與凸輪箱相接而可驅動凸輪箱中之構件作動,該轉軸係與凸輪箱相接而可由凸輪箱驅動轉軸昇降及旋轉。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之換刀裝置,其係還包括一圓盤式刀庫,該圓盤式刀庫係至少包括一刀庫本體、一轉盤,數軸設於轉盤上而成環狀排列之刀套、一驅動裝置、一上下推引裝置; 該刀庫本體之一側係形成有一軸向凸出之凸環; 該轉盤係具有一通孔,於靠近通孔處係環設有數轉動軸承,於轉動軸承之外圈係環設有數驅動軸承,該環設之數轉動軸承係套設於刀庫本體之凸環上,並可於凸環上滾動; 該驅動裝置係結合固定於刀庫本體上,並位於凸環之另一側,其係具有一驅動部而可被驅動而轉動,該驅動部係可與各驅動軸承抵接,驅動部轉動時,係可驅動轉盤正轉或逆轉; 該上下推引裝置係具有一推引部,推引部係可被驅動而上下位移; 該各刀套係具有縱向之套體,套體之頂端係橫向延伸一壓制部,壓制部上並軸設有一滾輪,套體頂端兩側各設有一凸出之軸桿,套體之底端係形成為透空狀,套體係呈半罩式,其一側係形成有一開口而與外界相通,開口之頂端則形成一縮小徑之隘口,隘口係與套體之內部相通,該隘口往內側處係形成一定位部,該套體之內側面兩側係各設有一夾持部; 轉盤轉動時,該各刀套上之滾輪係會通過上下推引裝置之推引部,可受推引部上下推引而在轉盤之兩側間偏轉。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之換刀裝置,該刀套之夾持部係自其底端各開設有一朝軸向延伸而連通至夾持部頂端之剖槽,各剖槽之外側端係連通於外側,各剖槽之內側端係形成有一擴大槽,各擴大槽亦朝軸向延伸而連通於夾持部之頂端,該兩夾持部係可因受力而微張,及因解除受力而回復原狀。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之換刀裝置,其係還包括一鏈條式刀庫,該鏈條式刀庫係至少具有一動力輪、一被動輪、一套設在動力輪與被動輪上之鏈條、數軸設於鏈條上之刀套、一上下推引裝置,該各刀套係具有縱向之套體,套體之頂端係橫向延伸一壓制部,壓制部上並軸設有一滾輪,套體頂端兩側各設有一凸出之軸桿,套體之底端係形成為透空狀,套體係呈半罩式,其一側係形成有一開口而與外界相通,開口之頂端則形成一縮小徑之隘口,隘口係與套體之內部相通,該隘口往內側處係形成一定位部,該套體之內側面兩側係各設有一夾持部;該動力輪係可帶動鏈條及被動輪一起轉動,進而帶動刀套一起轉動,該上下推引裝置係可推引各刀套偏轉位移。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述之換刀裝置,該刀套之夾持部係自其底端各開設有一朝軸向延伸而連通至夾持部頂端之剖槽,各剖槽之外側端係連通於外側,各剖槽之內側端係形成有一擴大槽,各擴大槽亦朝軸向延伸而連通於夾持部之頂端,該兩夾持部係可因受力而微張,及因解除受力而回復原狀。
