Abstract

本发明公开了一种换刀单元及具有该换刀单元的换刀装置,该换刀单元具有一座体及二轴设于座体上的刀臂而分别位于座体两侧,各臂体上具有一复位元件及一夹持元件、致动元件,该复位元件让刀臂得在一第一位置与一第二位置间向下或向上位移偏转,该夹持元件得以夹持一主轴刀具或一刀库刀具,该换刀单元可与一动力单元结合而构成一换刀装置,动力单元可驱使换刀单元旋转或既升降又旋转,借上述结构,该换刀单元的两刀臂在主轴下降时,主轴会驱使该致动元件,使位于主轴该侧的刀臂会向下偏转位移而不会干涉主轴的正常下降,且换刀单元完成一个换刀动作的轨迹,只须旋转180度即可完成换刀动作,有效缩短换刀的所需时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工机,具体指一种换刀单元及具有该换刀单元的换刀装置。
背景技术
按,目前自动化的金属加工机,大部分会设置有刀库及自动换刀装置,由刀库收纳多数不同切削效果、造型与尺寸的刀具,再由换刀装置于刀库与加工机的主轴间进行刀具的转换。
请参阅中国台湾第106202581号『自动换刀系统的刀夹复位机构』新型专利及图1、2所示(以下简称第一习知案),该第一习知案中所应用的刀库,业界通称为夹臂式刀库12,其利用主轴11上下升降时,直接以主轴11与夹臂式刀库12中已选定的刀具进行更换,请配合参阅图1、2所示,该夹臂式刀库12组设于主轴11的正前方,以利方便而又节省时间的进行刀具的更换,惟其有以下数个缺点:
第一是不能安排数量太多的刀具,因为在安排数量较多的刀具时,将使其夹臂式刀库12的整体体积过大而会与须经常启闭的金属加工机10前侧面13发生相互干涉的问题,由于该夹臂式刀库12的刀具无法安排较多的数量,致所搭载该夹臂式刀库12的金属加工机10所需的多样化加工的需求无法被满足。
第二是夹臂式刀库在进行选刀时,必须等主轴向上离开而不干涉刀库的转动,才能进行选刀的作业,致换刀效率不佳。
第三是夹臂式刀库的刀具数若较高时,其直径必须加大许多,当要换上相对侧的刀具时,该刀具转动位移的距离会变得很长,致换刀的时间也变长,一样有换刀效率不佳的问题。
请再参阅中国台湾第107202369号『加工机的打换刀机构』新型专利及图3至图7(以下简称第二习知案),该第二习知案以一种业界称为凸轮式换刀装置20搭配一种圆盘式刀库24而能以凸轮式换刀装置20驱动换刀臂23上下升降及旋转的方式进行刀具的更换,该凸轮式换刀装置20由一驱动马达21及一凸轮箱22所构成,由该驱动马达21驱动一滚齿凸轮201及一平面凸轮203旋转,并进而带动一转轴205上的凸齿转轮202及轴设于平面凸轮203上的摇柄204,而使转轴205可带动组设于转轴205下方的换刀臂23升降及旋转,请配合参阅图7及图4所示,该习知凸轮式换刀装置20的动作轨迹令换刀臂23处于一待机位置,待刀库刀具207及主轴刀具206两者都位于扣刀位置时,再令换刀臂23逆时针方向旋转90度而完成扣刀动作,请配合图5所示,完成扣刀动作的换刀臂23则会被驱动下降至一定点后再逆时针旋转180度而进行换刀,使刀库刀具207与主轴刀具206的位置互换,请再配合图6所示,该换刀臂23乃会又被驱动上升至一定点位置而进行插刀动作,即,使该原先的主轴刀具206插于圆盘式刀库24,该刀库刀具207插于主轴25,该换刀臂23则再顺时针旋转90度而又回复至待机位置,该习知凸轮式换刀装置20搭配圆盘式刀库24的做法,由于该圆盘式刀库24位于主轴25的旁侧而非位于正前方,是以,其乃可安排较多的刀具数量,而不会与须经常启闭的金属加工机前侧面产生相互干涉的问题,唯,其却有两个缺点,一为该凸轮箱22的构造复杂、平面凸轮203及滚齿凸轮201的加工不易及精准度不好控制,相对的使制造成本亦居高不下;二为该换刀臂23须旋转360度才能完成一个换刀动作,其换刀的效率可谓不佳。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的乃在于提供一种换刀单元及具有换刀单元的换刀装置,借该换刀单元可同时适用于利用主轴升降时进行更换刀具或借由换刀装置升降及旋转而更换刀具,使该换刀单元可不受限于单一型式的换刀方式,而具有广泛的适用性。
本发明的次要目的乃在于提供一种换刀单元及具有换刀单元的换刀装置,借该换刀单元以旋转方式换刀,而可搭配圆盘式刀库、链条式刀库而进行换刀,进而可安排较多数量的刀具于刀库中,使金属加工机多样化加工的需求可被满足。
本发明的再一目的乃在于提供一种换刀单元及具有换刀单元的换刀装置,借该换刀单元的两刀臂可受驱使而向下位移偏转的特性,不会干涉主轴的正常向下位移,使该换刀单元完成一个换刀动作仅须旋转180度,而可有效的缩短换刀所需的时间。
本发明的又一目的乃在于提供一种换刀单元及具有换刀单元的换刀装置,借该换刀单元的两刀臂可受驱使而向下、向上位移偏转的特性,使用来驱动换刀单元旋转或升降旋转的动力单元,有更多不同型式的选择。
缘此,本发明乃提供一种换刀单元及具有换刀单元的换刀装置:
一种换刀单元,包含有:一座体、两轴设于座体上而位于座体两侧的刀臂,该座体具有一结合部以与一动力单元结合固定,各刀臂具有一臂体、一复位元件、一夹持元件、一致动元件;
该臂体的一端构成轴枢端而结合于所述座体上,另一端构成一夹持端而设置有所述夹持元件;
该复位元件连接于臂体与座体之间,借复位元件的设置,使臂体可在一第一位置与一第二位置间向下及向上位移偏转;
该夹持元件,其具有一开口而用于夹持一刀杆;
该致动元件,其设于臂体上,其可受到一主轴的驱使而令臂体向下位移偏转。
进一步的,还包括一挡止元件,该挡止元件,其可选择的设于所述座体上或所述臂体上,于臂体向上偏转位移时可抵靠于臂体与座体间,进而可调整臂体及夹持元件的水平度。
进一步的,该臂体的轴枢端与臂体间曲折一角度。
进一步的,该臂体形成一向上凸起的致动部,所述致动元件设于该致动部上。
进一步的,该复位元件为一扭转弹簧。
进一步的,该复位元件为一拉伸弹簧。
进一步的,该复位元件为一复位气压缸。
进一步的,该复位元件包括一筒体、一压缩弹簧、一推杆、一连杆,该筒体固设于所述座体一侧的底端,压缩弹簧置于该筒体中,该推杆的一端与连杆轴枢于一起,该推杆的另一端抵接于压缩弹簧,该连杆的另一端轴设于致动部上。
进一步的,该夹持元件主要由两夹爪、一夹爪压缩弹簧、一扣块所构成,该扣块以可分离的方式组设于所述夹持端的端面,各夹爪的中段轴设于所述夹持端的两侧,夹爪压缩弹簧设于所述夹持端端面的另一端,夹爪压缩弹簧的两端各与所述两夹爪抵接在一起,两夹爪与所述臂体的夹持端端面间构成所述开口,两夹爪可弹性的张缩而与扣块共同夹持所述刀杆。
进一步的,该致动元件为一轴设于所述致动部上的滚轮。
一种换刀装置,包括一换刀单元、一动力单元;该换刀单元包含有:一座体、两轴设于座体上而位于座体两侧的刀臂,该座体具有一结合部以与所述动力单元结合固定,各刀臂具有一臂体、一复位元件、一夹持元件、一致动元件;
该臂体的一端构成轴枢端而结合于所述座体上,另一端构成一夹持端而设置有所述夹持元件;
该复位元件连接于臂体与座体之间,借复位元件的设置,使臂体可在一第一位置与一第二位置间向下及向上位移偏转;
该夹持元件,其具有一开口而用于夹持一刀杆;
该致动元件,其设于臂体上,其可受到一主轴的驱使而令臂体向下位移偏转;
该动力单元至少具有一可被驱动而转动的转轴,该换刀单元结合于该转轴上。
进一步的,该动力单元还包括一第一伺服马达,该转轴与该第一伺服马达连接。
进一步的,该动力单元还包括一第一驱动马达及一分割器,该第一驱动马达与分割器连接,该转轴连接于分割器。
进一步的,该动力单元主要由一动力气压缸、一第二伺服马达、一主传动轮、一被传动轮、一皮带、一具内齿部的驱动轴、一具外齿部的所述转轴、一保护筒所构成;其中,该主传动轮受第二伺服马达驱动而转动,皮带套设在主传动轮及被传动轮上,该被传动轮与驱动轴结合固定于一起,该转轴穿过驱动轴,转轴的外齿部与驱动轴的内齿部相互啮合,该转轴的顶端与动力气压缸的压缸杆结合固定,第二伺服马达可带动转轴旋转,动力气压缸可带动转轴上下位移,该驱动轴及转轴收纳于保护筒中,转轴的底端结合该换刀单元。
进一步的,该动力单元包括一第二驱动马达及一凸轮箱,该第二驱动马达与凸轮箱相接而可驱动凸轮箱中的构件动作,该转轴与凸轮箱相接而可由凸轮箱驱动转轴升降及旋转。
进一步的,其还包括一圆盘式刀库,该圆盘式刀库包括一刀库本体、一转盘、数个轴设于转盘上而成环状排列的刀套、一驱动装置、一上下推引装置;
该刀库本体的一侧形成有一轴向凸出的凸环;
该转盘具有一通孔,于靠近通孔处环设有数个转动轴承,于转动轴承的外圈环设有数个驱动轴承,所述环设的数个转动轴承套设于所述刀库本体的凸环上,并可于凸环上滚动;
该驱动装置结合固定于所述刀库本体上,并位于该凸环的另一侧,其具有一驱动部,驱动部可被驱动而转动,该驱动部可与各驱动轴承抵接,驱动部转动时,可驱动转盘正转或逆转;
该上下推引装置具有一推引部,推引部可被驱动而上下位移;
各刀套具有纵向的套体,套体的顶端横向延伸一压制部,压制部上并轴设有一刀套滚轮,套体顶端两侧各设有一凸出的轴杆而可轴枢结合于所述转盘上,套体的底端形成为透空状,套体呈半罩式,其一侧形成有一刀套开口而与外界相通,刀套开口的顶端则形成一缩小径的隘口,隘口与套体的内部相通,该隘口往内侧处形成一定位部,该套体的内侧面两侧各设有一夹持部;
转盘转动时,各刀套上的刀套滚轮会通过上下推引装置的推引部,可受推引部上下推引而在转盘的两侧间偏转。
进一步的,所述刀套的夹持部自其底端各开设有一朝轴向延伸而连通至夹持部顶端的剖槽,各剖槽的外侧端连通于外侧,各剖槽的内侧端形成有一扩大槽,各扩大槽亦朝轴向延伸而连通于夹持部的顶端,两夹持部可因受力而微张,及因解除受力而回复原状。
进一步的,还包括一链条式刀库,该链条式刀库至少具有一动力轮、一被动轮、一套设在动力轮与被动轮上的链条、数个轴设于链条上的刀套、一上下推引装置,各刀套具有纵向的套体,套体的顶端横向延伸一压制部,压制部上并轴设有一刀套滚轮,套体顶端两侧各设有一凸出的轴杆而可轴枢结合于所述链条上,套体的底端形成为透空状,套体呈半罩式,其一侧形成有一刀套开口而与外界相通,刀套开口的顶端则形成一缩小径的隘口,隘口与套体的内部相通,该隘口往内侧处形成一定位部,该套体的内侧面两侧各设有一夹持部;该动力轮可带动链条及被动轮一起转动,进而带动刀套一起转动,该上下推引装置可推引各刀套偏转位移。
进一步的,所述刀套的夹持部自其底端各开设有一朝轴向延伸而连通至夹持部顶端的剖槽,各剖槽的外侧端连通于外侧,各剖槽的内侧端形成有一扩大槽,各扩大槽亦朝轴向延伸而连通于夹持部的顶端,两夹持部可因受力而微张,及因解除受力而回复原状。
采用上述结构后,上述的换刀单元可与一驱使换刀单元旋转180度的动力单元搭配而构成一换刀装置,该动力单元包括一具有一转轴的第一伺服马达或亦可以一第一驱动马达搭配一分割器来取代第一伺服马达的型式,上述两种型式的换刀装置乃可应用于以主轴升降进行更换刀具的模式。
该换刀单元亦可与一种可驱使换刀单元做升降及旋转动作的动力单元搭配,而构成另一种型式的换刀装置,该动力单元可包括一种习知的凸轮箱搭配一第二驱动马达,或一种以一动力气压缸、转轴搭配一第二伺服马达的型式来达到令换刀单元做升降、旋转的动作,此两种型式的换刀装置乃不须借助主轴的升降来进行更换刀具,而是以动力单元本身具备可驱使换刀单元升降、旋转的特性来进行刀具的更换。
由以上说明可知,借该换刀单元可同时适用于利用主轴升降时进行更换刀具或借由换刀装置的升降及旋转而更换刀具,使该换刀单元可不受限于单一型式的换刀方式,而具有广泛的适用性;且,由于换刀单元的刀臂可随主轴的升降而自动向下或向上偏转位移,换刀单元并不会干涉主轴的正常下降来进行加工作业,借此,乃使受动力单元驱使而旋转的换刀单元完成一个换刀动作仅须旋转180度,而可有效缩短换刀所需的时间。

为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图8至图11所示,本实施例的换刀单元30,其包含一座体31、两轴枢于座体31上的刀臂32,其中,
该座体31概呈一ㄇ型体,其具有一顶端面311及自顶端面311两侧向下延伸的侧壁312、313,其内部具有一容置空间314而与外界连通,其顶端面311具有一结合部3111而可与一转轴结合固定,其两侧壁312、313具有两组两两相通的贯穿孔315;该两刀臂32的其中一端各自轴设于座体31中,另一端则分别位于座体31的两侧,各刀臂32具有一臂体33、一复位元件34、一夹持元件35、一致动元件361、一挡止元件362;由于两刀臂32的结构相同,以下仅就其中一刀臂32详细说于后:
该臂体33的一端构成轴枢端331,并具有一贯穿的轴枢孔332,该轴枢孔332与座体31上的其中一贯穿孔315对正,再以一臂体轴杆37自其中一侧壁312穿过轴枢孔332而抵至另一侧壁313,该臂体轴杆37末端环面形成有一环凹沟371,该环凹沟371并可供一自侧壁313底端向上螺入的沉孔螺丝372而自螺孔316穿出时抵入,使臂体轴杆37无法脱离,而将臂体33轴枢于座体中;该臂体33另一端构成一夹持端333而可供一夹持元件35组设;该轴枢端331与夹持端333间形成一自上凸起的致动部36;该轴枢端331与臂体33间曲折一角度。
该复位元件34连接于臂体33与座体31之间,借复位元件34的设置,使臂体33可在一第一位置337与一第二位置338间位移偏转(如图10所示);本实施例的复位元件34为一扭转弹簧341,该扭转弹簧341的弹簧中心孔342可供臂体轴杆37穿枢,扭转弹簧341的第一末端343以一锁固件345固定于侧壁312上,另一第二末端344以一锁固件346固定于臂体33上,该两锁固件345、346可为螺丝。
该夹持元件35,由两夹爪351、一夹爪压缩弹簧356、一扣块334所构成,该扣块334以可分离的方式的组设于臂体33夹持端333的端面,各夹爪351的接近中间位设一夹爪轴枢孔352,该臂体33的夹持端333两侧相对于各夹爪351的夹爪轴枢孔352处亦各设有一夹持端轴枢孔335,并以一插梢3351穿过,而将各夹爪351轴设于夹持端333;该夹爪压缩弹簧356置入于臂体33的一贯穿的容置孔336中,两夹爪351的夹爪后端353分别抵接于夹爪压缩弹簧356的两端,且受到夹爪压缩弹簧356的作用而被向外推移;两夹爪351的夹爪前端354与夹持端333端面间构成一开口357,各夹爪前端354轴设有一夹爪滚轮355;两夹爪前端354及夹爪滚轮355可扣合于一刀杆100的环凹沟104中,而该扣块334会嵌入于刀杆100的其中一嵌槽103中,使该刀杆100可被夹持元件35稳固的夹持住。
该致动元件361,其设于臂体33的致动部36上,其可受到主轴的驱使而令臂体33向下位移偏转;本实施例的致动元件361是一轴设于致动部36的滚轮;
该挡止元件362,其可选择性的设置于座体31上或臂体33的致动部36上,本实施例的挡止元件362为一螺丝,其螺设于致动部36上,并可调整高度,于臂体33自下方朝上偏转位移时,其可抵靠于座体31的内顶端面3112,借调整螺丝的高度,可调整臂体33的夹持端333与两夹爪351的水平度。
请再参阅图12、13所示,是本发明第二种实施例的换刀单元40,其与第一种实施例的换刀单元30除复位元件34不同之外,其余的结构乃相同,其复位元件41为一拉伸弹簧,各拉伸弹簧的一端固定于座体31的侧壁312、313,另一端连接于穿枢于致动部36的轴梢363上,借拉伸弹簧的弹力作用可使向下偏转位移的臂体33得以自动回复至原位。
请再参阅图14、15所示,是本发明第三种实施例的换刀单元50,其与第一种实施例的换刀单元30除复位元件34不同之外,其余的结构乃相同,其复位元件51为一复位气压缸,各复位气压缸的一端固定于座体31的侧壁312、313,另一端连接于穿枢于致动部36的轴梢363上,借复位气压缸的推拉动作而可使臂体33向上或向下偏转位移至指定的位置。
请再参阅图16、17所示,是本发明第四种实施例的换刀单元60,其与第一种实施例的换刀单元30除复位元件34不同之外,其余的结构乃相同,其复位元件包括一筒体63、一压缩弹簧64、一推杆62、一连杆61,该筒体63固设于座体31一侧的底端,压缩弹簧64置于筒体63中,该推杆62的一端与连杆61轴枢于一起,另一端抵接于压缩弹簧64,连杆61的另一端轴设于致动部36上,当致动元件361被主轴(图未示)驱使而向下偏转位移时,该连杆61乃带动推杆62而抵压于压缩弹簧64,该压缩弹簧64乃同时蓄积一弹性反作用力,当主轴减缓或解除对致动元件361施力时,该压缩弹簧64乃可反向推抵推杆62、连杆61及臂体33向上偏转位移而回到原位。
请再参阅图18至图24所示,以上四种实施例的换刀单元30、40、50、60可搭配一动力单元而构成一换刀装置70,以下仅以第一种实施例的换刀单元30与各种动力单元71、72、73、74的搭配做说明。
当本发明的换刀单元30是应用于以主轴升降进行更换刀具的模式时,其可组装于如图18所示的动力单元71的转轴712上,或组装于图19所示的动力单元72的转轴723上,而构成一换刀装置70,其中,该动力单元71至少包括一第一伺服马达711及一受第一伺服马达711驱动的转轴712,借第一伺服马达711精准的定位效果,乃可令换刀单元30准确的进行180度的旋转到定位;而该动力单元72则以一第一驱动马达721搭配一分割器722(该分割器722为一习知的产品,恕不赘述),借该分割器722既有的定位功能,与第一驱动马达721搭配运转时,亦能令换刀单元30准确的进行180度的旋转到定位。
当本发明的换刀单元30非以利用主轴升降来进行更换刀具时,该换刀单元30可如图20所示,组装于动力单元74的转轴743上,而构成一换刀装置70,或组装于图21所示的动力单元73的转轴738上,而构成一换刀装置70,其中,该动力单元74以一第二驱动马达741搭配一凸轮箱742(该凸轮箱为一习知的产品,恕不赘述),借第二驱动马达741驱动凸轮箱742中的平面凸轮、滚齿凸轮(图未示)等的动作,乃可令换刀单元30做升降及旋转180度的动作而进行刀具的更换;另外,该动力单元73则由一动力气压缸731、一第二伺服马达733、一主传动轮734、一被传动轮736、一皮带735、一具内齿部7371的驱动轴737、一具外齿部7381的转轴738、一保护筒739所构成;其中,该主传动轮734可受第二伺服马达733驱动而转动,皮带735套设在主传动轮734及被传动轮736上,该被传动轮736与驱动轴737结合固定于一起,该转轴738穿过驱动轴737,转轴738的外齿部7381与驱动轴737的内齿部7371相互啮合,因此,第二伺服马达733可带动转轴738旋转,该转轴738的顶端与动力气压缸731的压缸杆732结合固定,因此,动力气压缸731可带动转轴738上下位移,该驱动轴737及转轴738收纳于保护筒739中,仅转轴738的底端露出保护筒739外,借上述的结构设计及借第二伺服马达733精准的定位效果,乃可带动换刀单元30做上下升降及旋转180度的动作而进行刀具的更换。
请参阅图25至38所示,以下就本发明的换刀单元30搭配动力单元71、一圆盘式刀库90与一金属加工机的主轴80进行换刀作业,说明以主轴80升降的模式进行主轴刀具814、刀库刀具901的更换,其中,该主轴80具有一压制部81而可一起同步升降,该压制部81的上端构成一直边段813,下端构成一斜边段811,斜边段811的最底端构成一接触始点812;而该圆盘式刀库90包括一刀库本体91、一转盘92,数个轴设于转盘92上而成环状排列的刀套94、一驱动装置95、一上下推引装置93,该刀库本体91的一侧形成有一轴向凸出的凸环911;该转盘92具有一通孔923,于靠近通孔923处环设有数个转动轴承922,于转动轴承922的外圈环设有数个驱动轴承921,该环设的数个转动轴承922套设于凸环911上,并可于凸环911上滚动;该驱动装置95结合固定于刀库本体91上,并位于凸环911的另一侧,其具有一驱动部951,驱动部951可被驱动而转动,该驱动部951可与各驱动轴承921抵接,驱动部951转动时,可驱动转盘92正转或逆转;该上下推引装置93组设于一固定板932上,其具有一推引部931,推引部931可被驱动而上下位移,该上下推引装置93可为气压缸或油压缸,该固定板片932组设于凸环911上而可同时限制转盘92自凸环911上掉出;请配合参阅图34至图36,各刀套94具有纵向的套体943,套体943的顶端横向延伸一压制部942,压制部942上并轴设有一刀套滚轮9421,套体943顶端两侧各设有一凸出的轴杆941而可轴枢结合于所述转盘92上,套体943的底端形成为透空状,套体943呈半罩式,其一侧形成有一刀套开口944而与外界相通,刀套开口944的顶端则形成一缩小径的隘口945,于隘口945往内侧处形成一定位部946,该隘口945与套体943内部相通,该定位部946可于隘口945外周形成一阶级缘,定位部946两侧各形成一具缺口9461A、9462A的凹槽9461、9462,各凹槽9461、9462中各设置有一环弹片9463、9464,各环弹片9463、9464可自缺口9461A、9462A露出在外侧;请配合参阅图35所示,该刀套94的底端两侧各形一夹持部949,两夹持部949的底端各开设有一朝轴向延伸而连通至顶端的剖槽947,各剖槽947的外侧端连通于外侧,剖槽947的内侧端形成有一扩大槽948,各扩大槽948亦朝轴向延伸而连通于顶端,两夹持部949可因受力而微张,及因解除受力而回复原状。
请参阅图25所示,各刀套94轴设于转盘92上时,其平常呈朝转盘92的外侧倾斜一角度,该转盘92转动时,各刀套94的刀套滚轮9421会通过上下推引装置93的推引部931,当选定好其中一刀库刀具901时,该推引部931乃会受驱动而下降,并推动夹持该刀库刀具901的刀套94上的刀套滚轮9421,令该刀套94朝转盘92的内侧倾斜一角度,并同时使组装着刀库刀具901的刀杆100被换刀单元30的夹持元件35所夹持住,处于预备换刀的状态,另一方面,当主轴80须更换主轴刀具814时,乃会向上升起,且换刀单元30的臂体33随着压制部81与致动元件361间的抵接状态而逐渐回后至原位,并在主轴80继续上升时,该组装主轴刀具814的刀杆100会被夹持元件35夹持住,不会再与主轴80一起上升,而一旦主轴80上升至不干涉换刀单元30的旋转,该动力单元71乃会令换刀单元30旋转180度,而将刀库刀具901与主轴刀具814的位置互换。
请参阅图26至图28所示,主轴80基于加工的需要,乃会又向下位移,并于压制部81的接触始点812抵接到致动元件361前,该组装着刀库刀具901的刀杆100乃会被主轴80夹持住,且随着主轴80更往下位移,该斜边段811乃抵接于致动元件361,并令臂体33逐渐向下位移偏转而不会干涉到主轴80的继续向下位移(如图27所示),随着该主轴80继续下降,该压制部81的直边段813乃会恒抵压于致动元件361而使臂体33继续保持向下偏转的状态,且该整个直边段361的距离,能符合主轴80进行加工时上下位移所需要的行程,于此同时,当要拿取换位至刀库90下方的主轴刀具814下来时,该推引部931乃会受驱动而向上拉升,该刀套94乃会朝转盘92的外侧偏转位移,并与转盘92间具一倾斜角度(如图28所示),该刀套94在向转盘92外侧偏转过程,会同时将位于换刀单元30上的组装着主轴刀具814的刀杆100夹持住(如图27所示)。
请继续参阅图29至图31所示,该转盘92乃会依程序设定而转动,并于所选定的刀库刀具901的刀套94位于推引部931时停止,该推引部931乃会受驱动而下降,并推动夹持该刀库刀具901的刀套94上的刀套滚轮9421,令该刀套94朝转盘92的内侧倾斜一角度,并同时使组装着刀库刀具901的刀杆100被换刀单元30的夹持元件35所夹持住,而再次处于预备换刀的状态(如图30所示),当主轴80须再次更换主轴刀具814时,乃会向上升起,且换刀单元30的臂体33随着压制部81与致动元件361间的抵接状态而逐渐回后至原位,并在主轴80继续上升时,该组装主轴刀具814的刀杆100会被夹持元件35夹持住,不会再与主轴80一起上升,而一旦主轴80上升至不干涉换刀单元30的旋转,该动力单元71乃会令换刀单元30旋转180度,而将刀库刀具901与主轴刀具814(此处的主轴刀具814为先前更换过来的刀库刀具901,为了有所区隔,图号调整为814)的位置互换;由以上说明,只要重复图25至图31的步骤,便可不断的以主轴80的升降来进行更换主轴刀具。
请配合参阅第图34至图36所示,补充说明该刀杆100与刀套94是如何结合固定,该刀杆的缩颈头101会卡抵于刀套94的定位部946(阶级缘)上而无法掉落,并同时受两环弹片9463、9464的弹性压抵而不会左右晃动,刀杆100的锥拔身102则受到刀套94下方的两夹持部949的交相束紧,使刀杆100整体被牢牢的夹持住,两夹持部949则受到锥拔身102的压迫而略为张开,并蓄积一股弹性反作用力,一旦刀杆100离开刀套94时,两夹持部949又会缩小而回到原始位置;请配合参阅图37所示,其是刀套94的定位部946的第二种实施态样,当该定位部946以阶级缘的态样呈现时,于定位部946的两侧各设有一贯穿上下两端的弧形剖槽9467,并由外侧朝内侧延伸,各弧形剖槽9467的内侧端并形成一贯穿上下两端的扩大槽9468,隘口945乃将定位部946区隔为左右两侧,定位部946与隘口945间乃构成一弹性夹爪的态样而可夹持一刀杆100,于受力时可微张,解除受力时又可回复原状,由于本实施态样的定位部946本身即具有弹性,是以,则不须再有凹槽9461、9462及环弹片9463、9464的设置;请再配合参阅图38所示,其是刀套94的定位部946的第三种实施例态样,其是一种没有阶级缘的态样,其由数个埋设于隘口945内环壁面的珠体9465各搭配一弹簧9466而构成,各珠体9465可弹性张缩,刀杆100的缩颈头101可同时卡抵于数珠体9465上而无法掉落,且受到各珠体9465的弹性压抵而不会晃动。
请参阅图46、47所示,本发明的各种换刀单元30、40、50、60及搭配各种动力单元71、72、73、74所构成的换刀装置70,亦可适用于一种链条式刀库200而进行与主轴80间的换刀作业;该链条式刀库200至少具有一动力轮210、一被动轮211、一套设在动力轮210与被动轮211上的链条212、数个轴设于链条212上的刀套213、一上下推引装置215,各刀套213可供组装有刀库刀具214的刀杆100相结合,该动力轮210转动时,可带动链条212及被动轮211一起转动,进而带动刀套213及结合于刀套213上的刀杆100及刀库刀具214,而进行选刀作业,该刀套213与图35所示的刀套94完全相同,恕不赘述,但该刀套213仍可像图37或图38一样的实施态样而实施;该上下推引装置215可推引各刀套213偏转位移;该链条式刀库200搭配本发明的换刀单元30、动力单元71而与主轴80进行换刀作业的方式是与圆盘式刀库90相同,且能达到相同的功效,其详细的换刀动作恕不再赘述。
请参阅图39至图45所示,以下就本发明的换刀单元30搭配动力单元74应用于金属加工机的主轴80及另一种圆盘式刀库90A,说明以动力单元74的第二驱动马达741驱动凸轮箱742的构件而令转轴743可上下位移及旋转的模式来进行主轴刀具814、刀库刀具901A的更换,其中,该主轴80亦具有一压制部81而可一起同步升降,该压制部81的上端构成一直边段813,下端构成一斜边段811,斜边段811的最底端构成一接触始点812;该圆盘式刀库90A的刀套94A为习知的全罩式,该刀套94A于拔刀或插刀时,其受驱使而呈纵向,并与地面呈垂直,于转动选刀时,其受驱使而呈横向,并与地面呈平行。
请参阅图39所示,当主轴80须更换主轴刀具814时,乃会向上升起,且换刀单元30的臂体33随着压制部81与致动元件361间的抵接状态而逐渐回复至原位,当该压制部81上升至其接触始点812抵压于致动元件361处时,该主轴80即不再上升,该组装着主轴刀具814的刀杆100则会被夹持元件35夹持住,另一方面,已选定好的刀库刀具901A,也被另一端的夹持元件35所夹持住,处于预备换刀的位置,该第二驱动马达741乃会驱使凸轮箱742动作而令转轴743向下位移(如图40所示),而完成拔刀动作,且换刀单元30会被转轴743驱使而旋转180度,令该主轴刀具814与刀库刀具901A交换位置(如图41所示),且基于凸轮箱742内部机构(此为一习知的构造,恕不赘述)的动作,该转轴743乃会带动换刀单元30向上位移,组装有主轴刀具814、刀库刀具901A的刀杆100乃会各自插入主轴80、刀套94A中,而完成插刀动作(如图42所示),主轴80基于加工的需要,乃会又向下位移,该斜边段811乃抵接于致动元件361,并令臂体33逐渐向下位移偏转而不会干涉到主轴80的继续向下位移(如图43所示),而该刀套94A乃被驱使而从纵向位置转换为横向位置,并同时将换刀单元30另一侧的夹持元件35所夹持的刀杆100及换位过来的主轴刀具814自夹持元件35上移出(如图44所示),该主轴80于此同时继续下降,并使该压制部81的直边段813恒抵压于致动元件361而使臂体33继续保持向下偏转的状态,且该整个直边段813的距离,同样能符合主轴80进行加工时上下位移所需要的行程,而该刀库90A会再选定出另一刀库刀具而转动,该被选定的刀库刀具901A的刀套94A则会被驱使而自横向位置转换为纵向位置,刀库刀具901A的刀杆100则又受到夹持元件35所夹持住而再次处于预备换刀的位置,该主轴80须换刀时乃会再次上升,并于压制部81的接触始点812抵压于致动元件361前,该组装有主轴刀具814(此处的主轴刀具814为先前更换过来的刀库刀具901A,为了有所区隔,图号调整为814)的刀杆100已被换刀单元30另一侧的夹持元件35夹持住(如图45所示),此时,只须再依图39至图44的步骤,即可不断的进刀主轴刀具814、刀库刀具901A的更换。
由以上说明实可知,本发明实具有以下的优点:
1. 本发明各种实施例的换刀单元30、40、50、60可同时适用于利用主轴80升降时进行更换刀具或借由换刀装置70升降而更换刀具,使本发明的各种实施例的换刀单元30、40、50、60可不受限于单一型式的换刀方式,而具有广泛的适用性。
2. 本发明各种实施例的换刀单元30、40、50、60,无论是利用主轴80升降时进行更换刀具或借由换刀装置70升降及旋转而更换刀具,其换刀所需的旋转轨迹,皆只需旋转180度,可有效缩短换刀所需的时间。
3. 本发明各种实施例的换刀单元30、40、50、60的两刀臂32可自独立的位移偏转,位于主轴80这一侧的刀臂32在主轴80在进行加工时,可独立的受主轴80的驱使而向下偏转,位于刀库这一侧的刀臂32则不受影响的仍可进行选刀的作业,有效改善了夹臂式刀库的缺点。
4. 本发明各种实施例的换刀单元30、40、50、60可适用于各种不同的动力单元71、72、73、74 ,其可灵活的应用于各种不同功能需求的金属加工机。

Claims (19)

1.一种换刀单元,其特征在于,包含有:一座体、两轴设于座体上而位于座体两侧的刀臂,该座体具有一结合部以与一动力单元结合固定,各刀臂具有一臂体、一复位元件、一夹持元件、一致动元件;
该臂体的一端构成轴枢端而结合于所述座体上,另一端构成一夹持端而设置有所述夹持元件;
该复位元件连接于臂体与座体之间,借复位元件的设置,使臂体可在一第一位置与一第二位置间向下及向上位移偏转;
该夹持元件,其具有一开口而用于夹持一刀杆;
该致动元件,其设于臂体上,其可受到一主轴的驱使而令臂体向下位移偏转。
2.如权利要求1所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:还包括一挡止元件,该挡止元件,其可选择的设于所述座体上或所述臂体上,于臂体向上偏转位移时可抵靠于臂体与座体间,进而可调整臂体及夹持元件的水平度。
3.如权利要求1所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:该臂体的轴枢端与臂体间曲折一角度。
4.如权利要求1所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:该臂体形成一向上凸起的致动部,所述致动元件设于该致动部上。
5.如权利要求1所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:该复位元件为一扭转弹簧。
6.如权利要求1所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:该复位元件为一拉伸弹簧。
7.如权利要求1所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:该复位元件为一复位气压缸。
8.如权利要求4所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:该复位元件包括一筒体、一压缩弹簧、一推杆、一连杆,该筒体固设于所述座体一侧的底端,压缩弹簧置于该筒体中,该推杆的一端与连杆轴枢于一起,该推杆的另一端抵接于压缩弹簧,该连杆的另一端轴设于致动部上。
9.如权利要求1所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:该夹持元件主要由两夹爪、一夹爪压缩弹簧、一扣块所构成,该扣块以可分离的方式组设于所述夹持端的端面,各夹爪的中段轴设于所述夹持端的两侧,夹爪压缩弹簧设于所述夹持端端面的另一端,夹爪压缩弹簧的两端各与所述两夹爪抵接在一起,两夹爪与所述臂体的夹持端端面间构成所述开口,两夹爪可弹性的张缩而与扣块共同夹持所述刀杆。
10.如权利要求4所述的换刀单元,其特征在于:该致动元件为一轴设于所述致动部上的滚轮。
11.一种换刀装置,其特征在于,包括一换刀单元、一动力单元;该换刀单元包含有:一座体、两轴设于座体上而位于座体两侧的刀臂,该座体具有一结合部以与所述动力单元结合固定,各刀臂具有一臂体、一复位元件、一夹持元件、一致动元件;
该臂体的一端构成轴枢端而结合于所述座体上,另一端构成一夹持端而设置有所述夹持元件;
该复位元件连接于臂体与座体之间,借复位元件的设置,使臂体可在一第一位置与一第二位置间向下及向上位移偏转;
该夹持元件,其具有一开口而用于夹持一刀杆;
该致动元件,其设于臂体上,其可受到一主轴的驱使而令臂体向下位移偏转;
该动力单元至少具有一可被驱动而转动的转轴,该换刀单元结合于该转轴上。
12.如权利要求11所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:该动力单元还包括一第一伺服马达,该转轴与该第一伺服马达连接。
13.如权利要求11所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:该动力单元还包括一第一驱动马达及一分割器,该第一驱动马达与分割器连接,该转轴连接于分割器。
14.如权利要求11所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:该动力单元主要由一动力气压缸、一第二伺服马达、一主传动轮、一被传动轮、一皮带、一具内齿部的驱动轴、一具外齿部的所述转轴、一保护筒所构成;其中,该主传动轮受第二伺服马达驱动而转动,皮带套设在主传动轮及被传动轮上,该被传动轮与驱动轴结合固定于一起,该转轴穿过驱动轴,转轴的外齿部与驱动轴的内齿部相互啮合,该转轴的顶端与动力气压缸的压缸杆结合固定,第二伺服马达可带动转轴旋转,动力气压缸可带动转轴上下位移,该驱动轴及转轴收纳于保护筒中,转轴的底端结合该换刀单元。
15.如权利要求11所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:该动力单元包括一第二驱动马达及一凸轮箱,该第二驱动马达与凸轮箱相接而可驱动凸轮箱中的构件动作,该转轴与凸轮箱相接而可由凸轮箱驱动转轴升降及旋转。
16.如权利要求11所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:其还包括一圆盘式刀库,该圆盘式刀库包括一刀库本体、一转盘、数个轴设于转盘上而成环状排列的刀套、一驱动装置、一上下推引装置;
该刀库本体的一侧形成有一轴向凸出的凸环;
该转盘具有一通孔,于靠近通孔处环设有数个转动轴承,于转动轴承的外圈环设有数个驱动轴承,所述环设的数个转动轴承套设于所述刀库本体的凸环上,并可于凸环上滚动;
该驱动装置结合固定于所述刀库本体上,并位于该凸环的另一侧,其具有一驱动部,驱动部可被驱动而转动,该驱动部可与各驱动轴承抵接,驱动部转动时,可驱动转盘正转或逆转;
该上下推引装置具有一推引部,推引部可被驱动而上下位移;
各刀套具有纵向的套体,套体的顶端横向延伸一压制部,压制部上并轴设有一刀套滚轮,套体顶端两侧各设有一凸出的轴杆而可轴枢结合于所述转盘上,套体的底端形成为透空状,套体呈半罩式,其一侧形成有一刀套开口而与外界相通,刀套开口的顶端则形成一缩小径的隘口,隘口与套体的内部相通,该隘口往内侧处形成一定位部,该套体的内侧面两侧各设有一夹持部;
转盘转动时,各刀套上的刀套滚轮会通过上下推引装置的推引部,可受推引部上下推引而在转盘的两侧间偏转。
17.如权利要求16所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述刀套的夹持部自其底端各开设有一朝轴向延伸而连通至夹持部顶端的剖槽,各剖槽的外侧端连通于外侧,各剖槽的内侧端形成有一扩大槽,各扩大槽亦朝轴向延伸而连通于夹持部的顶端,两夹持部可因受力而微张,及因解除受力而回复原状。
18.如权利要求11所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:还包括一链条式刀库,该链条式刀库至少具有一动力轮、一被动轮、一套设在动力轮与被动轮上的链条、数个轴设于链条上的刀套、一上下推引装置,各刀套具有纵向的套体,套体的顶端横向延伸一压制部,压制部上并轴设有一刀套滚轮,套体顶端两侧各设有一凸出的轴杆而可轴枢结合于所述链条上,套体的底端形成为透空状,套体呈半罩式,其一侧形成有一刀套开口而与外界相通,刀套开口的顶端则形成一缩小径的隘口,隘口与套体的内部相通,该隘口往内侧处形成一定位部,该套体的内侧面两侧各设有一夹持部;该动力轮可带动链条及被动轮一起转动,进而带动刀套一起转动,该上下推引装置可推引各刀套偏转位移。
19.如权利要求18所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述刀套的夹持部自其底端各开设有一朝轴向延伸而连通至夹持部顶端的剖槽,各剖槽的外侧端连通于外侧,各剖槽的内侧端形成有一扩大槽,各扩大槽亦朝轴向延伸而连通于夹持部的顶端,两夹持部可因受力而微张,及因解除受力而回复原状。
